Been here twice on account of the Kendall Chilli's being overcrowded. This place is an exceptional replacement for a 15 minute drive away from the Kendall area. Food and service here is extremely better than I expected. Everything was cooked correctly, was presentable, and tasted delicious. Worst management experience. I was dining with my family and attempted to order a drink. I did not have my physical ID with me, but I did present a photo of it and calmly asked what options were available. Instead of a professional explanation, the manager approached me rudely and dismissively, stating he would not "break policy," even though I was not asking him to do so only seeking clarification. His tone was unnecessarily confrontational and made it clear he was too stressed or unwilling to engage respectfully with a customer. I fully understand and respect ID policies, but there is no excuse for poor attitude or lack of basic customer service. Management sets the tone of a restaurant, and this experience was disappointing and unprofessional. They need better costumer service for a fact. read more

Having been to Chili's plenty of times in the past, we can confidently say that their must haves are the "Big Mouth Bites (sliders), the Chicken Enchilada Soup, the Loaded Nachos, the Corn on the Cob, and the desserts. Thier service is always spot-on with their attentive and kind service. When it comes to trying different dishes, we tend to avoid exploring new items on this menu because we're afraid of paying for something we might not enjoy. For example, we tried their Original Chili for the first time, and it had an overwhelming amount of peppered seasoning. We are not the type to leave food, however, we wouldn't feed this to our dog. Now for the chicken wings, this might be the first incident, but they ended up feeding us undercooked chicken wings. Regardless, the flavor of the buffalo was decent. The desserts always take our breaths away, especially, their famous Molten Lava Cake. In total for a couple, depending on what you order, you're looking to spend around $50 to $60 including tip. Overall, we will continue coming back for the great service and the items we continue to love. read more

Great new Chillis Bar & Grille located right next to Metro Zoo. It's bigger than your average Chillis franchise very well decorated clean and a very friendly staff. I have been to Chillis restaurants in airports and just about every city I have visited in USA, but was glad to see that they've changed up their menu and food was really good. I genuinely do not expect a whole lot from a Chili's; it's just a cheap chain restaurant where one can eat a decent plate for cheap and get drunk at a super low price. This location, however, is just a disaster. For starters, it always looks dirty. The floor is littered with food scraps and the tables take forever to be cleared so you see piles of plates and cups on several tables. The employees are a bunch of young stoned kids it seems. I gave this location 2 tries because it really is one of few restaurants in the area and right across the street from Walmart but was disappointed both times. Our first attempt didn't get far. We walked into the restaurant where only 2 other families were waiting so we figured the wait wouldn't be too bad. The host seemed frustrated with our presence and didn't even say hi before telling us "if you want to eat it's going to be like 2 hours for a table and we close". Really!? Hello to you too! We ended up just leaving. Our second attempt was tonight. While the place still looked a little grimey, we were at least sat right away. Then we waited quite some time for someone to come to us. In her defense, our waitress, Nathalie, was hustling back and forth trying to get everyone accommodated and happy. When we finally got service, Nathalie apologized for the time it took and took our orders. She was very kind so I don't want to mesh her in with the rest of the disappointing staff. We got our items quickly but had no utensils. We waited and waited with our food sitting and getting cold. We asked a passing employee if we could get some utensils and he brought us plastic takeout utensils. He did this to a few other tables and I couldn't help but laugh. He was either new, didn't care or was just high like the rest of them. Nathalie brought us real utensils later on (thankfully because my bf ordered a steak). A couple sat down behind us and waited forever for a waiter until finally they were acknowledged and moved to another section because no one could assist them in the section they sat at. This place is just a huge disorganization. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Even if there are no other restaurants in the area. Just stay home. Save yourself the disappointment. read more
