    kids coke no ice
    Nikki B.

Today I ordered the lunch Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl and a kids meal w a coke. The Chilis website needs to upgrade, get w the times... that's a corporate issue not the location. The bowl comes w half rice and half lettuce. There's nowhere online to make particular order modifications so after I click submit order I promptly call w my requests. Someone always promptly answers the phone and is always kind and accommodating. My requests are always the same: could you please 86 the rice and do all lettuce? The kids pop, no ice please. After I place the call I set out to pick up my order. Using their text confirmation I check in, using parking spot 1, which doesn't exist but I use that and pull up to the curb in front of their to-go door. Today after clicking submit, the gal came out the door! She handed me the pop whilst stating "I made sure there was no ice in this and there is no rice in the bowl, only lettuce." I was very appreciative of her assistance in modifying my order and essentially reading it back to me. Thanks Chilis for a seamless order and a delicious Fresh Mex bowl lunch!!

We got take out the other day and everything was pretty good but if someone orders two appetizer dips both listed with salsa for sure we should get two salsas and two bags of chips not just one. We ordered the skillet queso, the blanco queso, the triple dipper with chicken crispers, onion petals and south western egg rolls. We also go a kids quesadilla and the fajita trio. Overall everything was good the kids quesadilla was meh and we ordered three different sauces with the triple dipper and only got two. I would order again but know it's chilis it's a chain Restaurant so nothing is ever going to be spectacular.

The waitlist system they use allows you to wait in your car. They send you a text that has a link where you can view your place in line. This month Margarita's drink was so delicious and fun. Honestly my favorite Margarita I have ever had. They call it the Spider Bite "Rita and it's only $5. It was a bit disappointing though that mine did not come with the slice of lime as pictured in the advertisement. My husband and I split the smokehouse combo, which was delicious and a lot of food. All staff has masks on while working. I don't get the logic behind not providing the whole menu if they have the one menu that isn't disposable is given to everyone as they are seated. The full menu is located online after scanning the code on the condensed menu given. They also still have the touch screen pay system on each table for paying and playing games.

We decided to stop here for date night. When we arrived, the place was somewhat packed. We were greeted then seated. The table we sat in was sticky. We told waiter and she apologized then wiped the table down.Waiter was nice but after taking our order she must of been to busy because she forgot to give us our utensils and condiments. We had to ask the other waiters. The atmosphere had a good family vibe with alot of familie/ friends enjoying there time eating and drinking. There was a bar area with a few people. Oh the cleaniness of Chili could use some TLC. Especially, in the women's bathroom. The stalls were falling apart. As for the food, it was over salted (I'm a salty eater) but fried pickles and my bbq sauce on my brisket was way too salty. Not much good to say about the food.

I ordered the Quesadillas. Would be better if they were served hot like I told them to. Utter garbage.

Visiting from out of town for work and heard this spot was good. I would not recommend this spot at…read moreall. The pros: portion sizes are huge, chicken tasted good The cons: waiter did not stop by the table once, my water was empty within the first 10 min of sitting there and i had to take my cup physically up to the counter to get water from them because i was so thirsty. I didnt see him once after that, he just stood up at the counter talking to the other server. The pasta was oily, they put so much cheese on everything that the oils from the cheese come out and my pasta literally had a layer of oil all around the plate. The mozzerella garlic bread barely had any garlic bread taste, tasted mostly like mozzerella. The mozzerella was also so oily that the garlic bread was just soggy 5 min after the waiter put the plate down. The price is steep, by myself i got an app and an entree only and it came out to 48$ before tip. Overall, for a spot with the reviews it has it completely let me down along with the locals who recommended it to me.

It should be noted that I've never actually set foot inside Bella Ciao Pasta Bar and Ristorante. I…read moreonly experienced it today through the lens of a takeout container. For lunch, I ordered the Chicken Marsala. You get to choose a side; options ranging from Alfredo Fettuccine to Green Beans to Mashed Potatoes to Spaghetti Marinara. I went for the Spaghetti. The meal also came with two breadsticks. Overall, the dish was decent but not remarkable. The highlight was the mushrooms in the Marsala wine sauce. They were flavorful and well prepared. The chicken itself was just okay. Without the sauce, it lacked seasoning, and the texture varied throughout the breast, with some parts tender and others noticeably tough or chewy. The spaghetti was good, though comparable to standard spaghetti you might find anywhere. The breadsticks, however, were disappointing; they were extremely hard and not enjoyable to eat. I also wish the Chicken Marsala and the spaghetti were packaged separately. Because of the amount of sauce, everything blended together in the container. I don't mind my food touching, but separating the items would make for a better presentation and texture. I do think other menu items may have more to offer. One mediocre experience isn't enough for me to write off the restaurant entirely, so I would consider trying something else in the future. However, I wouldn't recommend this particular dish based on today's order. Overall rating: 3/5.

I would give it 10 Stars if I could! The food is wonderful! I had the salmon with ravioli. I also had the fried mushroom appetizer. They were some of the best I ever had! I especially liked the wasabi/mayo dip! Way better than the usual ranch dip. The service was excellent! And the price point very reasonable. Portion sizes are perfect! I have not gone away hungry. The first time I took half my entree home to eat the next day. I told my husband about this wonderful place that I had gone to with a friend. I let my husband try my left overs the next day and even warmed up the food was wonderful. He and I went there for lunch. Again it was amazing! Overall, given the quality, price and service it is far better than many of the restaurants in the area. Why is this place not busy???? We will definitely be repeat customers!

Appetizer: - Breaded Mushrooms w/ Wasabi Mayo dipping sauce…read more($8). The Breaded Mushrooms are very large, beer battered that creates a thin crunchy shell. Yet, the Wasabi Mayo sauce doesn't complement very well--and if you leave the mushrooms for more than 15 minutes or so, they become soft as the frying oil settles. They're good. Entree: - Steak Dinner w/ Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Garlic Bread, and choice of a side (I chose Asparagus) for $22. First, the Asparagus was thick, seasoned well, crunchy, and perfect. I could eat a plate of them! They proudly proclaim all steaks are from Creekstone Steaks Black Angus. I've never heard of them, but my medium rare 8 oz. NY Strip was chewy and a lacked some marbling which made it dry. The steak should really use a good salting and coarse ground pepper coat before cooking. The steak was cooked a minute past perfect medium rare, but close enough. Still, I NEVER use Steak Sauce, but I did add some Bulliard's Steak Sauce that was on the table. Not really impressed with the steak's pre-cook seasoning. Steak Sauce: Bulliard's Steak Sauce is similar to A1 Steak Sauce, but more Smokey and less acidic. Service: Prompt, friendly, efficient, and attentive. Great! Ambiance: It's a HUGE place with many booths, tables, and seats at the bar. The Bad: their signage outside on the building is not lit, so at night, you may miss it (it's next door to a Sushi place that does have outdoor signage that is lit. Overall: I would say the experience was middle of the road. Affordable prices, plenty of food, but nothing stellar. I may visit again and try something else--and will ABSOLUTELY order the Asparagus!
