Went to the Richmond location and joined the waitlist online, barely had to wait, which was nice. I got the New York steak and a full rack of ribs. The ribs were a bit on the dry side, and although I ordered the steak medium, it came out a little overcooked. That said, the steak was still good. The sides were all really good though, especially the corn, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Overall, it's still a really good deal for what you get since the portions are huge. Parking was easy too. This isn't my first time coming here, and I've definitely had better experiences before. I'd still come back, but hopefully it's as good as it has been in the past. The inside was really nice and good ambience for bigger parties.

I haven't visited Texas Roadhouse in a very long time but my mom wanted to come here for her birthday. I was very pleased with the customer service at this location, they were all super friendly, welcoming & happy, from the moment we opened the door! The food & drinks were also great & the prices I felt was the best part because compared to other similar family restaurants, they were fairly priced & the portions were pretty big, with the exception of the baked potato, which was pretty small. The best part was the birthday Yeeehaaa, which totally made my 77-year old mom's day & the random line dancing! Fun!

Classic spot for a steak done right without all the hassle. Decided not to cook last minute so we came out tonight. It was pretty packed for a Tuesday but still no real wait. Now they seat you and the warm bread together lol.. steak seasoned well mi extra sauces needed... I would suggest get "light" dressing if you order the Caesar salad for one of your sides.. Emma took amazing care of us!! I'm sure we'll be back in the future.

Great experience. Went on a Friday & the place was packed so we had about a 20 min wait, but once we we seated everything moved quickly. Savannah was our server & she was awesome! We order boneless buffalo wings as an appetizer & they were good. For my entree, I ordered the country fried chicken with green beans & a salad. The country fried chicken was more batter than meat, but it was good. The batter was seasoned very well. The green beans were delicious. Next time I'll order double green beans. My daughter had the herb roasted chicken & she enjoyed it. The meal also comes with rolls & they were delicious. I wasn't a fan of the butter though. The restaurant is huge & pretty loud & lively. So be prepared for the noise. I will definitely return for the food & the great service.

I finally found out why their parking lot is always full, food is great. I got the ribs and the wifey got the salmon, both to-go. They had our food order fast and their staff was great too. Back to food, meat just fell off the bones on my ribs, so good. And a lot more meat than I expected. And the wifey loved her salmon.

Came here right at lunch time. They were not too busy so there wasn't any wait time. All the servers and attendants are great and friendly. The place was cleaner than the last time we were here. Their rattlesnake bites are my favorite appetizer and they had get 2 for $13-something. The steaks were flavorful but they weren't cooked as to how we wanted them. All the sides were great except the mac n cheese. It was bland.

Close by, good prices, veteran parking / discount. Curbside service and for those out of town it's lunch and dinner hours. Early dining starting at $12 up to 5 pm and you can get a NY strip 8 oz thick cut for used $20 for an entree. Chance was our waiter this time; real friendly guy. This team has an attentive owner. What can I say, it's Roadhouse - comfort American food with a focus on grilled items. Only suck part is post covid they (or the entire chain now?) don't do the peanuts at the entrance in front door area anymore. They're in sealed bags at the table.

I will say that lazy dog management team Chris reached out almost immediately to address the issues that were had and make it right. customer service does go a long way. we will def be back. hopefully today was just a fluke

She took our drink orders, food orders and then everything seemed to fall apart. She returned several times, but mentioned that she was tied up handling several large drink orders and that was the last we saw of her. The food was delivered by other servers. As you can see, the fried catfish fillets were burnt on the outside, but the fish was undercooked inside and had raw (uncooked) portions inside. Not a pleasant surprise. We later learned that Lexus had left for the day and we were left on our own, so to speak. No drink refills for the nearly three hours we were there. Finally, we had to get up and find someone to help us and get our checks. When I was able to pay I requested a receipt, which I never received. Lastly, when we were leaving, someone was mopping the walkway and left puddles of water in the walk, which posed a slip hazard for our group of elderly individuals. When we told a server about the water in the walkway, she told us that she knew it was wet, because she just mopped it. Not an answer you want to hear. All in all, a very unimpressive experience.

