This is my second time getting them and I never get a cheese pull. I know I ordered honey chipotle but these seemed extra spicy. I know for sure never to order the mozzarella sticks again. The crispers were good as well as the burger bites. The chips and salsa was good. Will not be back. The other night my wife and I went to the one here in Midwest City. We couldn't get to our seats because staff was using the booth for other tables' food. We didn't get the medium rare we asked for--it was well done. No refill until we asked for our check, and when I mentioned the burger, the response was, "Maybe we can get it right next time." There will be no next time. You focus on large parties and neglect your regulars. You can keep your overpriced, overcooked food. This is my holiday go to spot in 2025 for Veterans Day. I met cool people. This location was my 1st restaurant of 2026 too. Run in the New Year being served by the expert and top tier Asya S. FIRST TIMER AT CHILI's Yo honestly it wasn't bad. Better than I expected lol. The service was great, I forgot our server's name but she was nice and attentive! I've been to over 20 Chilis across the US and this is hands down the best location I've ever been to. The food is hot, fresh, and comes out timely. The bartenders are quick and friendly. Hostesses' seat quickly even on a busy night, and the staff all seem to genuinely enjoy working together which results in a better experience overall. Our server was new but absolutely phenomenal. I met a friend for dinner on a Monday night. The restaurant was busy. We were seated immediately. We had a wonderful wait staff (Tina). She was friendly, helpful and very attentive. We both had the chicken strip dinner and it was delicious. Tried this today during the Texas and Alabama game and I must say being that I haven't been here in years I must say I was quite surprised. Friendly staff greeted from the front door. My waitress was attentive and help out with menu items I was unsure about. I'm not really a huge Chili's person, mostly because the one by me in Texas doesn't have the friendliest staff. However, it IS super convenient for to-go and the food is generally really consistent so while here in OKC or rather MWC I decided to grab a quick to-go dinner. I totally meant to get the Honey Chipotle crispers. I accidentally ordered original which was my bad. What wasn't my fault was they were disgusting. Would have been GREAT in person that's why this isn't a zero star review. They have a tempura type batter... and seriously it would have been delicious the moment it was made. I got to the store about 3 minutes after the ding my order was ready. It was about 5 minutes ahead of the predicted time. But I was already in the parking lot at another store. The box with the tenders was all the way shut, with another box on top. They had STEAMED so much... you can practically if not literally squeeze the excess water out of the breading. It's one of the most disgusting things I've eaten. If this box had been on top and vented it would have saved it chicken. It is just a sponge, squishy mess now and was not able to eat it. There is literally so much water in it ... I couldn't even re-crisp them in an oven. Corn and mashed potatoes were my sides. The mashed were in their own container. That was nice, my locations puts in the corner of the Togo box. Haven't eaten the corn. Got a free dessert, also haven't eaten it. Did eat the ice cream that came with the dessert... it was standard for chilis ice cream. Staff was friendly. To-go girl was out instantly when I checked in and very friendly. Lot of Togo parking. Maybe 10 spots and they have service there for "It's just wings" and "maggianos classic" which are both neat concepts but kinda lame because you can't customize anything much. Just waited at this location for 45 minutes after ordering with two small children who finally started losing their minds so we had to hunt down someone who hunted down a manager that informed us the iPad that they use to send in orders with now straight from the table to be more "efficient" I guess? Glitched so after all of that time they hadn't even started making our food we just left hangry. We have 2 picky eater so this is an easy fix because they serve Kraft Mac and cheese which most do but my kids love it because they get so much. They also like the chicken crispers. My husband loves the buffalo chicken sandwich and gets it every time and I love the baby back ribs and loaded mashed potatoes. The guiltless menu is really good as well. But the bacon burger is still a decent option and the Original Chicken Crispers are out of this world..Thinly tempura battered, cooked to golden perfection, juicy inside but not greasy. If they'd let me sub a strip or two for Southwest Eggrolls it would be perfection. The salsa is more watery here than at other Chili's but I like their tortilla chips -- thin, extra crispy, made fresh(-ish). They came room temp, I prefer fresher, still hot. Our server was excellent. She really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our meal. The entire place has been recently remodeled. This Chilis has gone downhill rather quickly July. This is the second time in 3 months they have forgotten something and completely medded up the order. First, Ordered Curbside take out this evening. The young lady brought the food to the car. I was assured everything was there. Got home. We ordered 6 entrees...we only got 3. I went back to pick up the rest. I was calling ahead to give them a heads up. I was immediately put on hold. I made it there 15 min later...still on hold. I let the to-go cashier know what I was missing. It took another 25 min to: 1. Make a buffalo chicken salad with no buffalo sauce on the chicken. Have the items for the salad missing. 2. Make the kids mac and cheese and put it in the cups with lids....still in the microwave bag. The manager was completely useless and unapologetic. I gave this place a negative review a couple years ago. I said that they were near the bottom of my list for the area. I need to update that review. They are now competing for the top of my list of places to eat on 29th in Midwest City. For me, they have had a huge turnaround. The people here at this Chilis are great. This Chilis has become a reliable place to get some good food and service. I've enjoyed many meals here over the past few months and look forward to many more. They are busy, but the employees are working hard and doing well. They are attentive and do all they can to make your meal a good experience. We'll definitely keep coming back. read more
