First, apologies to Mike, the mid day manager. You didn't deserve some of what I told you. You were not on duty during my visit. Ken waited on us during our visit yesterday. He seemed a little overwhelmed and didn't get our order straight. My drink order didn't come in a timely manner. I was told they were short on wait staff and the bartender was doing double duty. Usually when this happens the bartender's drinks are not that good and her service is even worse so I canceled my drink order. Long story short, my canceled drink came when our meal was half done and I was still charged. As we were leaving Vivian the manager tried to address my concerns but my nerves were short. After 20 minutes I decided to call back to voice my concerns. Vivian was very apologetic but wasn't try to keep a customer. This Chili's has been going downhill since Kenya and Emma left. It's a fairly newish location. It looks nice. That's were things end. The service here is absolutely terrible. The first time we went the service was slow, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was fairly new. Refills were almost non existent. We waited a long time for our food. Food was not good. Staff didn't seem to care. It's the second time months later, that I decided to give them a second chance. So we waited to be seated in an empty restaurant for about 5 minutes. We were finally seated, we're not asked for drink orders or anything. It was a little alarming when one member of the staff walked by us to the pillar where the menus are kept and slammed the door very loudly without any regard of anyone sitting directly behind that pillar. Maybe it was an accident? A one off. Fine. But about 5 minutes later another member of the staff walked by and did the same exact thing. So about 15 minutes go by. No drink orders. No one coming by to ask for our order. We finally decided to leave. I will add this was on a Wednesday at like 5:30pm to a nearly EMPTY restaurant. I will never return here. Two pretty awful experiences. I'm not a difficult customer. Check my other reviews if you need proof. But I'm pretty upset about both experiences I've had at this Chili's (we generally like Chili's at other locations). This might be my first 1 star review. read more

Literally the worst Chili's I have ever had to deal with. Each time I've gone here it's out of convenience, but now I will use the extra gas and go somewhere else. I suggest to anyone reading this do the same. I placed a mobile order for pick up and like always it came out late, however this time it was nearly half an hour late. The young people working there are completely rude and unhelpful, it is clear Chili's does not care about creating that classic experience the way it used too. Attempted to place a curbside order several times online and when it wouldn't work I called to place the order on the phone. The woman answering the phones proceeded to tell me "I don't know what to tell you because other people are able to order online and there's absolutely no way she can place a curbside order for me over the phone". She did not provide any assistance on how to place the order since I obviously could not and really made it seem like she did not want my business. How hard can it be? The last 6 or more times we have ordered take-out delivery from here we ask for extra honey mustard and failed to get any at all. If I am not mistaken, if you order the original crispers on the triple decker it's supposed to be included. How flipping hard can it be, especially when you specifically ask for extra when you order? We have also went to dine-in on several occasions during mid-week and the place is empty, but for some reason we still have to wait a considerable amount of time for a table. So I called this Chilis and told them the situation and that I'd be there later. When I got there, they had reheated the food and gave me fresh fries. So wifey said let's give Chilis another try and we made a stop there for sunday late lunch. We were guided to the table in a flash also server came quick and took drinks and appetizers order. Drinks were brought also in flash so the appetizers which was boneless wings and that surprised me. After taking 1st bite anyone could tell that those wings were sitting in the kitchen for few hours, cold and hard!! They were swapped with the fresh and warm ones. We ordered burgers for us and chicken waffle for son. Once again beef patties were burnt in both of ours burgers or should I said were extra extra extra well done. They were also swapped with not satisfying but ok to eat. After we were done it took them almost 30min to bring back my card and manager didn't even bother to come apologize. I wish I could give this place -5 stars. We waited 10 minutes before a random waiter walked up to us asking if anyone had visited our table yet. We then had him take our order and I saw him complaining at the doorway of the kitchen with (the person I can only assume was our designated waiter) about attending our table. I don't know if it's just we are newly opened and don't know what to do? I knew we were in trouble when the waitress brought out chips and salsa with our drinks. She said it was on the house. Food came out 45 minutes later. Corn was over salted, chicken crispers over cooked. Sent the corn back, actually came back worse. Was too afraid to send the chicken back. We have been to this Chilis a handful of times and the service and food are extremely underwhelming. There has yet to be a time where my entire family has received the correct order of food on the first or second go round for that matter. Drinks are watered down after waiting forever for them. Cookie desserts are always burnt. We sit and watch tables that have come in after us receive their food and check before our food even arrives at all, wrong might I add! The only reason why we have visited this location as many times as we have was due to just that, its location. However, this visit was the last time we will ever visit this Chilis location. We were super excited for this location to open. That changed very quickly. The store is poorly ran. We ended up ordering online for curbside and ended up waiting over an hour. They didn't even care. They refused to give customers there money back and did nothing for the customers that waited. If you think you might want to eat here just continue looking. This place is a joke. Every time I go to this chili's I have such a bad experience. Which sucks, because I was excited for this chili's closer to me. It takes forever for the food to come out and that's if they bring out what you ordered. Waiters and waitresses are just not attentive and overall just poor service, which is saying a lot because I usually never have complications at a restaurant and am easy going because mistakes happen, but this is every time.