I really wanted a fried chicken sandwich but they only have grilled chicken sandwiches. They offered to use chicken tenders but I declined and went with a burger instead. Ketchup is kept cold. I like that. Bacon cheeseburger was fine. The burgers appear to be frozen patties. The bacon was salty and cooked well, not too crispy and not floppy. The lettuce was shredded, could've used more. They put both mayo & mustard on their burgers. The hickory burger was ok. You couldn't really taste the bbq sauce. Tots were cooked extra crispy. Luckily that's how I like them but most customers probably would've preferred less crispy; like my husband. The crinkle fries were also a little too crispy for husband. Not too crispy for me. Overall the meal wasn't bad. It's what you'd expect for a small family grill. Fairly priced for the economy we are in. Two combo burger meals ran us $30.

The chicken tender wasn't spicy at all, so it completely missed the mark for Nashville hot chicken. After parking and going inside. I didn't have my cup to get a drink yet so I was waiting at the front just... kind of watching the staff. I think two of the three, including the one who was at the window and took my order, must of been on break because they literally did not do much but stare back at me and the food/drink they were eating/drinking. The manger was running back and forth. After he gave me my bag, it was just the biscuit sandwich. So I asked "where was the side? " . He passed me the side, then I asked" where do I get a cup for drinks?" The manager didn't realize I never had the cup because he thought the staff member at the window gave me my cup. In the bag, there was no napkin or spoon for the side. Or maybe I just didn't see them next to the soda machine because I was getting annoyed at this point and just wanted to leave. As for the food, barely any icing. The chicken was mid. The meat has a reddish tint to it like it's supposed to be a spicy chicken ? It was confusing to look at. The biscuit was slightly sweet and crusty along the edges (the best part of this whole thing). Mac and cheese was mid. The whole combo was overall mid. Admittedly, tables and chairs are clean. Lots of space. They have an outdoor area too. They have a small window in the kitchen area where you can watch them make the dough. Free parking out front. I would take out the ai in the drive through. I did not like it at all. If I have to wait for a bit, it would be good if they have a spot I can go to while they take care of the customers behind me and I'm not holding up the line for 5 minutes.

I quickly searched on Google and found several options. Messina Hof grabbed my attention. First, it's out in the country, not in the busy Houston region. Second, it has food to pair with wine. Third, I love driving to Richmond Texas. I thought this city has a lot of charms. So, I made a reservation online. While that was not a requirement, but I would like to be reminded. We arrived at the restaurant late because I under estimated the traffic from Southwest Houston. My reservation was moved with my request, nice. The parking lot is huge and wheelchair accessible spots are on both sides of the entrance. We were one of 2 parties at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. The wait staff was very cordial. She introduced us the wine tasting menu: White Wine, Red Wine, Mixed Wines, Premium, Library and Sweet Wines. My friend likes to try their sweet collection, $28. I don't drink. So, I just looked at him enjoying the wines. It started with something weak to something strong like a Port and ended with something delicious that he really liked. Each pour is 3 oz, except 1 oz of port due to high alcohol content. We bought a bottle of Orange Muscat Mistella, $25. I don't think we can find this elsewhere for this price. For people like me who don't drink, I asked for a glass of sparkling red grape juice. We also paired our drinks with a wood-fired pizza and I ordered a Burrata Salad. They are quite delightful. I was surprised as the wines are travelled from Bryan/College Station and Fredericksburg of Texas. Umm... So, this huge facility doesn't produce wines. Although, there is a grapevines out on the front. As we've been told that those grape trees will produce grapes next year. The only winery tour is at those 2 locations. There is nothing to see here. Hehe. We swore to come back with friends and family again.

Chicken Parmesan - 6/10 - just okay, pretty bland Spinach Bacon Alfredo - 7/10 - again, not bad and not great Pizza - I hate to say this, but they have some of the worst pizza. We have tried the pepperoni, the Douglas, the fig and pig, and they were all bad. Reminds me of school cafeteria pizza. Overall, this place could really be a hit, but the food is just mid and it seems to be getting worse every time I go. Service is the same, sometimes terrible and our waiter is nowhere to be found, and sometimes good. I do enjoy their wine. Their Sparkling Almond is amazing! They have some other great wines too. All of their Premium Dry Reds are great! and I also love their semi-sweets. So maybe just go for their wines and skip the food.
