My boyfriend joined the waitlist right as I was getting out of work (about 6:30 PM) yesterday. We didn't get in until about 8:00. At first, we were told 15-20 minutes. We went in, and told wait another 15-20 minutes. After that, it was an additional 5 minutes. Even with socially distance and doing every other table, there were about 3-4 tables to seat. While we were eating, fajitas set off the fire alarm, and we had to wait outside/in our cars (it was raining) until the fire department cleared it. That was about 30 minutes. read more

I went to this Chili's to use a birthday coupon because it is just off the highway on my way back home. I was in a party of one. When I got there, the greeter was a bit too quick to suggest sitting at the bar when the dining area was not full but that is a minor problem, if at all. The service and food were decent. I had the jalapeno smokehouse bacon burger and a white chocolate molten cake. The burger and fries were fairly standard for a chain restaurant. The cake was very decadent. The food was ok. The service was great. I just did not like the way I was treated when I walked in today. The two ladies up front would not sit me at a booth at the end of the restaurant like I asked. Away feom everyone dining. They said we had to sit at a half booth. So I was getting very anxious because people were walking around my table to go to the bathroom and they had no masks on. I had to wear my mask and didn't take it off until the food arrived. I only ate a few spoons and asked for a box to take it home. I just wanted to get out of there. They should really enforce the mask policy when getting up feom your table to use the restroom. This place is going down the crapper. My husband and I were regulars here and now we go to another restaurant. They took away their two for 25 menu. They took away their free chips and salsa which we always got with our meal. I went there for the chips because they were so great but now, bye-bye. We always loved "Chili's" and would eat here often. My kids always ask to go but, this is the last time for me. The service was terrible and we waited so long to get our cold food. The Portions have gotten much smaller and the people working here don't care. We got the chips without the Guacamole and by the time it came, our dinner was on the table. We never saw the server again except to give us the bill. Never asked for refills of drinks or if we needed anything else. So disappointed and not sure if I will go back. Got takeout and got the honey chipotle chicken crispers and waffles and I am hooked. Only thing I'd say they can fix is have styrofoam takeout trays instead of plastic so the food stays hotter, even my pasta was a bit cold after a 10 minute drive and we ordered online and waited about 15 minutes after the time it said it would be ready. read more

I never come here but decided to try it out with my sister. She received gift cards from corporate for a previous bad experience. It was not busy at all but somehow we could never get our waitress attention. So we got our own napkins and ketchup. My steak was cooked pretty good but there was no flavor. Also the shrimp was nasty. I could taste the ocean. Yuck. My sister said her bean burger was overcooked. We then ordered the triple berry crumb cake and got a soaked pound cake. The food and service was good but the hot sauce is not refrigerated after opening and was turned. I was with my friend,her worker and my worker. I had poured hot sauce on my Bacon Ranch Chicken quesadillas. Two of my quesadillas were plain with hot sauce because of the way I poured it. The hot sauce did not taste right.I asked the waitress if they refrigerate the hot sauce after opening. She said no. I told her they need to refrigerate the hot sauce after opening otherwise people can get sick because hot sauce turns bad if not refrigerated after opening. Had an order in my online shopping cart at 11:30pm. When I went to checkout at around 11:32pm the system said no pickup slots were left today. I called the location and a very rude store employee told me that the "computer" won't allow me to finish the order. I asked him if there was any way around it, and he said no, and then blamed it on "corporate" and not having enough time to make the food. Clearly those extra two minutes it took me to finish my order must have provided the perfect excuse for the lazy, terrible customer service I got. He might as well have just said "sorry, I don't feel like it" and hung up the phone. Stopped into this little gem around 3:15pm for a late lunch. I find that a parking lot with more cars than its competitors is a good sign for any business. That being said, we weren't disappointed. Not only was the waitress friendly & knowledgeable but she let us know about all the specials. We opted for 2 for 1 margaritas. The frosted mugs that the margaritas we're in, was a nice bonus. I had the steak fajita and my friend had the dry rub ribs. Both were great choices and the steak was tender and perfectly cooked at med-rare. You