I ordered my usual 3 for me with an Old Timer made with black bean burger hold the cheese, fries, chips and salsa and upgraded to the classic margarita. Everyone enjoyed their food. Mine was good. Had issue with in restaurant order combined with to go order. It could have been easily fixed but managers were rude and ignored us. I have been to that Chili's many times with good experiences but current management has allowed restaurant to go down hill. Would recommend that you stay away from there. It should have been a red flag to us how dead this location was on a Saturday night at peak dinner time. It took another five or so minutes to get our drinks. We asked for a couple minutes to look over the menu and he didn't come back for another fifteen. Other staff members were standing around chatting. There was not any diversity among the staff and not once did I see a manager. It was not a good look. Food: 6/10 Once our food order was placed, we waited about fifteen minutes for our food. My daughter and I got the 3 for 3, which consists of a drink, salad, and an entree. We both got the 6 oz sirloin and mashed potatoes. I got a salad and the kiddo got chips and salsa. The boys got appetizer sampler plates and chicken tenders. My steak was tender but I did not care for the overly charbroiled flavor. My daughter's steak was overcooked and tough. There were rave reviews from the boys about their food. We took our granddaughter for her birthday because she wanted to try the place with her friends. We went in at 4:40 and the place was almost empty, it took 5 minutes to even get a host, then 15 - 20 minutes to get drinks. The place was still not real busy but it took another 30 minutes to get the appetizer and even more for the food. The waitress was so slow and not really attentive it didn't care. We ordered the assorted appetizer and the mozzarella sticks. They took forever and the cheese sticks were to be half regular and half Nashville hot, the tray was not divided and sauce was on everything. The Margarita chicken was flat chicken on beans and a spoon of rice. We thought this would be a better experience and wanted to get in and out. We had tickets to an escape room at Union Station. Do not go here !!! Went in for a quick dinner after my son's baseball practice . We were greeted by a very friendly host and sat us quickly . After bathroom breaks and such , my husband was still never greeted after ten minutes waiting at the table . He kindly asked a server walking by if he could grab a server for us , he responded ok super short . My husband respond with sthank you so much we have just been waiting about ten minutes to be greeted . The server responded back okay ? And ? Very rudely . We finally were able to get the manager over , explained what happened and he mentioned he would be our server and asked if we would like a different one . Well obviously . The manager was nice , but the whole situation was handled poorly , if it wasn't so late we would have left . Luckily the server who replaced him was very kind and attentive , but we will never be back . Especially as being a manager for multiple bars and restaurants it was also poor management. I usually have a decent experience at this Chili's. However I'm not sure if I'm imagining it but it seems like the portions are smaller than usual? I didn't take a picture of my side salad but it was less of a side and more of a taste. That aside, the food tasted good and service as fast. This was the worst dining experience I've had in months. And I am a foodie by heart. We waited 30 minutes for our DRINKS. Our drinks. We didn't even have a server, it was the manager who noticed we had not been helped. And get this, we were sat right in front of the computer where servers input orders for tables. This restaurant contracts with DoorDash but delays confirming orders with DoorDash and leaves food sitting to get cold before they do and a DoorDasher picks it up. I love chili's as a whole, and every waitress has been SO nice (we normally sit in the bar area). We've only had one staff member be not so nice to us, and it was the hostess who looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there and never smiled once. Now, here's where my 3 star review comes into play. We eat at the restaurant or order to-go 4-6 times per month. We always get skillet queso, and it's a 50/50 shot on if it will be super runny and gross, or normal. LOVE their salsa, though - always delicious and one of my fav salsas ever. When ordering to go, we have gotten home 2 times and gotten our food out, and the salsa has been missing (SO sad!!!), and we have had a few sides or pieces of our meals missing multiple times as well (corn on the cobb, tortillas for fajitas, rice). Now, onto the soup. I get a bowl loaded baked potato soup every time (we are creatures of habit if you can't tell ). The soup itself is SO yummy and fills me up a good amount, especially when I have salsa or queso beforehand! The portion is just right (in the restaurant), BUT if I get it to go, so disappointing. They put it in a tiny to-go container already, and this time when I opened the lid, it was HALF empty!!!!!! ‍ if the soup wasn't so delicious, I would stop getting it to go, because I get frustrated everytime (this time, more than others). My fiancé wants me to add that the fajitas are delicious - he's chili's #1 fan (hence, why we eat here so often lol). My chicken quesadilla chopped chicken dad bone and gristle in 25-30 % of the pieces. Sour cream was heavily watered down and had already started to separate from the extra added water. Family of 5, out to eat on Easter.. restaurant practically empty. 3 of 5 orders came out wrong or missing items, never got the free chips and salsa we asked for twice, when I said something about my daughters grilled chicken sandwich missing the avocado, the server argued with me that the sandwich didn't have avocado on it instead of just bringing her a few slices. Every time we've visited this chili's it smells like sewage gas. It is mild to severe but the smell is always there. When it gets bad they start seating people in the area of restaurant farthest from restroom (near bar). It was so sickening I completely lost my appetite. I have been going to this place for the last 4 years ordering the explosion salad. 1 of 4 salads come out right! It seems like they only come out eatable when Diego is there. I think he is the only one holding that place together. Just got one to go yesterday and it looked liked dog food in the box for $12.36 . I am obviously not complaining about the $$ since I am willing to spend that on a bowl of salad! But when I spend $12 on a salad it better have some green and be more than half full!
