Asked for some and didn't get them till we were finished. Had to ask for refills and look for her to get refills. Had to get up and get napkins and ketchup from near by tables. My colleagues and I came here for lunch and I've got to say - Chili's is cheap and fast. For $10 I got a very nice small salad and a big entree of pasta and chicken. It also includes a drink. This is the 3-for$10 deal. My chicken and penne pasta was a bit weird because I wasn't anticipating the slightly spicey dressing. What made up for it was the nice slice of bread that came with it. dude ... i ordered a triple dipper on Friday night and Saturday i was met with the worst case of food poisoning of my life. i know it was the dipper because i didnt eat anything the entire day hence why i bought food from here and saturday morning was immediate discomfort. i dont know if they arent cleaning the utensils they work with or using the same oil to fry everything and or using the same cutting board but they're 100% doing something wrong. had to get IV at the ER because i couldnt even keep water down at that point. messing with peoples health is the worst thing any restaurant could co. fuck chilis. read more

If you're just wanting a good ole fashioned triple dipper or Cajun chicken pasta then this chilis will meet your needs. The poor workers always look over worked and tired but are nice. First time we go to this Chilis location and we did not have to wait for a table. We were seated immediately and we ordered our food. My husband and I shared the Triple Platter and my two young boys for cheeseburgers from the kids menu. We did not order any alcoholic drinks. Service and food was fast and great at this location. The manager Walter Navas (small little guy) has NO customer service etiquette. After waiting more than one hour with a party of seven (2 small kids) a table of seven couldn't open up. Kids got fuzzy so we asked to be seated with 2 neighboring booths. As we were sat, and before we even order anything, we see that a table of seven is finally getting up and leaving and we asked if we can please be all seated together on that spot. He refuses to hear me out and just goes on about not wanting to cooperate and tells me that him as a man (little man) he would've waited anytime in the world to be seated together with his family. As soon as I saw this location announce its grand opening, I knew it was time for a margarita and boneless wings order. I went with the Jackberry Margarita aNd added the white spinach queso as an appetizer. The staff was pretty on point despite it being their first week in a new location. There's plenty of parking around so that's certainly useful. My drink was pretty stiff and for the price, you can't beat it. I loved the dip because it was perfectly creamy and paired perfectly with the tortilla chips. I would definitely return while in the area since I am always on the search for a good deal on food and drinks. Chili's has always been one of my favorite franchise restaurants and I'm glad to see this location is now in the area with the same consistently great food and service. read more

We didn't get seated until 10:15 even with a reservation for 9pm!!! The waitress was fine until when it was time to pay. She snatched the tablet from my friend and slammed a chair for her to sit on and gave us attitude bc we were taking too long to pay. I believe her name was lauren. For the most part, it's a pretty standard chili's. The host and wait staff are always extremely cordial and accommodating. If I had any complaints it would be with the kitchen. Their prep times are inconsistent. Last time I went I got my meal 10 minutes before everyone else at the table. And, the quality is not standard. Two visits ago I got a skillet cookie that was so burnt that it was inedible and made me question why someone thought it was okay to even bring to a table.
