Great location easy to get to. Plenty of parking and inside plenty of tables and staff. We called ahead and were put on waitlist as we were 15-18 mins away (from the other Texas Roadhouse location on I-10 and Fry Rd location that had 1 hour + wait at 3pm) when we arrived and walked in we were greeted and seated right away no waiting. Manager came to table and gave us some samples and introduced himself, Shannon our waitress took our drink orders right away and we had our drink really quick. We ordered steaks and taters and apps. Our food arrived pretty quick and all steaks were cooked perfect. We had medium,medium-rare and medium-well and all steaks were cooked perfect. Our waitress Shannon was excellent and nice and chatty and checked on us often even though she was busy with other tables. Great service. I ordered the Roadkill (chopped sirloin) as I wasn't hungry enough for a steak or larger meal. Got fries and corn as sides. Great flavor and seasoning on the chopped steak. I haven't visited Texas Roadhouse in a very long time but my mom wanted to come here for her birthday. I was very pleased with the customer service at this location, they were all super friendly, welcoming & happy, from the moment we opened the door! The food & drinks were also great & the prices I felt was the best part because compared to other similar family restaurants, they were fairly priced & the portions were pretty big, with the exception of the baked potato, which was pretty small. The best part was the birthday Yeeehaaa, which totally made my 77-year old mom's day & the random line dancing! Fun! read more

Went to the Richmond location and joined the waitlist online, barely had to wait, which was nice. I got the New York steak and a full rack of ribs. The ribs were a bit on the dry side, and although I ordered the steak medium, it came out a little overcooked. That said, the steak was still good. The sides were all really good though, especially the corn, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Overall, it's still a really good deal for what you get since the portions are huge. Parking was easy too. This isn't my first time coming here, and I've definitely had better experiences before. I'd still come back, but hopefully it's as good as it has been in the past. Great experience. Went on a Friday & the place was packed so we had about a 20 min wait, but once we we seated everything moved quickly. Savannah was our server & she was awesome! We order boneless buffalo wings as an appetizer & they were good. For my entree, I ordered the country fried chicken with green beans & a salad. The country fried chicken was more batter than meat, but it was good. The batter was seasoned very well. The green beans were delicious. Next time I'll order double green beans. My daughter had the herb roasted chicken & she enjoyed it. The meal also comes with rolls & they were delicious. I wasn't a fan of the butter though. The restaurant is huge & pretty loud & lively. I finally found out why their parking lot is always full, food is great. I got the ribs and the wifey got the salmon, both to-go. They had our food order fast and their staff was great too. Back to food, meat just fell off the bones on my ribs, so good. And a lot more meat than I expected. And the wifey loved her salmon. read more

So we went last night picked out a steak. Let me say our wait r was nice as possible. Ordered a mango marg that was like 1 $14. Tastes great don't get me wrong but with all the ice literally was three sips. 3 pieces of frozen mango and froth. Do not order please ! The manager came by our table I said something to the fact that it's was all ice laughed and said we measured it out! Come on lady just be honest as I always do w my reviews. She chuckled and walked away. So why come to the table and ask us for our opinion? Make no sense to me. Anyways steak was good asked for medium rare came medium no biggie good flavor. Their rattlesnake bites are my favorite appetizer and they had get 2 for $13-something. The steaks were flavorful but they weren't cooked as to how we wanted them. I came here for lunch with a friend and her kids after our Sunday meeting. I ordered a Caesar salad and some wings appetizers as mains I had fried catfish for lunch. The food is decent for family meal, not my go-to spot, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was good. Also, the freshly baked hot buttered rolls are so good. Early dining starting at $12 up to 5 pm and you can get a NY strip 8 oz thick cut for used $20 for an entree. Chance was our waiter this time; real friendly guy. This team has an attentive owner. What can I say, it's Roadhouse - comfort American food with a focus on grilled items. Only suck part is post covid they (or the entire chain now?) don't do the peanuts at the entrance in front door area anymore. They're in sealed bags at the table. read more

