Worst Chilis ever. Same food if you can ever get it served. Wait staff untrained and inattentive and kitchen staff either way too slow or completely understaffed. Shouldn't take hour and half to eat lunch. Went 4 times before writing this. Beware. read more

I've never had a good experience here. The hosts/hostesses are never friendly. The service is generally below average. And the restrooms are not clean. If I had to say one good thing, the small portion sizes are commensurate with the low prices. read more

Ordered dinner for take out for my family. The order was placed at 6:00PM, I was told order would be ready at 7:00PM. I sent my son to pick it up at 7:00PM, and when he arrived at ~ 7:10 was told it would not be ready for another 1/2 hour. I believe the hour they quoted was plenty of time and feel this restaurant was inconsiderate of my sons time. I found the food to be average, but in my opinion, the service is terrible. 3 out of our last 4 meals here: 45 minute wait, though not real busy; hot food served cold, though not busy, and strike 3 tonight, told at 4:45 PM, though not busy, couldn't seat 6 adults, 3 children and a high chair because it would back up the kitchen. We were told we could wait 25-30 minutes to be seated. Though, if two parties of 5 had arrived, they would have seated them. If you like Chilis, go elsewhere. read more

First and last visit here on Dec. 30, 2015. Told us 15 minute wait when there were at least 6 tables open and plenty of waitstaff on duty. Ours was a small party of 3 and any of those tables could have accommodated us. We waited for 37 minutes and maybe 2 parties waiting were seated in that time. Party after party left and tables were bussed, but the wait list only grew longer. We finally got fed up and left, going to IHOP and having a great experience. I am a regular patron of Chilis restaurants and bad service is a rarity. This place was just incompetent. Don't bother coming to this location until they get their act together. Seriously underwhelmed. It wasn't atrocious, but it would be too complimentary to say the food was marginal. As someone who has been to many Chili's all over the country, this one may have taken the cake as the worst. Only reason it gets two stars is because our server was great. read more

There is only one server we've ever had at this restaurant that has provided good service. He has longer hair and is so nice and courteous. The rest of the servers I've had are lackadaisical about their jobs and don't seem like they're working for tips at all. The food is great but Jesus the service is horrendous. I will drive to the Hutto location in the future. read more

This Chilis is the worst Chilis I have ever been to. I cleaned my own table, and waited 1.5 hours for my food. Never going back!

I have a hard time judging this place because of the limited number of restaurants in the area. I DO encourage the management team to staff servers, busters and kitchen staff based on crowd. Every time I come in, I have to wait in many open tables at the bar and there is a 20 minute wait on all tables. Today, looked around, there were open tables in restaurant side and bar..soo I asked..response we don't like to overwhelm the kitchen. Seriously. .I'm now at russos. read more

Getting worse and worse. Friends and family told me how much they hated this place, I should have listened. I ordered the original chicken crispers To-Go. When I cut into one it was raw, checked the rest. yup all raw, tuna raw. With this kind of service their doors will be closing very soon. read more

I've come to this particular location quite a few times my experiences here differ in many ways. Although one recent experience has shown me the true potential for the restaurant. I was greeted and waited on by a young African American man, I wish I remembered his name so I could ask for him next time I dine in there. He was very well mannered and attentive to me and my wife's every need. We ordered a southern smokey burger with the dressing on the side and no pickles and a Santa Fe salad. The young man brought us our food in a timely manner. My burger had pepper jack cheese on it. On the menu it said there would be cheddar. Of course from what I could see everything else was ok. I told the young man and he said he would check on it for me. When he returns he tells me that he rang up the wrong burger. He said " sir I'm so sorry but I seem to have rang in the wrong burger I apologize is there anything I can do to help better your chilis experience today". I told the young man he was a gentlemen and a scholar because I've never met someone with such honesty. read more

I've been waiting to review this location but after 3 visits its time! 1st visit:Food came out cold after waiting an hour for it to come out. When it did come out only part of the order came out. Service was horrible. Server was nowhere to be seen ever! 2nd visit:This was for my dads birthday and was for lunch. This visit is why I waited to review because it was great. 3rd visit:Last night was horrible again! Waited at table 15 minutes before we even knew who our server was. Had to ask for any drink refills. Again, long wait for food. Sat down at 5 and got food at 6:05. My sons hamburger bun was in edible and since we waited so long we were in a hurry because we had to be somewhere. Thought getting there early we'd be ok. He was only able to eat his corn. We'll stick with Hutto location which is unfortunate. I was really looking forward to having this location so close to our house!!! read more

I placed a Togo order for a family of 7. We had 4 triple dippers, a kids pizz, a big mouth bites, and a classic bacon burger ketchup and pickles only. We were told 20 minutes for pick up. I waited about 25 minutes before going to get it. I get there and I don't see our food ready. I paid 85 with a tip and asked how much longer before our food was ready. I was told 5 minutes because of all the triple dippers because of all the fried food. I said ok and set a timer on my phone and waited. It was about another 12 minutes before we were brought our food. I asked for my receipt and checked my food. I opened the triple plays and was stunned by how little food is in there. I understand these are smaller portioned apps but it had chicken tenders about the size of baby carrots and 4 of the smallest wings I have ever seen when I asked what was the explaination she said that is what it is. She then said oh I forgot your fries I'll be right back. I went through the rest of the food and every triple play was like the first smallest portions ever and very unappealing. I've been here sitting in the restruant and have had the same thing and was given enough for two people to eat off of. I got out fries a few minutes later and asked again is this really it and was told that that is what it comes with. I said ok and left I will not be going back again as this was a very unsatisfactory experience for what I spent on my food and it still left my family hungry. read more

We went into the establishment at 6:30 pm on Jan 2, 2016 and so it was not a very busy time. However, the food serve was very, very slow. The appetizer we ordered did not arrive until our main course. We ended ordering and finishing up two orders of chips/salsa and still the food did not arrive. From order time to deliver time was over thirty minutes and more like 45 mins. Inquiring with the wait person, she said that it was due to slow computer system (order having to go thru someone before it went into the kitchen staff) and that they were short one cook. One of the orders was the endless enchiladas and the second order never arrived even after the wait person asked us two twice if we got them. We ended up with only one order of them because we gave up waiting for the second order. The wait person seemed over worked as well. Overall, the service was very slow and disorganized. We noted similar frustration among patrons as well. We stay in Round Rock and normally go to the Hutto, but wanted to give this newer, closer location a try. Very disappointed on the service. It was a big mistake to visit this location. read more

Chili's as a whole has declined horribly in the past few years. It makes me sad, it used to be one of my favorite places to eat. After having an awful experience at the Hutto location (slimy lettuce, food that had obviously been sitting out for a looooong time, multiple mistakes on our orders, etc....), we decided to try this one at Stone Hill. Sadly, the experience was no better. We arrived shortly before six thirty. We were seated immediately, which was great. However, it then took over an HOUR for our food to be delivered to our table, and when it arrived it was cold, my husband's salmon was burnt so badly it was almost inedible, and it looked (and tasted) like my enchiladas had been sitting out for at least twenty minutes. We didn't want to waste any more time since our kids were hungry, so we just ate and asked for our check. It took another THIRTY minutes for our waiter to come back with the check after that. We didn't get out of there until about 8:15 pm. Almost two hours! The food was not worth the price, it was cooked horribly and the service is just lacking way too much to justify the frustration of going again. Please get it together Chili's!