know, beggars can't be choosers! What more would a person want from an international casual dining restaurant like Chillis? It's simple: Be seated quickly, a nice waitress/waiter, decent food, a drink where you can at least taste the alcohol, and a bill that won't make you consider becoming a dishwasher for an hour or two. With that said, Chilli's was decent/"A-OK". I really liked that my husband and I played games on the tablet at the table. I especially liked the fact that I was able to pay right at the table and not have to wait for someone to bring my bill. The food was good. Went there for our birthday dinner, food was good service was good, my cocktail was watered down and bitter, I ordered a hurricane, I got a tropical storm. My girlfriend ordered a strawberry margarita she said they were good 2-4-1 . I ordered baby back ribs with Dr Pepper sauce they were very good along with the fries and corn on the cob. My g/f had the sirloin with loaded mashed and corn on the cob. She said it was great. And we finished off with the lava cake, also good would have been better with chocolate ice cream that they don't have. I love Chili's, especially the honey-chipotle chicken crispers. The food is almost always good, and the service and atmosphere is great. I went with a group of friends one time and we actually made friends with the waiter! I try to support family businesses as much as I can, but I come to Chili's when I want an experience that I know without a doubt I'll enjoy. The food is quick, easy, and I know what to expect of it. I used to love chili's and it WAS my favorite restaurant but, they removed many favorites from the menu and lowered their portion sizes. The salads used to be served in giant bowls and I was barely able to finish and now salads are served on a plate and it's like an appetizer, The prices are still the same even after them making the portions smaller. This place is digusting. Anyone who disagrees should stand by the to-go counter and watch how the food is touched and handled with no gloves. I watched how the manager (not wearing kitchen attire) poked around plates with his bare hands, and how waitstaff touched food (moved a burger with hands, placed fries back on plate, etc.)with the same hands that cleared off dirty plates from another table. The floors were filthy and had smooshed fries all over that nobody bothered cleaning. This place was actually good at one point. There seems to be no expectation for service at this restaurant. Servers seem to be either understaffed or preoccupied by other matters rather than their customers and don't seem to understand that what they are doing is wrong. It probably isn't beneficial to bring out an entree when the appetizer is still sitting on the table. Same can be said for bringing a dessert out when entrees are still on the table. It also probably isn't right to leave finished food on a vacant table in front of customer or have more than one empty drink at a current diners table. Especially if you're the manager. Terrible service and drinks. The waitress didn't check on our table often enough, even though we were a group and had small children in the party. She just seemed annoyed. The icing on the cake was when I offered my son's lemonade to my brother who had a long ride home. My son barely touched his drink. I asked the waitress for a to go cup and she said she'd be right back (no questions). Next thing the manager comes to the table and without even asking says "You do know you are not allowed to take that margarita home right?" Another standard chain. The food was good and exactly what you expect. I tried one of their new enchiladas (chicken) and it was good. The extra star goes to our very nice waitress and the fact that they had a tablet where you could order drinks from AND have your kids be entertained with apps. For 99 cents my daughter played a bunch of their apps. And some were good and let her draw pictured freely instead of playing angry birds or barbie dress up. Told the waitress who mentioned it to her manager and he came over and mentioned that they go trough so many plates. So we were staying at the nearby Marriott and decided to come here for dinner. I originally ordered chicken, quinoa, and broccoli. I was promptly told they were out of the quinoa which I found odd. My husband had the sirloin steak. My chicken came out and it was tough and rubbery.I told our waitress and she asked if I wanted it remade or a different entree. I decided to get the same sirloin steak as my husband cooked medium well. After waiting now a good 20 minutes since my original chicken dish, the sirloin was tough and cooked well done instead of medium well like my husband. In the end, the waitress made great strides to rectify the situation and bill and I appreciate her for that. Otherwise, this place was nothing to write home about. After waiting the half hour I ask the hostess why we were not seated and they told us they were seating this large party of at least 12 people before us. SMH. What sense does that make!
