I called at 2:54pm. When a man answered I asked if this was the Bowman location to make sure before placing my order, I believe he was having trouble understanding my question and asked me to hold. After he sat the phone down I could hear another man in the back telling him repeatedly "I am not taking a to go order". That man then comes to the phone & sounding agitated says "HELLO?" I respond by asking "are you all not taking to orders" being that I'd just overheard the conversation prior to him finally coming to the phone. He responds by saying "who is this" like what? A possible customer. I tell him that I was calling to place an order but overheard him saying he wasn't taking an order. He then puts the phone down without responding and I hear him tell the original man to take my order. The original man says he'll take my order but at this point my husband who is also listening to the call tells me we aren't eating here anymore. So i let the man on the phone know and hang up.
