Updated review: I came for the 3 for me deal. It's a really good deal. I got salsa and chips (or you can get soup), my entree was the crispy chicken sandwich with fries, and it comes with a drink. Depending on the entree you pick, the 3 for me is either 10.99 or 12.99. Can't beat that! The crispy chicken sandwich is my favorite thing here. I've been coming to try different things here. The sandwich is very well seasoned and fried perfectly. They also have a good deal on drinks too. Beers are usually 2 for 1 when we come. Will be back to try some other items. read more

My girlfriend and I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. Last year they got rid of one of my favorite foods, a grilled chili. I am primary plant based. I do not eat meat or dairy. Last time we went I had my usual black bean burger. The bill came and they are now charging a $5.00 substitution fee. That is 50% of the burger for black beans. Thats it guys I am done. Last time. The service was slow, the margaritas were more sugary than the drinks at a child's lemonade stand, but the lemonade would be a better choice. She didn't allow any modifications when we ordered, first chilli's I ever been to that wouldn't allow modifications. Our server refused to check on us. I typically avoid this chain as I've had so many bad experiences at several locations. However, this was our scheduled dinner stop on our rafting trip. We were immediately seated. Our server was very nice and I was able to relax and enjoy the experience. There was a 2 for 1 happy hour and our friends order several margaritas which they shared with our table. I have came to this location quite a few times with my fiance. We waited 45 min order our food, had no refills at all. We had a server walking by us with the stature of a manager. My fiancé got her attention and told her we have been waiting a long time to order. The waitress responded with "what do you want" in a nasty tone. They gave me a cup of potato soup and so I got the attention of an associate working curbside and she trust to have an attitude because I had nicely stated I paid for a bowl and I got a cup... She must thought I couldn't do fluid oz. conversions. Anyway, she said that the cup was their bowl size... What since does that make! She got me another cup but had the nastiest attitude!!! We've been coming here for years now and it's definitely our favorite chili's location in town. We typically sit at the bar when our favorite bartenders are there (pro tip: order the drink nicknamed the Alex on sundays when he's in!). We've never really had bad service at this location. It's clean and the cooks are typically pretty fast to prepare your meal. Of the dozens of times we've been, I think we have only had to send back a meal once but the manager did an awesome job getting the replacement out quickly and even removed the item from our recipes. We live closer to another chili's but make the tad of longer drive to this location bc we like it better and because of the location being so close to all the shops in the Avenue! read more

Walked into this Chili's Sunday 06/26/22. The waiting area was packed. The hostess said there would be a 20-30 minute wait time. There were at least 15 empty (clean) tables where people could sit. We asked why, she said they had a "slow kitchen " today. I am still not sure how that prevents getting seated, a drink and chips and salsa while we wait. We decided to go to the bar and eat (that was allowed) when we were greeted by the friendly bartender, we ordered drinks and chips & salsa. The bartender (not the hostess) informed us they had been out of chips, egg rolls and a few other items for a bit. Needless to say, we decided to go elsewhere. We also informed the other (larger) families sitting , waiting for a table --- of all the items Chili's did not have on the menu. They were deciding to leave or not after waiting over 15 minutes for a table as these were some of the main things they were wanting to order. Also--- forgot to add the floor was very GREASY. We have been going to this location for years but will not be coming back again. Our server Susan literally harasses us to leave her a good review saying she is in a contest. She will sit there and beg for a good review over and over again. We somehow keep getting stuck with her as our server and the begging for a good review is beyond annoying. I'll start off by saying that Molly was our server and she was great! Attentive and helpful, even though she had a ton of tables. Our drinks were always full and the food was good. We always like the food at chili's but it's obvious they are struggling to keep staff. I'm sure there are various reasons for that, but there seemed to be only 2 servers with a bunch of other employees running food and drinks. This leads to a lot of communication errors. For us, it wasn't a huge deal because we tend to be pretty patient people, but our order was almost delivered to a different table and the table kiosk displayed the wrong order when we went to pay. All of these things were quickly remedied when brought to the attention of staff, which is a great thing, but there is definitely some issues with communication and staffing. This isn't the servers fault! If you have patience and want Chili's this location is great! But just know they're trying to overcome some staffing hurdles and it may not be a seamless experience. Like I said, our food was great and everything that went wrong was quickly fixed. Attitudes of the staff were great even though they're in a stressful situation. It isn't a 5 star experience but we would still go back when we want Chili's. read more

Six of us ate dinner at this location a couple of days ago. The service by our server was fantastic. We were especially thankful for the manager (Crystal). My partner and I walked in around 7pm and put our name in for 2, they said it would be a 30 minute wait which it was about 35 minutes, totally fine. We sat down and had looked at the menu to pick out our order. We waited for around 30 minutes with 4-5 workers that passed us multiple times, no one once stopped to great us or take any type of order. I've worked in the service industry and I understand being busy, but if anyone could have at least taken our drink order and maybe appetizer we could have gotten started. We decided to leave since we had no server. We checked in with the hostess up front on our way out and she did not apologize or offer to have anyone come help us, just said that she would "let them know."