Last night was our 41 anniversary. Got dressed up and was ready for a nice dinner out. Well that didn't happen. Our waiter was Ricky. I ordered the medallions well done and they came out bleeding. The food was not delivered by our waiter nor did he check once it was delivered to see if everything was ok. I had to flag down someone standing by the waiter desk to home over. I explained this was supposed to be well. She checked the ticket taped to table and took my plate back. I told my husband go ahead and eat it will get cold. By the time mine came back he was mostly done. I told the girl (not our waiter) get me a to go box. We packed up and on the way out I stopped at the hostess desk. There was a lady with a blue polo who looked important. U explained the situation and her reply was I will let the chef know, and walked away. I guess if we would have gone with our first gut reaction, which was to leave when we saw the nails!!! On the hostess who tried to get the bread and menus if would not had happen. NO ONE IN FOID SERVICE SHOULD HAVE 3 INCH CLAWS, first it's nasty and unsanitary and second she could not function. Never again. They are off our list!!! read more

Their ribs and of course their bread rolls are delicious! This location also has superb service both for dine-in and carry out. They will give you extra rolls for free, no questions asked. Expect the typical Texas roadhouse vibes. This location also tends to be frequently busy so expect a wait, especially during peaks times, but it's worth it. Definitely recommend! read more

I choose a hand cut steak, but I wanted mefium well and it came back over cooked. They offered a re do with fresh sides. No problem. The mushrooms and onions are a must have , but extra. We came on a weeknight for an early birthday dinner. TR was able to accommodate our party of 7 with an additional high chair for my baby nephew. I liked the booth seating here for a more private experience. Shoutout goes to our waiter, Erick, who provided such great customer service to our table. He checked up on us often and refilled our bread and drinks. He also communicated with us when our entrees would be arriving. He did this all with enthusiasm and a smile. So, my family and I definitely appreciated this. Thank you, Erick! As for our food, they were all good. I think the only outlier was the bbq chicken my SIL ordered. The chicken itself was dry and the sauce too sweet. Otherwise, here's a breakdown of the other items on their menu: Complimentary bread (5/5): I love these dinner rolls. Just their glistening appearance when they arrived to our table was beautiful. The rolls were soft and delicious. They were sooo good with their cinnamon whipped butter. I had to eat two of them, at least. Well, I didn't have to, but I wanted to. Lol. Frozen margarita (4/5): I forgot to take a picture. But, I really enjoyed my margarita drink. It had an ample amount of salt on the rim and the cup was huge. This is not different from other margaritas I've had. But, it was delicious and gave me just the right amount of buzz. Safe to say, I drank all of it. Lol. Blooming cactus (4/5): Everyone enjoyed this appetizer. We thought the onion was cooked well and the batter not too heavy. It was a bit salty, though. But, it was still good. My lil bro said this was better than the blooming onion at Outback Steakhouse. Chili (4/5): I really enjoyed this chili with onions and cheese. I think it tasted bean-less, which I preferred. This reminded me a lot of the Zippy's chili in Hawaii from my childhood. I would recommend this as one of the sides that come with the steak entree. Loaded baked potato (4/5): Yummy. Normally, I don't really like sour cream. But, in this potato, it was yummy mixed in with the cheese and bacon. This was definitely worth the additional charge as a side that came along with my steak. FYI - You get two sides with the steak entree. Forth Worth Ribeye (14 oz) (4/5): I've had this steak before at another TR and loved it. So, of course I'd order it again. My family all ordered the same steak too. Lol. It was cooked to medium rare and had that beautiful charbroiled flavor. I did add sautéed mushrooms and onions to my steak this time around, which was delicious. But, I found it did make my steak a bit saltier than I'd like. Next time, I think I'll just order my steak sans the mushrooms/onions. The complimentary bread rolls with the honey & cinnamon spread is so good! We got the shrimp appetizer. I've tried the blooming' onion and rattlesnake bites before. Both were tasty! My mom got the 8 oz strip, and I got the smothered chicken with mash potatoes. I liked my dish and would order again. I've tried the herb crusted chicken which was a bit burnt but I enjoyed it. I would like to order the herb crusted chicken again. The sides were ok, nothing too special. I have had the mash potatoes, fries, and corn. Staff is always very nice and helpful each time I went.
