The wait staff was very nice and attentive. The problem was with the food. What we received tasted good but how do you get fajitas without peppers? On top that, when the manager came out to check on the issue all she said was "did you not get peppers? I'm sorry, the kitchen ran out and just went to the store to get more." I should have learned my lesson. They must have changed management because we've eaten at Chili's 3 or 4 times since my last review since they offer a vegetarian bean patty on any type of burger that they make and the managers have been nice when taking my order. We've not had any problems with them until today. The young man who took my order was dismissive as I went through the list of how to prepare the order for my daughter's food allergies and he rolled his eyes when I asked if I could check it when I picked it up. I've seen him multiple times, so I told him that it was fine because he told me how they handled the bun and took care of the order so I didn't check it. Once I arrived home and we sat down to eat, my daughter discovered that her Old Timer burger was nothing but a patty, a bun, and bbq sauce on the side. They didn't give her lettuce or pickles or onions...nothing. I opened up my burger and found that they got everything right, except for the three pieces of bacon on top of my bean patty. Ugh! I fed the bacon to the dogs and ate half of the burger and now I'm sick. I have been a strict vegetarian for 10 months and I guess the juice from the bacon was too much for me. I called the manager, who was a nice lady, and I told her about our service and she did offer to comp a meal for us, but as I explained to her, I'm over it. We have had such bad luck lately with eating at restaurants and I've given Chili's a lot of chances. Never again! Hands down the most delicious food I've ever had prepared at a Chili's, and some of the worst service. Waitress was agitated and anxiety ridden the entire time. Someone came out and barked at the kids to sit down as the food came out (both of my children were seated but we had another party just walk in with their child and join us). We got an incorrect order and that time Chili's blamed it in Door Dash & Door Dash blamed it on Chili's (they delivered what they were given). The resolution.....from Chili's was that's too bad. No offer to rectify the discrepancy or adjust the $ paid. Just over Chili's forever!!!! If there was a way to put a 0 star rating it would have been more accurate. read more

I was missing items from a to go order and had to return to the restaurant and the manager was really kind as was the woman who brought me my to go order. I was initially very frustrated (I'm sorry!) but after talking with them they made me feel a lot better and they handled the entire situation really well and dealt with my hanger/sassiness like professionals! We've dined at this location numerous times and tonight has been the worst visit we've had. We arrived at 6 and they told us it would be a 30-40 minute wait for a party of 8. Not a big deal at first. Then it turned into an hour wait. Once we were finally seated, we waited 15 minutes to be greeted by our server and another 15 for drinks. Altogether, we spent 3 and a half hours from start to finish. I highly doubt we will ever be back because this is the second time this has happened. Had lunch here today. They have these little electronic "Ziosks" on the tables. They got games and stuff on them. Problem is, they don't tell you ANYWHERE that you have to pay to use them. So the waitress brings out our check and we got charged for using it. What the heck? Very deceptive. If it's a pay to use item, it should be posted saying so!!! So, my overall feeling is that Chillis kind of ripped us off by not stating that is a pay to use item. So, they got in my pocket this time, but it'll be a very long time before I ever go back. Went for dinner. Had to wait for a table even though several were open. Got seated & noticed that two tables next to us had not been cleared. One got cleaned about half way into our meal the other never was. This would have not been a big deal if the manager (the guy in a different colored shirt andhadset) had not walked by 3 times and looked at it. It was $6 and that thing was pretty small. It almost seems like a kid's meal for an adult. It also came with either soup or salad. This location by far has the worst customer service. Today at lunch my family of four walk in of course there is no one to greet you as usual so we sit down across from a lady that obviously as been sitting there for awhile waiting for a table. We observed there is very few people inside dining. So after sitting there for at least 5 to 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the front the gentleman talks to the lady across from us and advises her that her table is ready she informs him that her party has not yet arrived but he refuses to listen and seats her anyway. Afterwards he comes back to us and asks us how many we tell him four and then he says it's a 10 minute wait which was a tad ridiculous considering there was very little people currently dining but ok No big deal we had already sat there for 10 minutes. So after taking our name he told us that we needed to go back to our car and he would call us when a table was ready. I understand taking precautions with Covid but seriously we had already sat there 10 minutes waiting for you to do your job. I guess it's only natural for chain restaurants to get mixed reviews, but I never had a bad experience. My husband and I have eaten inside Chili's but mainly order to go as we have a toddler and 3-month-old. Thus far, their to-go service has been really good. The food always looks great, is warm and on time. I enjoy the new Chili's reboot as the food is a little more gourmet, so to speak. After 45 minutes we left and went to another restaurant, and still are on the waiting list for a table- 2 hours later. It was unacceptable and chili's food sucks anyway so not even worth 20 minutes. EDITED, we never actually got a call saying our table was ready, and we never told them to cancel the table. That is ridiculous and unacceptable.
