Loads of empty tables but no staff to wait tables or cook the food. Half empty restaurant and we had to wait 30 min due to no staff.

The 3 for me has significantly decreased in size and value even though the price has went up.

They are open for to go and dine in. They are respecting social distancing guid lines. All the employees are wearing masks and tables are sanitized between guests. It was very clean to include the bathrooms. They even put up plastic dividers between tables and booths. I had the Tripple Play with Bloom Petals. Fried Pickles and Fried Cheese Curds. I know a ton of fried but hey it was a treat! Lol. It was fried to perfection not greasy at all. It came with 3 different sauces. Was fresh and very tasty. We had the bottomless Chips and Salsa which was fantastic! They make their tortilla chips in house so they are warm and fresh and the salsa was perfect hot but definitely not too hot! The service was on point she was absolutely lovely and we didn't have to wait for a thing. Support a local business and drop in! read more

3/2/2018 - My first time in Chili's in years. Came for dinner on a busy Friday night. We were able to get seated right away. They were on happy hour so I ordered a rum and coke. They brought both drinks at the same time. The guy who brought them wasn't our waiter and as he put the drinks down, they spilled a little all over the table. Luckily, not on me. I had the Caribbean Salad with Seared Shrimp, Pineapple, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, red bell peppers, green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds with honey-lime dressing. It didn't look like the salad on the menu, but it never really does. The salad was just ok. Shrimp had no flavor. The service from our waiter Jerry was....well it wasn't. He seemed as though he did not enjoy his job and did not want to be there. Only came here because we had a gift card. Not a fan and will not return. read more

My friends and I went to this Chili's for a brunch. We were very happy with the service we received. A young man by the name or Railey waited in us. He was super friendly, fast and attentive. This location is very pleasant! They do offer curb side pick up which is very convenient but there is a wait after the pick up time it's suppose to be. Inside the restaurant is very clean but can be hectic. The waiters are decent and do not pressure you when eating to hurry up. My sister and I stopped here last night for dinner and, as always, it was delicious. We split the triple dipper with honey-chipotle chicken crispers, big mouth bites, and southwestern egg rolls. I love chili's and this branch was good too!!! I got the $10 for 3 lunch combo with a soda, soup, and bacon and ranch chicken quesadilla. I really enjoyed all of it. The portions ofc are really big, as they almost always are at Chili's. I had to take some of the quesadilla to go. We also got the AMAZIBG molten lava cake and as always, it was AMAZIBG!!!!! this particular store puts caramel sauce on it (the one I usually go to doesn't do that, they only do chocolate) which was kinda eh bc the whole thing is already really sweet so caramel wasn't really necessary. The servers were all nice. The kiosk thing stopped working tho and wouldn't take mine or my friend's card which was annoying and we had to wait there for an extra 20 mins just to figure that out. Our server had to change the battery of the kiosk twice and it still didn't fully work. Kinda annoying but I don't think many other guests had that issue. read more

Just your average Chili's -- nothing about this location is exceptional. My friend and I came in for a late dinner; they were closing slightly early for Labor Day, but the restaurant was relatively busy. Once we walked in, we took a seat at a crammed booth by the bar; it was loud due to the number of tables and booths in the small room. Just like their other locations, menus were on the table. We each got a 3 for $10 meal, which comes with a drink, appetizer, and entree. For the value, this is the best deal at most chain restaurants. I ordered the mango tea, loaded potato soup, and bacon burger. Tea was very sweet; I added water to dilute the taste. The soup was nice and warm, it also went well with chips. The burger came with fries and was decent. However, my biggest issue is the service. We tried getting the waitress' attention for twenty minutes; we even used the check our machine on the table to alert an employee, nobody came. Our booth was surrounded by tables, so often times we were overlooked. For the amount of time that it took us to check out and leave, I would've went to another chain restaurant in the same plaza. read more

I always have a good experience here with food, drinks, and service. I wasn't really a fan of Chili's in general but lately I've been seeing myself come here more often. It's your typical standard Chili's with a large parking lot. This is located in the busy plaza, The Fountains. I love their drink specials, they offer two for one prices on certain drinks (wine, beer, cocktails). I really like their Thursday deal, $5 Presidente margarita. The margarita was so delicious and the drink yields about three glasses (it comes in a shaker). I also really like their chile-lime chicken and rice entree; that is so flavorful with a nice kick to it, it's also on the healthier side. The bar area is usually packed so we always opt for a booth. Our server was always checking up on us and making sure our drinks were filled. This is definitely my go-to Chili's because it's in a convenient location. read more

