Went there last night with a friend around 9pm. We were waited on by a blonde and and young guy, it's been awhile since we ate Chili's so we were taking time looking through the menu. I guess the 2 waiters had a problem with that, they kept trying to rush us into ordering, hovering around and being very short in general. We ordered about 50$ worth of food, it was ok quality but those 2 waiters reminded me why I stopped coming to Chili's in the first place. Maybe they were in a rush to go home or they didn't think we would tip well? I dont know and don't care, very rude and ruined the experience, I would of been better off going to Denny's. read more

Absolutely worst service I've ever experienced!!!! Came in for a quick pick up of chips and salsa, like we ALWAYS do and the "to-go" girl named HANNA was absolutely rude! She answered 4 calls before she even acknowledged my presence then gave me more attitude when I said my order wasn't correct. Typically when you get chips and salsa to-go you get two small containers of salsa and a bag of chips. She gave me attitude when I asked for a second and said "you have to ask for a second!" We arrived around 2 p.m. and there was hardly anyone in there. We waited at the door for like 10 minutes before anyone even recognized us. Went in this evening with my daughters and grandchildren. Didn't wait long to be seated but once seated we waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone came to the table to great us and ask what we were having to drink. At this point we were ready to order our food. At first I thought the slowness was only our server until watching the entire staff including the employees in the kitchen where there were several standing around, no one had a smile on their face, no one moved with a purpose of taking care of their customers, I hope that they can find a better staff that loves their job and wants to take care of the customers, bad service equals low tips. I will not be returning to this location in the future. Watch you receipts people they will charge you for using the table tablet when you don't even use it. We put the one from our table up out of the kids reach so it was never used and we were still charged for it. read more

Family got take out here last night. I ordered Southern Burger meal and asked it to be fully cooked with no pink. I was halfway through my burger and looked at it; it was pink all the way through. About the time I go to lay down my stomach starts rolling and needless to say I've been up all night sick. The hostess just about caused us to leave. She wasn't welcoming and had a less-than-friendly attitude when 'greeting' us. Then, when I asked if she had a trash can that I could throw something in, she just shook her head no rather than speaking. I took the item to the bathroom to throw it away and stepped on several pieces of food on the floor on my way back. She was equally unfriendly to everyone waiting, which wasn't a large crowd especially considering that it is NYE. I'm glad we stayed because our waitress was very friendly and attentive. She didn't rush us and was quick to respond to all requests we had. The food was good as well. Management needs to work on the other issues though because if I have to make it all the way to a table before the experience is good, I might not make it again. read more

We went to the Chili's in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Food was great! It only took like 15 minutes for our food to come out but when it came time to pay, our server Savannah was not helpful at all. We all split up our checks and she had them all mixed up. We tried to tell her who had what and she didn't understand what in the world was going on. We got our food at 12:47 and didn't end up leaving til around 2ish because it took around 45ish minutes to pay. When we paid EVENTUALLY she did not give us the correct change and still had all of the checks wrong. Anytime we would ask her to fix something she would say "Oh let me go fix that for you" then 15 minutes later she would come back and nothing had changed. We told her that it was still messed up so she went back several times and all of the times. She shorted some of us money and when we told her that we "went back to fix it" but after we were STILL shorted money. Way to ruin our friends birthday! Our waitress was awesome. We ordered chips and salsa and a kids grilled chicken meal with broccoli. They no longer serve that kids meal. No problem. They have replaced a awesome meal with chicken pieces and green beans. Not a huge green beans from a can type person, so she said we could pay an extra dollar and get a salad. Salad was good but the chicken pieces were just gross. I don't think it was real meat. I couldn't get past the first bite hardly, I almost spit it out. It tasted like chewing on a big piece of fat. Decided to eat here today with my niece. Came in and the hostess finally came up to seat us, and it seemed like a burden to help us. The table wasn't cleared off. My experience at MWC Chili's was not good. Had to wait at entry for five minutes while a waitress walked in a circle multiple times, presumably to look busy, in the bar area, staring at my wife and I. The manager stepped out of his hiding hole and stared at us. Should have left right then, but a waiter popped by and said he would seat us. The food was below average and had to ask for salsa with my tacos. The utensils were more than water stained, they had food particles attached from previous use! Needless to say I will not be back. I came here during lunch hour with 2 babies and my sister in law. It wasn't really busy and the waitress was rude. It took a while for our food and I asked for another straw due to not being given enough for all the drinks. It took forever to even get 1 straw. Right before the bill came we noticed the waitress started to be nicer to us.. we will not be coming back to this location. Honestly we thought about walking out before our food even arrived. We ordered three course meal and the server did not pick up our empty plates which occupied a considerable portion of the table. At the end the server almost threw our bill on our table. TERRIBLE service. Waitress was not attentive to us AT ALL. apparently she was also the bartender. I don't care how busy you think you are getting drinks for the TWO people at the bar, you should pay attention to your customers. Food was horrible. Then we look at our check and it's way more than expected. Got an appetizer, meal, and drink from the "3 for $10 menu", yet they were all rung up at full price. The pasta alone is $13. Chili's is one chain whose food we never get tired of. There's such a big selection and we love so many of the foods. Hubby is obsessed with the appetizer queso and the molten chocolate cake dessert. A couple other locations left a sour taste in our mouths because of horrible service and we finally tried out this one. We were so impressed that we FINALLY got great service! We have been back several times since then and only once have had less than average service. Every other time we've been very pleased with it, along with hot and tasty food. TOGO service is not up to par. No employee waiting for customers who show up. They gave us "old avocados" that were obviously not fresh. This Chili's is the best around when they're on top of their game. The staff are personable and, being the mayor on Foursquare, they remember my favorite things and many ask if I'm having my usual. They are on top of their game most of the time, but when they aren't, it's not worth a visit. Try to beat the main meal rushes and you should do just fine. read more

