So Friday the 20th was my grandsons 15th birthday and he wanted to go somewhere and where they had really good burgers and cheese sauce. So Chili's in Elmridge Plaza in Greece was the chosen spot. I got there 1st, the place was crowded so we waited about a half hour and got a big table in the corner as we were a party of seven. So when we were finally seated we were happy with our table. It took a bit for our waitress to get to us as they were busy. She took our drink order and then she had to leave. Her replacement was awesome. She took our food order and she was quite attentive to whatever we asked her for. I got the veggie Santa Fe burger and fries. Omg that was really good no complaints from me on that. Went on June 27 26. Had lunch paid bill on tablet on the table. When I got home noticed my receipt was for someone else's table. I called and the lady I talked to said she caught the error and already took care of it on my card. She did not take care of anything!!! I asked her how my tablet on the table got switched she said kids come in and switch them there were no kids in there when we ate so not true. Today is July 10 still have not got my 5.93 back. Yes, it's a chain. But, I was curious about one of their current deals, "3 for me" which includes drink, appetizer, main course for $15-$20 - depending on what you pick and tip. Trying to feed teenagers and these pockets are tight! Have you seen the cost of groceries lately, let alone restaurant prices?! It was later in the afternoon so there was no wait. Note: the app will tell you what the wait time is if it's busy and you can add yourself to the list before you arrive. Service was friendly. Our food came out at a good pace and drinks were refilled as needed. I was surprised at how much I liked the bacon burger. I switched my side from fries to Street Corn and that was good as well. Food was amazing and our server was great. The thing that caused our rating to go down was our appetizer came after we had almost finished our main food. We spoke with another server who brought our food to the table and they said that they would check on it and we never saw him again. We went here strictly because we had a gift card. The food isn't the best and service is either really good or really bad. Tonight was bad. Walked in and told the wait was 15-20 minutes. After 30 minutes we got our table. They are only using one side of the restaurant. They don't have enough staff for both sides to be open. Which I find funny because they have a sign on the door for people to keep safety in mind and wear masks for covid, yet everyone was sat right next to each other like pre covid times. The side was to max capacity. Sat and waited awhile until our waitress came to our table. Took our drink order and took quite some time to come back. Three drinks ordered and only two put on the table. They were "out of sprite" so another order had to be placed. That took about another ten minutes. My spouse had lemonade that was colored water, so she took that back. We ordered our food and an appetizer of chips and salsa. Our dinners came out, no chips or salsa. We had to ask another waitress who was checking on us to get those. Other tables seated had their chips and salsa before meals so it wasn't they were low or something. Food was eh ok. My margarita chicken portion seemed to be shrunk, but the price did not shrink. Food was ok. We had the manager notice we had no drinks and brought us another round. Our waitress could not multi task. She seemed very overwhelmed. She took care of one table at a time and walked back to the kitchen a dozen unnecessary times. The food was okay, but the chips were visibly wet with grease and we never received napkins or silverware. The fajitas were downright bad. After asking for napkins the waitress clearly did not like me and had a negative attitude the rest of the visit. My boyfriend ordered a beer and had to ask for it twice, and then it came completely flat. I do not recommend. read more

Greece Chili's. Woof. We almost drove past it, because the signage from Ridge Road isn't ideal. It is facing the side street instead of the main strip. We came since we had a gift card to burn. The two stars is not directed towards the service. Our waiter was really friendly and attentive. I ordered a margarita to go with dinner. It took awhile for it to arrive, and our dinners came out separately. The steak fajitas were decent, but they should have provided more shells to go with all of the filling. I was not a fan of the black beans that they provided. They most likely were canned. I was surprised that they were willing to put the amount of calories on the menu, since nearly everything was over 1,200 for each meal. The amount is expected for a Burger-Tex Mex chain, but apparently it doesn't dissuade people from coming back for more. The biggest point deductor was the cleanliness. The place had that public restroom smell, and when using the public restroom, it was absolutely filthy. Grime in the tile and grout, toilet paper all over the place, unclean sinks and mirrors, etc. The main part of the restaurant could have used a good clean too. There was a lot of tables that needed busing, and that could have been due to understaffing, but the place wasn't slammed for a Tuesday night. Eh, I'd pass. My bf had a gift card and decided to stop in after shopping at the Sketchers store down the street. (Made us hungo). We walked in and were greeted by a sign stating they are short staffed and to have patience. We were hesitant to go in, but we did. The host sat us quickly and explained how to access their menu through a barcode. Our waitress quickly came over and took our drink order. We had the $5 blackberry margarita special, it was pretty good, except I spilt it on myself like a goof! (It was full to the brim) Our waitress, Madison, was very nice and even checked in to ask us if we liked our drinks :) kudos to her!! Our food came out in 15 minutes. We ordered the fajitas for two with steak and shrimp. The steak was tender and the shrimp was nice and spicy, enjoyed all the toppings too! The guacamole was extra, but necessary for fajitas. Our waitress asked us again if everything was good, and we were! All in all, for $30 with tip, worth it! When we left the parking lot was doubled in size, so we left just in time. Every time we have come for lunch the service have been great and we've enjoyed our meal. I came today for ribs and a drink. Try the Mango Frozen Rita. I love the Southwest Eggrolls and Crispy Chicken Bites. 1/2 Rack of Ribs with Fries rounded out the meal. On Sunday. I sat at the counter to watch the EUFA EURO 2016 match. Typically, I've ordered their veggie quesadilla's with black beans and rice. On our last visit I tried their veggie fajitas which were subbed for the meat ones on the two for twenty special. I was surprised by how good they were and the portion was huge. Not really sure why this location gets such a bad wrap...been coming here since I was a kid. This Chili's has stood the test of time. About what you can expect from a chain restaurant! Service was friendly, did take awhile for us to get drinks. The food was okay. The new appetizer of blooming onion petals was okay, but not enough for more than 2 people to share. Don't order for a full table! Alcoholic Drinks were grossly overpriced. I tried the Bacon Burger, and although it was tasty, it was sooooo greasy. Like worse than a fast food restaurant. I've definitely had better burgers. Fries were crispy and fresh, nothing to complain or rave about. Even though my husband and I got the 2 for 22, with the price of the drinks, our total was 38 dollars before tip. So two drinks were 15 dollars. I had a spiked lemonade and he had a 16 oz beer. Not likely to return. We waited 30 minutes for food, the sever was rlly nice to the other white customers but ignored me completely and asked/checked up on the other customers a lot but checked up on me none lol. The place the cold, it looked like the wall had been hit by a car or something (the wall looked like it had windows at one point but there was like drywall looking material up). The food was horrible. My mashed potatoes were crispy, I've had better boxed potatoes before. This has been a staple in our family for years and the same location. It is seems almost unjustified to right a fair review during the pandemic. That said the restaurants we visit should be clean, attentive, prioritize takeout and diners. It's ok to be "in the weeds" however not when the patrons can hear. This can be saved and we can keep Chili's locally but it needs help. The parking lot is absurd. Not food related but it's like dodging craters. Stay strong don't give up. We love you Chili's! Everything they serve you can buy a BJ's and make it at home. Overpriced and dirty. The knife I had looked like it was taken off of somebody's dirty plate and just put into the bag is clean. I have the chicken fajitas the chicken was overcooked and so was the right. They bring out a tray of condiments and nothing is fresh.