Don't waste your time or money. We ordered from their It's Just Wings menu that the are running as a separate ghost restaurant in the same kitchen and were very disappointed. All they offer is wings or boneless wings and fries are included. We ordered the wings plain hoping the would be crispy, they were not, but not as soggy as the fries which were dreadful. You can select a sauce for them to put on the wings but if you want it on the side you have to pay extra. It does come with a side of ranch dressing but that was hot and not wanting to get food poisoning I threw it away. The food probably suffered because they didn't adhere to our time window request. We allowed 30 minutes for us to arrive and when we got there 10 minutes early the food was ready, probably sitting for a while. We also tried a dessert, a hand held apple pie. The crust had a funny greasy flavor and the filling was a barely these smear of apple spread that had no discernible fruit pieces. It's sad to realize that McDonald's came make a superior product. Glen was by far the best server & bartender, literally 2 seconds after sitting he came over to greet us which was so warm & welcoming. He provided elite service, swift, humor and all smiles!!! We sat at a booth Glen served all the near by tables and also everyone who sat at the bar with ease. Our food was great, and the drinks even better! Winnie the manager takes pride in her title, and I can honestly say she does an awesome job at making sure her guest is taken cared of and also helping the staff members in the mean time. We came here after my wife's dentist appointment. We normally go to the the location near our house for drinks and snacks. They have 2 for 1 all day so it's always happy hours there. O, since we are already close by, having lunch here seems logical. All the Chilis looks exactly the same, and we found ourselves grabbing two stools at the bar immediately. First things first, get the 2 for 1 drinks going. I ordered a draft beer and I noticed that the size of the beer mug they served me is a bit larger than the Chilis near our house. Or maybe I am imagining things but it sure feels like it. And my wife ordered her usual Long Island Ice Tea. She felt it wasted a little bit different than she used to, but said the second drink was a bit strong. For lunch, we ordered a few different appetizer items. Started off our favorite Southwest Egg Rolls. The dish came warm and crispy. We only got Big Mouth Bites instead of three we get at the other place, which seemed odd. We also got some onion rings and an order of Classic Nachos. In this visit, All the food tasted fine. Our bartender was pretty good and provided excellent service. The only thing we were not thrill about is their table top tablet. We paid our bills through it but then we noticed it automatically charged us $1.99 "entertainment" fee. It took a lot of hassle to get that taken out of our tab. So be careful and always check your bill, even if it's $1.99. read more

My favorite go-to lunch spot. First things first. The hostess. I've never met someone who truly seems like they love their job the way she does. And if she doesn't then this woman needs an Emmy. Every time I go there I'm greeted by this woman who treats her customers like they are family. It's amazing. You know, another thing I love? BOGO drinks. The adult kind. Any place that gives me a margarita for free after I order one AND it tastes great. Major points in my book. The service is always good; having polite and attentive waitstaff. I never find myself having an issue with anything. The food arrives quickly and always how I wanted it to be. The food itself is standard Chili's grub. If that's what you want, then you'll be pleased. The endless chips and salsa are my favorite as is the guacamole burger. Great experience at chili's! Service was a super fast for a Saturday night. The patron margarita was amazing. Of course I had to get the Texas loaded fries, the best app and THE BEST ranch ever! We ordered the fajitas and the chicken wasn't as flavorful as the last time but I stilled enjoyed them. Lastly we had to get the molten lava cake even though there was absolutely no room left, but it is a must. Of course I felt like crap after, but it's worth every once in a while lol read more

This was the most awkward dining experience I've ever had. To start off I want to say that I enjoy chili's food and drinks, that's not what I'm upset about. Here's a list: 1. Server never introduced herself (had to get her name off the tablet) 2. She was very hesitant when approaching the table, made me as a guest feel uncomfortable and made me lose my appetite 3. She tried to shove the rewards system down my throat, didn't appreciate that 4. Challenged us on the fact that we had "jalapeño aioli" at there other location 5. The tablet. They completely take away the customer interaction with the guest. All in all not a favorable dining experience. Once again I say the food was not the issue, it was the customer service. This Chili's used to be so good so honestly I don't know what happened. My daughter ordered the chicken sandwich. When it got there she took a bite and was disgusted. We asked the waitress if she could take it back and just get something else which of course my daughter would never do unless it was absolutely necessary. Once the bill got there I didn't realize that they never took off the chicken sandwich so I called the restaurant and spoke to one of the managers. She insured me that the charge will be refunded back to me. She took down my name,my email and phone number and told me that it would take 3-4 days for the charge to be refunded. That never happened. I called tonight and spoke to another manager and honestly he seemed like it was a bother. I told him the situation and he went to explain that without the info if I wanted a gift card. I was able to provide the info he needed. I declined that because the previous manager assured me that it was going to be taken care off. I never received an email or call from the previous manager. She even told me she remembered that order. Not pleased at all that I have to call again to have this issue fixed. The waitress was very nice though but I will not be returning here because honestly the food has really gone down hill. Update: Emailed their corporate office and they told me that they sent me a credit but on a gift card when I told them I would be returning to a location(wasn't happy with the food to begin with) and told them I have already disputed the amount(the charge in question). I am not pleased at all with the way they handled this situation when one manager tells you one thing and another tells you something else and then corporate didn't help the situation. read more
