Cajun Pasta
Ash A.

Went to try the triple dipper because of social media, it was good! The mozzarella sticks were ok I would recommend getting the Nashville style ones for more flavor! The cheese pull is 100%real btw. The egg roll things were also amazing. A+ for the sauce. The sliders HAD TO BE THE BESTTT PART. they were delicious. I had the Cajun pasta and it was okay. Service was quick. The workers were very nice. Our server was attentive and great. The vibes were nice and chill for a Saturday night. I don't really go to chilis, I think I've only gone one other time but that time I actually got dessert and it was so good. I recommend getting a dessert for sure!

Worst than a hot pocket. Though our server was really kind and the manager tried to make things better. This kitchen has no quality control.

We enjoy munching on the chips and salsa. I always say I'm going to get the molten cake and end up too stuffed to eat.

Spoke with the Chilis team. They were very kind and genuinely concerned about my visit. Because of this I'm changing my stars.

Love this place! Enjoy coming out here during the summers…read more Food is great! Drinks are amazing. Service is always great too! Love the location! .

I'm really disappointed to be giving this 1 star review to a restaurant I really used to enjoy…read more After today's experience, will not be back. Sat at the bar for 30 minutes and not one was asked what I would like to drink or eat. It was not that busy. There were two bartenders. One lady who walked back and forth, not bussing dishes or serving anyone. Just walking back and forth. And a guy who was picking up some dishes and speaking to a few folks. At this price point, staff should great and serve and provide an exceptional experience. Unfortunately mine was a waste of 30 minutes and off to find a restaurant with a staff that cares about their clientele. This was mentioned to management as we left. ------ I would like to add a few more comments to address the response below. 1. We came in for a meal, not a margarita. Thanks for the assumptions. 2. We were not created in time, take another look at your cameras. 3. When she delivered chips and salsa about 15 minutes after sitting there. She slammed them down and threw salsa all over the counter which she never cleaned. Never said anything just threw them down and went back to walking around the bar area.

The food was great, as expected for a chain Tex Mex restaurant. We got the complimentary chips, salsa and jalapeno dip, and we ordered queso to share. I love getting their quesadillas or sharing fajitas for an entree. The steak quesadilla was great here, definitely big enough to share! You get 4 small quesadillas in one order. It's a good spot for large groups. We noticed a family with young kids and a birthday party with 10+ people, all seemed comfortably seated.

I had the fajita beef burrito smothered with Hatch green chili and devoured it! My son had the same and although he thought the green chili was a little too spicy for him, he still ate his meal and didn't leave much. Friendly service, table was clean, and the prices were as I'd expect at a place like this. Parking is not an issue and I had no wait (Saturday night around 7:45PM).

OMG, this is my go-to for Chili Rellenos. NOBODY does it better. My wife was there for lunch and…read moreknowing I loved their Rellenos brought home a to-go order. Happy Camper here! Probably the worst Mexican restaurant in Colorado…read more We were greeted by a young red-haired hostess at the front, and unfortunately she seemed completely uninterested in her job or even seating us. It was a very poor first impression. After being seated, things didn't improve much. The staff working the bar and nearby tables were very short with us from the beginning and gave off the impression that they didn't want to be there. What made it worse was that the restaurant wasn't even busy at all. I ordered a michelada, and honestly it was one of the worst I've had. I've tried micheladas all over the Americas, and this one was terrible. I specifically asked for it to not be too spicy, was told "okay," and it still came out extremely spicy. I couldn't even drink it. For food, I ordered a burrito while my friend ordered fajitas and a quesadilla. The pictures looked great, but the food arrived cold. We had also ordered well before the two tables next to us, yet they received their meals at least 10 minutes before we did. The only positive part of the experience was the woman who brought our food out from the kitchen. She was very kind and welcoming, and honestly the best part of the restaurant. Back staff should probably be taking the orders. After our food arrived, nobody checked on us even once. We were never asked if the food was okay, if we wanted another drink, or if we needed water refills. The server only came back when it was time to pay. Walked by us multiple times and never took the time to stop to ask us how we doing. There was essentially no service throughout the meal. I will say the decor and atmosphere were beautiful. The restaurant did feel like a small piece of Mexico, which I appreciated. However, as a Latino, the hospitality and service did not reflect the warm and welcoming Latino vibe I expected. Overall: great decor, but the service and food were extremely disappointing. There are many other Mexican restaurants nearby offering much better experiences. This place seriously needs to improve its hospitality and customer service.

As for ordering you went up to an electronic menu and ordered via the tablet in front of you. What's nice is that there are two tablets so it does make ordering a bit quicker, especially if someone is sitting there thinking or if a large group is ordering all at once. I love that they have a taco of the month and I generally always try and try it. Queso and chips are always a great shareable option and I also got a side of the street corner, which had an amazing flavor. In addition, I typically always get Horchata to finish off the meal. Honestly, I think this took longer and was more complicated than someone entering your order for you, but whatever. I went with what I've had before...the democrat, brushfire, and green chile pork. All were yummy as always. My wife had two of the potato egg and cheese and one fried avocado. The avocado was ok, but she liked the egg ones better. Chips and salsa were good, and we even got a few extra chips at the end. Coke Zero was clear, and the Diet Coke tasted a bit off, but it was fine. Men's bathroom didn't have paper towels, which also seems to be a recurring event, and the bathrooms themselves were freezing. Kind of like trying to pee in the cold section at Sam's where they keep the eggs and milk. But please, don't do that.