I've also tried calling and placing an order to go (so I don't have to deal with the staff) and I'm always put on hold for at least 15 minutes. I gave a 1 star review 6 months ago (would have gave less if I could have) Because of the horrible experience we had just ordering chips and queso. It took at total of 30min waiting AT the restaurant for a simple order. (which we had called in 20 min before we got there) When we got home, the queso was cold and not even half full. I paid $7.00 and some change for a cup of queso that only filled a quarter of the way. So 6 months later we decided to try again since we love Chilis. This time I ordered the combo meal (fish and steak), and my Husband ordered the ribs, both to go. When we went to pick it up, it was ready on time, which is good. When we got it home, we were both extremely disappointed. My steak didn't even look like it had been cooked it was so raw (I ordered it medium) The fries looked and tasted like they were cooked yesterday and reheated. by far the worst I have ever had. My fish (Salmon) was rock hard, almost had to be cut with a knife. (How does that even happen?!?) The spinach and sauce that they had put on top of it was stuck to the fish. Once again, it was like it was cooked yesterday and reheated to give us. The mashed potatoes were dry and gross. My Husbands ribs we so dry he couldn't even eat them. Neither of us were even able to finish half of food that we paid over $40.00 for. I have always watched the advertisements on tv about chilli's and my mouth would water, but I never would go there to eat because I thought the prices for such wounderful food would be way beyond my wallet. One day my girls ask if I would like to go to dinner with them they took me to chilli's I was amazed at how affordable a meal was and the staff was wounderful and made my first visit memorable. This location is always fast, friendly, and trendy. We almost always get seated quickly and the waitstaff are pleasant and they always get our orders right and keep our glasses full! My favorite thing at Chili's is the chips and salsa! Please never change the salsa recipe ~ it is delish!! This location is on the upswing. I visited this location a couple of months ago and the service was adequate and the drinks were a little substandard for the price. However, during this trip I could tell that they were working to fix the small things that really add up. Jasmine, the bartender, had really taken steps to fix the drinks and boost service. To start I had one of their signature, El Presidente margaritas, which during my last trip was not pleasant due to substandard margarita mix. This time the margarita was great, the mix had been fixed and it was delicious. For dinner, I had the 6oz sirloin steak with mash potatoes and gravy, I also decided to try the southwestern mac and cheese for the $1 upcharge. The dinner was excellent, was served just as ordered and properly cooked. The mac and cheese portion was adequate for the $1 upcharge. Post dinner I opted to try one of Jasmine's custom drinks as I had seen her making them throughout the evening. It was excellent, I would highly suggest venturing off the drink menu and trying one. Also, in addition to great service I must compliment her attention to detail. While enjoying my margarita, one of the attendants brought over some freshly washed beer mugs to restock the bar. Jasmine began to look at them and noticed that they were spotty and below standards. She took enough mugs to restock the bar, hand washed them and told the attendant to reclean the rest. Well, I have been twice in the last 2 weeks. The first one we had a great server (Eric) and he is the only reason there would even be a star. He was great but I ordered a simple steak and it was horrible and the broccoli was maybe a day or 2 past time of needing to be thrown out. Now this was a busy Sat. night. I gave it a second chance yesterday afternoon when there was practically no one in there. Food was just OK but service was awful. Our server (Jacob) was unfriendly and seemed like we were bothering him with our presence. He took forever to even come to our table in the first place and then when he was there he was short and annoyed it seemed. Then as we were finishing our food he asked us if we wanted to go sodas as mine was empty which yes is nice but maybe you should wait till the table is about to leave. Don't just do it to rush out the table. Its not like there were a ton of people waiting on tables or anything. I am not swearing off all Chilis cause I have had some good food before but I am crossing this one off the list of places to go for good. read more
