I would've asked for an additional roll but they charge you for them . It seems that Joe wasn't a waiter , maybe he was filling in because he just wasn't enthused about anything . I heard great things about this place and the chicken fried steaks .... I might try this place again another time , perhaps when they're busier .

I had a really great experience at Chili's Grill & Bar. The restaurant itself was clean, nice and not busy. There wasn't a mess anywhere, which I always appreciate. The service was also excellent. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We started with the Triple Dipper entree and that was the highlight of the meal. The mozzarella sticks were a solid 10 out of 10, it had a nice cheese pull. The chicken tenders were also a 10 out of 10, they were really crispy and the sauce went so well on it. The sliders were decent, nothing special though so I'd probably give it around a 7 out of 10, but still enjoyable overall. My boyfriend and I also shared a meal that came with ribs, jalapeño sausage, fries, mac and cheese, and quesadillas. The jalapeño sausage stood out the most, definitely a 9 out of 10 and really flavorful and juicy. The mac and cheese was good but nothing stood out 8 out of 10. The ribs were just okay for me, around a 5 out of 10, but I'm not a big rib person. The quesadillas were the only real miss. They had a strong jalapeño flavor that I didn't enjoy at all, I'm not really a big fan of jalapeño, so I'd give those about a 1 out of 10. Overall, the experience was really positive. Issue #2: when I got to the pickup area, employees were moving in and out of the kitchen and walking throughout the restaurant, but no one stopped to acknowledge me. NOT ONE person. I waited another 7 minutes (yes, I timed it) before someone finally asked, "What do you need?" Not, "hi, how can I help you?" But, "what do you need?" As a delivery driver, the expectation is to be able to come in, grab the order, and go. Instead, I felt completely invisible. I won't be returning to this establishment. To management: please train your staff on basic customer service and acknowledgment. A simple "we'll be right with you" would have made a huge difference.
