I placed a to go order. As I waited for my salad, I saw a dirty plate of half eaten food left on the shelf where you pick up your order. I took a snapshot of it but cannot find it in my phone to share. I can't tell you how many servers walked past the plate. I just got my salad and left. The staff were all friendly but I won't return.

This chilis had great service and the food was way good! They also were open later than other areas! Definitely recommend!!

Perfect experience- great service, excellent food. The restaurant was super clean. We will definitely eat here again soon!!

    No beans

Why call yourself "chilis" if your chili is MID, they also said 5 minutes on my Mac and cheese and never brought it out, also there's no beans in my chili thumbs

    Happy Hour menu.

If one starts with the Margaritaville song, where he is looking for the lost shaker of salt, Chili's must have found it because everything tasted way over salted. The Skillet Queso was so salty I felt like I was being poisoned. I ordered the dinner version of my favorite the lunch fajitas with chicken. They normally come with the tortillas hot in a round case server. But not mine, they came wadded up in aluminum foil like nan bread from an Indian restaurant. I also had planned to order everything at once but the server took the drink order and then ran away, then the appetizers order and ran away again before finally taking the entrees order. Although the Skillet Queso was almost inedible because of the saltiness, the chicken fajitas were tasty once the tortillas were taken from the foil. It did seem the tortillas did get colder faster from being in the aluminum foil. I tried someone else's deep fried cheese and that did not taste like much to me either. At least they had preseason football on the some of the TV's. After all of salt, to go cups were requested for the Coke. We were given what appeared to be small child cups which seemed laughable and not worth their effort.

triple dipper: big mouth bites, honey-chipotle chickens, southwestern egg rolls plus three sauces

Stopped in Sunday after meeting to save MLB from having to figure out a mini-dinner. Used to snack at Chili's regularly back in the day so we can go here. Pulled in to a tidy parking lot with well kept plantings and gave it a go :-) Pleasant greeting from the hostess while she held the door for us. She seated us near some friends in the bar so we yapped for a bit before looking at the menus. Made the app selection off the table-card before noticing the menu listed the calorie counts; interesting concept, not sure about good or bad but I can save maybe a 1000 or so calories next time... Started with a triple dipper: two mini burgers, chipotled chicken bits, and southwestern egg rolls plus sauces. Chickens and egg rolls were good with the guac, the burgerlings were good with breakfast. MLB had half her margarita chicken with rice and beans (yea food boxes!) I opted for chili tacos (that mostly ended up in my excellent lunch with the other egg roll and tender) and a bucket of chips plus salsa. Really, we just wanted to have a bite of this or that without making a huge mess at home. A bonus was we had fixings for lunch and stuff... Our server was attentive, we got fed in short order, our beverages never quite got empty, and the menu counts calories for you. We have no reason not to come back so we will.

My husband got the chai cider, the spiced flavor was so amazing it warranted a second pint. We had the Spinach Crab Fondu and the Yuzu Ravioli as appetizers - the cranberry glaze on the ravioli was a delicious touch. I ordered the grilled Chicken Marsala for dinner and really enjoyed the mushroom sauce & potatoes. My husband liked his burger as well. We ended the night with the crème brûlée, which came with fresh strawberries. We were also offered free cookies when we closed out. The manager came by twice to chat, offer recommendations, and ask how everything was - he was very sweet!

We ended up ordering 2 fountain drinks, the spinach crab fondue, the seared scallop appetizer, farmers cobb salad, a caprese avocado panini with onion straws and a side of fries, french onion soup, and the espresso creme brulee. First and foremost, the food came out insanely fast. The seared scallops with creamed corn and pesto was fresh and delightful with a great sear. I do wish they were a bit bigger for the price, but it was a nice starter. The spinach crab fondue was so nice and hot when it came out that it was still bubbling. Strong crab flavor, a good portion size and plenty of fresh chips. The farmers Cobb salad had lots of seasoned fried chicken in it, the greens were fresh and the blue cheese dressing was nice and creamy. It even came with a fresh dinner roll. We advised the server we were going to split the panini and she was nice enough to plate them separately putting the onion straws on one and fries on the other. It wasn't so much a panini as it was just a ciabatta sandwich. The bottom bun was soggy as was the bacon but it was still very cheesy and tasty. The fries were hot and fresh and the onion straws weren't greasy and had a nice crunch. The French onion soup was hot and cheesy and was a nice portion. Could have had a bit more onion, but it hit the spot for the price. The espresso creme brulee was very very delicious. Not too sweet, had a great texture and came with a fresh strawberry, however the top could've been a bit hotter. A great way to end the meal. Overall, the meal was $99, which I think is very reasonable. Food came out quickly, tasted hot and fresh and thats exactly what you'd want on a cold day. Will definitely be back to try other menu options.

The restaurant had a good number of patrons, with about four tables available. I ordered, and my food came out in less than 10 minutes. I thoroughly enjoyed the eggs, the tea, and the pancake. Once to food came it was ok...but not worthy of the 4/5 stars that others have offered or the ranking as a great brunch place. She had a special with poached eggs, sausage, and one slice of French toast. Sausage seemed like it might have been fresh from a supermarket frozen package. French toast came super late. My omelet and biscuit were good enough (but not hot enough...did they sit around waiting to be expedited...short servers?). As for the grits. They ran out. How does a breakfast place in NC run out? They finally came after I had finished the omelet. Sigh. THEN the single slice of lukewarm French toast came. After the grits. After she was long finished with her eggs. It WAS delicious though. Perhaps an off day? Happens. Again, servers were delightfully polite. But food was only average, and the kitchen...well...read above...
