Very annoyed with the service , server sat me down and never returned . I had to flag a manager who needed up being my server . I sat for 15 minutes and that really pissed me off the servers that walked by my table and never acknowledged me . It's not until the manger served me is when the servers want to ask if I was ok . Came in for lunch today with sister. Our server, Lia, was FANTASTIC! Super personable and sweet!!! Food was delicious. I had a special which included chicken fettuccine, soup and drink (all for only $10.00....what a deal!). My sister had a Southwest explosion quesadilla chicken salad . All dishes were served at appropriate temperatures (enchilada soup was piping hot, as was pasta dish). If you go in, ask for Lia, you will not be disappointed. P.S. My family recently moved to Houston from California and chilli's was a nice taste of home. We have been here 3 times and every time but this one was nice. First time we came here it was a perfect experience, the second time it was kinda off. A little under staffed but overall a good time, the food was a tad over cooked. This third time it was the worst. Cam our server was awesome, no complaints on him at all. He was attentive, kept our drinks full and attended to our 2 year olds issues over their tablet. The food tasted fine while we were eating it. The real issue was the food poising that started a couple hours later. I would have taken my worst hangover then go through what I did. Let's just say it reminded me of the last time I got ecoli poisoning. No fluids in my body left, my wife experienced the same hours later. Saddest part my 2 year old refused to eat and couldn't hold anything in or down. 84 dollars for a terrible, terrible roller coaster of sickness. read more

Rude manage, we waited 20 for one of so called manager to tell us that they was closed and we should of not been seated when 2 other manager let us in and sat us. My 2 year old daughter was starving and needed food but the managers wanted to argue with about who sat us instead of saying sorry the kitchen is closed or can I take your order. read more

The hubs and I decided to grab some wings and a margarita at Chilis tonight... its brand new in our neighborhood and we wanted to give it a try! Service sucked. Waitress completely ignored us the entire time and we walked out before the food arrived. She didn't even apologize for the horrible service. Will not be back. This five stars I would give them to a server named Aaliyah she is amazing and what a great customer service she provides. Really attentive at our needs. Going extra to make us feel welcome and taken care of, need to say that we visited the restaurant at 9 almost 10 pm and she still got a vibrant attitude and ready to serve. We had a nice family night out at Chili's this evening. The service was great and the food was good. The Margarita chicken was particularly delicious. We splurged and shared the Paradise Pie for dessert. We will go back soon. read more

One of the drinks had something in it sent it back got another one. Then chips and salsa came out full of grease and looked as if it was the bottom of the chip bag. Everyone food comes out but my daughter and I ordered chicken fried steak double mashed potato's and when we looked at it I personally almost threw up why did it look like the gravy was something you hocked out of your throat we sent it back well at least my plate because they poured gravy all over. Waited another 15 minutes while they strained the gravy should have made fresh . Then see an employee sticking a stick up the ice machine no gloves moving ice with his hands. Mashed potatoes where on the plate flat no seasoning on second plate and toast on second plate not first . No manager came out it was the worst experience. It gets worse every time I come here. There not busy literally whoever is cooking don't care and bartender serves flat beer. Do it correct the first time. Ordered Curbside Pickup. Order was not ready on time, but the manager came our a few minutes later and said they were bagging my order. Then afterward, she told the car next to me they were bagging their order. About 5 minutes later, the car next to me got their order. After 10 minutes with no order, I went inside to check on it. I asked the person working the counter if the order was ready and she said she'd check. She came back and said there was no order under my name, could it be under a different name? Someone else came out, got my name. After waiting 5 minutes, they say they have my order and are bagging it. I see them take the order from the counter in the kitchen where it had been sitting for over 20 minutes and start putting it in a bag. I take the order and get to my truck and realize that the order is not complete. I took it back it, gave it back, and got a refund. Who want's an incorrect and cold order of food? I've ordered from here many times and this is not the first time I've had problems. read more

I was so happy to see that we got a new sit down restaurant in the area and finally had a chance to come in today to eat. When I walked in the greeting was almost non existent, I asked for a booth and was taken past multiple large booths to a tiny two person booth that was wet. I asked if we could have a larger booth and pointed to a huge group of them that was to my right. I was told that section was closed. I was fine with that and then pointed to my left and said how about one of those and was told no. Now mind you the whole restaurant maybe had 6 tables occupied and the rest was empty so I said ok then I guess we will go eat somewhere else. I have never been told I can not sit in a larger booth as a party of two, even more so it has never happened to me in an almost completely empty restaurant. They might want to rethink how they treat paying customers. As for me and my group we are headed to Lupe where they always great us with a smile and great food and service. read more

I am a big fan of Chili's lately and frequent the Sugar Land location with usually great service. This location is new and you can tell it is still working out some kinks. One thing that was a poor design is the waiter's station in front of the bathroom. There were too many servers loitering (likely overstaffed with it being new) but they CONSTANTLY blocked the bathroom access. I had to ask employees to move (just standing there talking to other wait staff) on my way into the bathroom and again on my way out. They did not apologize, they just moved. It's awkward and extremely uninviting. I had a polite server but he over compensated way too much when mistakes were made. Wrong dishes served, offered for us to keep the wrong plates as well as he bring out the proper plate (on an appetizer and on my child's meal) but I declined both times saying that's way too much food and we will wait for what we ordered. They brought us yet another free chip and salsa to make up for it (we did not eat it, just wasted food). We had about 9 silverware packages because we had 2 different servers approach us and the theme was to just giving us way too much of everything. We did have bill issues also with all the wrong order issues we had, and the server did correct the issue but I was very surprised after having 4 different screw ups that we were not visited by a manager. I am sure I will visit again in the future but it will not be for a while until hopefully they work out the kinks. read more
