Definitely an opportunity for improvement. Arrived to a very disorganized and messy. Bar. Perhaps they were short staffed. Tried to place a to go order 30 mins until flight. Sadly I got order 10 mins after boarding started thanks to Julio for getting me a to go box and lids, he also helped clean the bar area and get things organized.

A positive experience at an airport terminal without a bunch of food options. The staff were very nice and friendly despite it being mostly self service (you order yourself using a QR Code, someone besides the waitress brings your food, and you pay yourself using the QR code at well). So both the food quality and service are more similar to fast food, but the staff are nice and friendly if you need anything. Breakfast tacos, breakfast sandwich and eggs/sausage were 7/10 which isn't' bad for airport food.

Not too many airport food choices impress me but this time was an exception. We had an early morning flight and wanted some breakfast. Chilis has a southwestern omelette that was excellent. And the service was outstanding. Thanks Peggy! It was right next to our gate so that worked out well.

Clean location inside of the MKE airport. Service was efficient and effective. Ordered the cheeseburger and fries. Took a hair over 20 minutes to get to table. Burger patty was dry and tasteless. $50 (including tip) for my wife and I to eat lunch here. Save your time. Save your cash. Go elsewhere.

not the best but not the worst airport experience I've had! Of course it's overpriced, but that's too be expected at the airport. The servers were super friendly, but there's a lot going on so they didn't check on us much, if at all. The food met our expectations and I would order again if I were in need of a substantial meal while waiting for my flight!

They charged double for makers mark when we didn't ask for double.

Avoid this place as they are ripping you off. Food: it's a franchise so you will get what you expect Service: awful. Food was slow (30 min to get the first plate, another 10 min for a salad) Price: I fully understand the "airport premium," but this place ripped me off. My colleague ordered a Maker's Mark x 2 and I ordered one as well. When we got the bill, each shot costed $20, and they were charged as double shots. We both didn't say "double" but the bill came out to be double. If you go to any bar and don't say "make it double," you should be served single shot. When I was surprises by the price, the server said "welcome to the airport," justifying the ridiculous price. Airports are known for higher price, and we understand why. However, you don't expect to be ripped off. Avoid this place at all cost. Attaching the receipt so that you know I'm not making this up.

Haven't eaten at a Chili's in years - not sure there's even one near us - and I didn't have high expectations. Disappointed that breakfast was over right before I arrived, but the chicken crispers basket (huge - consider sharing) was unexpectedly delicious, and the service friendly and efficient. No one likes airport food, but if you're stuck waiting for your flight consider giving them a chance!

Had the coleslaw and mac & cheese...and that was not bad at all!Had a little bit more mayo than expected with a tad of vinegar, which was OK. Overall, it was a very good lunch/dinner. He does take a lot of pride in his work, and it shows! So I guess keep an eye open for that. Nice job, Nick. I'll give you the next star an update this review once I have your ribs. Is that a Deal? (because I'm a big-time rib guy.) Thanks again Nick!

One friend very much enjoyed the fried tilapia tacos with sides of their amazing black beans and rice; my other friend thought her cheese quesadilla was outstanding with lots of gooey cheese in the center. Of course, we ordered the chips and three salsas to start, along with a side of the freshest and best guacamole ever - oh, so good! And the frozen El Cheapo margarita I had was just right - and is $2 off before 5 pm. Thanks, BelAir Cantina, for never letting me down!

Once we were we claimed our free chips and salsa which were fresh and delicious. However, we ended up having to wait 35 minutes just for our main course which was just 1 triple dipper. To my surprise the parking lot was empty at 2 ish on a Sunday and I got parking at the front door. Service and food was slow for how empty they were and my server being the bar tender and having to make all drinks for the whole restaurant and less attention to me seemed kinda a dumb position. I ordered the Nashville hot crispy chicken sandwich with pickles and ranch with white cheddar Mac and cheese with an order frys from the menu. I said no ranch dressing but can you add lettuce, tomatoes and mayo to the existing sandwich which I was told yes. My server made some excuses a couple times why the food was taking so long. When my food finally came the Mac and cheese like the menu states was missing so I tell the server it's missing so I had wait for that. The chicken sandwich was missing the pickles and one super thin tomato slice and like a tablespoon of shredded lettuce, talk about skimpy. The chicken sandwich was crispy with moist white meat but not hot at all and none of the lettuce/tomato came through with so little on it. The white cheese Mac and cheese was textured only because it was bland with little cheese flavor. The frys were weird because they were hot but not crispy and soft on the inside with an overalls styrofoam texture. If I do chilies again it will be strictly the other location with the three appetizer basket and no more main dishes.

The chips were ok, but I enjoyed both of the salsas. They were both good. The red one was very garlicky I really enjoyed this and kept munching on it. The other salsa had more of a smoky chipotle type flavoring this was also very good. For my main course I ordered 2 steak tacos w/beans & rice. The steak tacos were ok but nothing extraordinary. The beans was more of a bean soup than beans. The seasoning was very good. The rice was nothing special. Our server Diana was nothing short of remarkable. From the time we got there she was there to take our drink orders & to see if we wanted to get appetizers prior to ordering our main courses. There is lots of seating as well. The main downside to my experience was the food. I ordered the quesa-birria tacos which were actually great as an appetizer, but my main dish was just sad. I ordered the enchilada combo, one chicken and one beef. The tortillas were stiff, and there was barely any salsa on them. The chicken enchilada was covered with an overwhelming amount of lime, the rice was flavorless and the beans were watery. I hesitate to call this place clean because my water cup had crusted gunk on it, which makes me believe they don't wash their dishes too well.
