    Pleasantly surprised by the interior space; it is bigger inside than it looks! Fast friendly service, good food & drink choices - everything I expect in a bigger Chili's! And the Molten Lava Dessert us to die for!

    This review is based on dining in the bar. On a Sunday evening we sat at the bar. Lucky for us, Sundays are all day Happy Hour! We took advantage of the beer, and of the margarita of the month to begin. Our server was the bartender, who, despite it being a Sunday evening, was rather busy. Our Big Mouth Burgers were very filling. The burgers were thicker than we expected and were juicy. The Quesadilla Explosion Crisper Salad had a bite to it. It left a burn in my mouth with each bite. I really enjoyed that. It was quite unexpected. The quesadilla pieces were cheesy and had a burn too. The monthly margarita was The Witch's Brew. Mine was made with blackberry, rather than apple, but was quite tasty. It lacked the fun green Halloween hue but I enjoyed it.

    Ok, I've been stopping here for a while now to check on consistency of food and drink. I've had a couple issues in that past that needed a manager to advise. Thursday night I stopped in and decided to order a margarita, a house salad, the rib eye steak with broccoli and smashed potatoes. Also I ordered a slice of cheesecake to go. To start with my margarita was rimmed with a heavy coating of salt making it extremely salty. I cafefuly wiped off as much salt as possible but the drink was really bad. Clearly I'm not a salt person. Next I start on my house salad. It was a nice little salad with tomatoes, cucumber, crouton and iceberg lettuce. I put my blue cheese dressing on, mixed it around and noticed that the salad and dressing were wet. I don't mean wet with dressing either. I mean that there was too much water left on this lettuce causing my dressing to be thinned down and lose flavor. I could NEVER complain about the smashed potatoes that have cheese, bacon and fresh green onion so I won't! They have an amazign flavor to their broccoli with i love! So no complaints there either. BUT my steak is another matter. The 1st thing I said to the waitress when I got my plate was "boy that ribeye looks really thin tonight." She replied " thats what everyone's been saying" So I go to cut into it and hit big fat and gristle. Now I'm no steak aficionado but I'm pretty certain that ribeye shouldn't be gristlely. I cut another piece and it was the same. At this point I asked to get a box to go seeing as my drink, my salad and steak were not making me happy. I wrapped up everything, bagged it up, paid and split. I decided to dissect the steak a bit more at home and concluded that this ribeye was not a ribeye at all but what appeared to be a pounded piece of either cheap sirloin or tenderized flank... but NOT ribeye!! Now if the cook ran out of ribeye and offered a different cut that would be 1 thing but to switch it out and say nothing...NOT COOL!! If they had a sub cook that doesn't know their cuts of beef, well thats an internal problem that should be addressed. But I was very disappointed because of the amounts of fat, gristle and the toughness of the meat. I can honestly say that the cheesecake was as good as it always is and I'm thankful for having the broccoli and potatoes for my meal. I hope this was a fluke! I'm curious, if everybody noticed that their ribeye didn't look right didn't anybody else notice that the cut was wrong and texture was really wrong?? Just wondering!! Usually they are spot on to perfection. Sadly Thursday night they were far off point.

    it was really good and served well, nice experience not all chilli's are the same so, service was friendly. Sweet tea was really good.

    Shorter wait time if you will use the app to get in line prior to arrival. We were seated within 5 minutes. Food and service were good.

    Kind of dirty. Windos are smudged, a lot of the furniture is in bad shape. Nice staff but man has this place seen better days

I'm going to bare my soul a bit. I'm a Desert Storm veteran, and over the past year I've struggled in ways I never expected. Finding a place to simply be around other people became a kind of therapy for me. About a year ago, during a particularly rough stretch, I stumbled into Parlor Brewing and met its owner, Marc. My first impression was immediate and lasting. The beer brewed on site is the best I've had since moving to Arkansas--and I've been to just about every brewhouse in the state, including the big names in Northwest Arkansas. There's a level of refinement and balance in Mark's beer that most others just don't reach. But this place became more than great beer. There were days when I was down to my last ten dollars, and I chose to spend it sitting at the bar--not because I needed a drink, but because I needed the presence of other human beings more than I needed whatever food that money could buy. Marc didn't know this. Yet more than once, I'd order a beer and Marc would quietly bring over a sandwich, a plate of ribs, or a side--far more than what my remaining ten dollars could ever justify. He didn't do it because he knew my situation. He did it because he's simply a good human who takes care of people. That, on top of making ridiculously good beer and food. The staff deserves recognition as well--thank you to Austin, Sammy, Chrissy, Melanie, and Maris for always being responsive, respectful, and welcoming. Thank you, Marc, for being the kind of person this world needs more of. And to anyone reading this: visit this place. You'll appreciate the skill behind the beer and the food--and if you're lucky, you'll feel the same genuine welcome that I did.
