Took my family here for Sunday Night Dinner after seeing their 3-For-Me special. The restaurant was busy and lively, lots of seating and allowed us to choose where we wanted to sit. Service was excellent, the staff and manager/owner were super attentive and brought out the food quickly. 5 out of 5 for value and excellent customer service. Will be back!

    Watermelon margarita

Chili's is underrated in my opinion! It always hits the spot. I love their quesadilla explosion salad. I get it with the honey chipotle chicken crispers. I had a casa amigos watermelon margarita and it was just okay. I've had better margs elsewhere. Our server was very sweet and attentive, checking on us regularly even after it got busy. Chilis has more of a loud ambiance but not too loud. They play sporting events on the tvs and it's definitely a place you can go with kids and have a decent meal.

The food was excellent and served warm, and the waitress was very friendly. Wonderful dining experience!

During a Mommy/Daughter movie & lunch date, I brought my daughter to Chili's, her favorite spot. We arrived around 2pm and it wasn't packed at all, but it took a few minutes (maybe 3) to be acknowledge and seated. I actually saw a bartender look at me a couple of times and get (who I assumed was) the Manager's attention so that I could be seated. To be fair, I did also see, whi ended up being my waitress, look at me waiting but she was with another table at the time. Once seated,e everything was fine. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious.

I haven't been to a Chilies in 9 years, but today I had the urge for their southwestern egg rolls and after one bite, I remembered why I haven't been back in 9 years. Talk about awful. The food is stale and salty, and there's a cloying salty aftertaste that's chemical, yucky. Bleh! So bummed and disappointed. The food is overcooked, over salted, should have gone to Publix instead. My arteries are hardening and blood pressure sky rocketing as I right this. And the Southwest egg rolls used to be a major highlight. So sad! It's terrible how the company has allowed/encouraged the food's depreciation. Anyway, gotta go vomit now... $90 down the toilet The rest of the food in the photos is going in the trash (hope no rats get into it). We've all had our taste and all agreed, it's awful.

The quesadilla I didn't eat and the rest of my salad I tried to pick through after already consuming an exaggerated amount of cheese.

Let me start with the highlight of the visit: our waitress, Tara, was phenomenal. Attentive, accommodating, and genuinely kind -- she's the reason this review isn't lower. Five-star service without question. Now, Chili's is my daughter's favorite, so we're regulars. I usually stick with my go-to: the eggrolls and the quesadilla salad. It's a reliable combo that I've enjoyed for years. This visit, however, was... off. When the salad arrived, something didn't seem right. At first glance it was hard to tell, but thankfully I noticed before pouring on the dressing -- they had served me honey mustard instead of the standard dressing. No big deal, mistakes happen. While waiting for that to be corrected, I took a bite of my cheese quesadilla, which was unfortunately cold, soggy, and overloaded with cheese. I asked Tara (bless her) if that could be fixed too when she came back with the correct dressing. As for the salad... where was the salad part? It was just a mound of cheese with some lettuce hidden underneath. I normally devour every bite, but this time I found myself picking through the cheese trying to salvage something edible. I let Tara know -- not to complain, but just so it could be improved for future guests. What happened next really soured the experience. A gentleman (manager, maybe?) came over to "address" the issue. Instead of acknowledging the feedback, he basically lectured me about how the salad is made "to spec" and maybe next time I should order the cheese on the side. Mind you, I've been eating this salad for 20 years -- I know what it's supposed to be. His tone was condescending, and frankly, he smelled bad, which made the interaction even more unpleasant. The attitude matched the stench. All in all, I'll probably be back because my daughter loves it, but this visit was disappointing -- saved only by Tara's excellent service. Management might want to work on how they handle guest feedback -- especially from loyal, long-time customers. Also - my daughter was happy, everything came out to order for her.

I haven't been to this Chili's location (Plantation, FL) in a while, and I won't be coming back. Although the establishment was clean, the service was sub-par and the quality of food has fallen below average in comparison to where it used to be. This location used to be a primary training location, if it still is, there needs to be more re-training. I'm very disappointed as this location used to be a great location.

This is a chain restaurant, so you know the menu and you know the setting. This was a very well kept and clean establishment. We enjoyed the over all orderly manner of which the restaurant was kept. Our food was fresh and as expected. Very pleasant and inviting. We appreciated ever bite. Our server was fun and attentive and I would love to have her as our server again...her name was Reese. Great experience from a well know establishment that doesn't always perform to our standards. We will visit again!

    Surf & Turf Sirloin* - 10oz
    Diandra U.

First of all, I ordered the surf & turf sirloin 10oz Medium term and they brought me a medium well/well done cooked steak. On the menu was advised that it came with a dozen shrimps (12) and they brought like 4-5 shrimps that were cold, and they looked like someone's leftovers. For a plate that cost $30 it should be better. Also, my boyfriend ordered the fajita trio that comes with black beans but apparently they forgot to add the beans. Really bad experience.

It had an average amount of people sitting around at the bar area eating and drinking. There was a man at the bar taking orders for take-out. I sat at the bar and he came over and took my order. I ordered Mahi tacos and a small order of the tuna dip for later. I was too hungry to drive home so as soon as I got in the car. He had placed all the food in a takeout bag and put a knot at the top. I untied the bag and reached in. They had given me a bag of tortilla chips for the tuna dip. Without removing the container from the bag (because I don't eat in my car honestly), I opened the styrofoam which held the tacos, grabbed one taco, took a bite and put it back in the container. I needed a taste before I headed home and it was good to be honest. Then I grabbed the tuna dip, placed it on my center console and reached into the takeout bag for the clear bag of tortilla chips. As soon as I lifted the bag, I saw that there was a cockroach holding on to the bag! I immediately panicked and tossed the bag across the car to the floorboard of the passenger side. I immediately regretted that though because my car is brand new and now there is a cockroach in it. Now I'm gagging because I just bit into the fish taco and swallowed!! I immediately went to the vacuum to vacuum every crevice of my car that the vacuum would fit into. Then I went and got Combat Baits and placed them under the seats. I'm pissed!!!!!! I don't even want to drive in my car right now. I didn't eat the food at all. Lost my appetite completely and threw it in the dumpster near the vacuum. Firstly, I have a severe phobia for cockroaches and what if it was pregnant?!! I will NEVER, EVER SET FOOT INSIDE OF THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!! I am MORTIFIED!!!! I AM DISGUSTED

My short rib birria tacos were so filling. I could only eat two of the three and had to bring the third one home along with her bowl of beans and rice. It was a lot of food. They were also very cheesy! The dipping sauce was good but it was different than I was used to. For drinks, I just ordered a beer and she ordered a crab cocktail. We didn't stay that long because we were both tired that day. For some reason. There is parking right out front. Of course you have to pay to park. It's a very intimate spot on. The staff is very friendly. He might be back before we leave.
