Chili's has always been my place to go , once they opened this location I started going but I've always known the location in 88st is better . So I went not long ago and I waited about an hour . After the food came the server dropped everything so I had to wait about 40 minutes more. They told me they were going to reward back what I had spent that day yet they sent me a $20 gift card . It's not about the money but the service I waited almost two hours to be served my food that after waiting my appetite was gone . read more

I was so excited to see that there was a Chili's in the neighborhood! The staff was extremely kind and very attentive to our every need. Our waitress Genesis was super sweet and paid attention to details. There were some hiccups but it was completely understandable because we knew this is a new location and the staff was being trained. But Genesis really outdid herself and was very proactive in making sure to answer our every questions, even when she didn't have an answer for it at the moment. She made sure that we got great service! And we did! Great job! Definitely coming back again...and again!! read more

Disappointing, who ever made this design of restaurant the worse thing to black the ceiling to the lighting you can see the dust all over the air vent to the frame windows were dusty and the walls. The tables were greasy, the lamp are nice but requires a lot of cleaning inside out. Now the food, since short staff waiting time for the food was 30 to 40 minute which the food served was cold like they heated up in the microwave and a ribs that once you put a fork in the ribs the meat slices it was a hard sadly. The waiter was polite and even the wifi no signal I think is due to protect the environmental area of the animals near the zoo. And the entrance smokers not near the entrance door . In a nutshell this was not the best customer experience. I hope to return in a clean and better environment. Two stars. read more

I love the they opened up this new location. However I was disappointed in the alcoholic beverages. My strawberry lemonade Margarita wasn't filled to the top and it tasted like juice like it had no alcohol whatsoever. Also the waitress was extremely sweet however it looked like they needed more people for the amount of people that were coming in. Everything took a long time to bring out. What a bad experience I have every time I order online to pick up at the curbside. Last I had to wait 10 minutes, but this time almost 15 minutes. I don't know if there's a manager controlling this type of operations, but it's getting worse. The problem is that by the time you get the food, it is already cold. They need to do better. I normally love Chilli's but this location has the most dispicable service. I hate complaining however I cannot keep this inside. I don't know if Cinco De Mayo was still lingering on the sever's but I swear there was not a server in that location that did not appeared stoned. They got our juice wrong, the sides wrong, and 40 minutes to get a slice of cheesecake. The table next to us complained they were going to dehydrate because no one was bringing their drinks and the table in front of us got another tables food. It was just horrible service. Ok so idk if they were having an off night. But if you can make the drive to the Chili's on 88th St, i would do that. First of all, we waited like 10 minutes for a table when there was sooo many empty ones. The food took forever. At one point, the entree took like 30 minutes after we waited an hour just to order. We got the Texas cheese fries as an appetizer and the cheese was dry and burnt. However, our entrees were decent but nobody wants to wait two hours for mediocre food. I left the waitress a $1 tip, i felt bad but at that point i was over it . I asked her for drinks but she forgot and never brought them. If I could give no stars or half a star I would. Prior to this last visit of ours, we had frequented this Chili's multiple times. Our kids like the Blue Lagoon Fizz drinks and kids meals. The happy hour drinks are decent, when not watered down. However, this has been the one and only time we had to get up and get our own utensils and napkins in a restaurant establishments. We should of known it was not going to be a good dining experience when we were seated and no server came to ask for our drink orders. After 15 minutes we stopped a random waiter. He took our drink order and said he'd find out who is going to help us. Another waiter stops by and says our actually server would be by. Mind you 20 minutes have already passed. Finally our waitress comes with our drinks and takes our order. We ordered the chips and salsa and expected to get them before our entrees. 20 minutes later all the food comes out, including the chips and salsa. The four waters we ordered from the beginning never came. No utensils or napkins when the food was brought out withers I had to go and get some for us to eat. Another family at a different table did the same thing too. We got the manager involved after the food was cold and the lack of service: He apologized and gave us $13 off a $70 order. We will not be returning to this establishment due to the lack of service and hospitality. read more

We had lunch last Sunday and never again. There were 6 of us and they brought the food at different times. I ordered the Big Mouth Burgers and they brought 2 on a small plate, the fries on a basket and then the other 2 burgers. The manager came to see us said that the order never made to the back. So I asked why are u bringing the order separated instead of all together on a plate and he didn't have an answer. I feel sorry for the investors. They need to retrain the staff on CSR management skills. If they do not treat their customers better they will go out of business. After a long day at the Zoo we decided to go here and it was horrible! We were there for over an hour with no food. When our food came out my pasta was dry, my husband's burger for his bun was hard, his brother's cheese fries was hard and his girlfriend's food was also not pleasant. The food looked as if they just had it sitting out for a long while. For me waiting an hour for food wasn't so upsetting although they were empty. What was really upsetting was the fact that after waiting long time the food to come out horrible and the appetizers never came. Food wasn't bad, Ive been to this location twice. The second time though, the food this time was off. It took a good while for the food to get to the table, Im talking about 7 games of crazy 8. When my food got here the fries were cold and stale, the chicken was unseasoned or under seasoned cause it had no flavor. The quesadillas were cold and not stuffed enough, in the menu it had an option for jalapeños that I chose, and had no damn jalapeños like que pinga man. I went yesterday and was sitting at the bar for an extremely long time before I got up and left because no one attended me. Today I come in at 11:15am and they're blasting some extremely loud aggravating Mariah Carey song at full volume.. I stood at the entrance for about 10-15 minutes and noticed there was only 1 female server and no one else on the floor and decided to have patience.. until like 3 more people finally walked out of the back and someone sat me. The server was extremely sweet but the chicken crispers were 3 huge chicken strips that were very chewy...
