If you're looking for horrible customer service, and laughable low portion sizes for the price of Moe's, Come Here!! First things first, when the customer has to say "Welcome to Moe's" before any employee finds the motivation to greet a customer, that's the sign you're in for a GREAT EXPERIENCE. Had to ask the very happy gentleman for another scoop of rice after he confused my bowl for a Dixie cup (shouldn't have to ask for more rice on a bowl). Requested Extra chicken and was given a 7 cubes of the wrong meat, before I had to ask for more of the RIGHT meat. And was given absolutely no chips in our bag, and unfortunately bought queso so I'll probably be having extra queso for other meals this week after I'm done with the Lays Chips bag they gave me. I'll add a pic of the chips cuz it's actually funny they gave us this amount. Would highly recommend coming here if you never want to eat at a Moe's ever again. read more

Terrible service. we came in at 9:20, 40 minutes till close. it took 20 minutes for 5 burritos and a single quesadilla. the staff was extremely rude. Specifically the person making our food. they were making multiple faces when we were ordering like he was pissed to be hearing we were ordering, on top of that the staff gave extremely small proportions and crushed our food when making and packing our food. Staff also left out our quesadilla unwrapped on the counter for more than 10 minutes. the quesadilla was also crushed when being packed since the staff tried putting all of the food into one singular bag. the staff even verbally gasped when ordering or a simple family of 6. The manager was even visibly frustrated at the staffs demeanor and behaviors towards the customers. Staff was also extremely slow and i have never been so disappointed in overpriced shitty mexican food. Will not be returning, i now will be eating my crushed chips cold quesadillas, with a bad taste on my tongue from this terrible service i received. Also while saying this we were being extremely kind and being respectful of their time and never said a singular rude word to the staff. But for the manager to also have to apologize to us shows that something was very wrong. We felt like we had apologize for being a customer to an establishment we were paying for!! read more

This visit I went to the Moes I'm Victor which is across the road from Eastview Mall. The service today was fast, but, other visits have been slower. The food is good and I like the fact you have your burrito, salad or whatever choice you make made per your requests as you go down the line. Many choices are available for those who don't eat meat also. This shop often forgets to refill their salsas which is a minor annoyance. The Quinoa is a very delicious alternative for rice too! Very tasty! I've been happy with every meal at Moes. I also find the staff here to be very nice. Improvement in salsa availability and faster consistent service would increase my score. read more

Chips had no salt, therefore no taste. Worst offense of all was when I got back to the office with the food, went to open the container with lime wedges and find a strand of hair just sitting on top. Disgusting. When I called to discuss this (as I had zero time to go back there), the manager immediately got annoyed when I asked to speak to one (I asked politely) and was of no help in finding a phone number she had already offered to provide me with to refund the credit card. I second the reply suggesting that some of the staff may be on something. A number of times I've gone, the kids or I request something and get back a blank stare and no response, very odd. We went back today and the experience was actually a bit better, no one was overly friendly but the restaurant was cleaner and the drink machine had pretty much everything, which is unusual in my experience. I have always liked Moe's but this visit was horrendous. I wouldn't have even thought of coming here if I knew what I was going to be served. Garbage. Mexican garbage. My family and I entered the restaurant and placed our orders. 3 stacks. When we sat down to eat they were limp, burnt cheese on the bottom and cold in the middle. My wife's was so bad we returned it and didn't want them to make another atrocity so I just took a refund for it. My daughter's was done semi correct but mine was limper than limp. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life!!! After ordering my meal I received a message from my GRANDMA asking for a single taco. I asked if I could please add a taco, to which the MANAGER making the food replied with a sigh and eye roll and said "you're REALLY messing up the line" in an angry tone. Slowest Moes I've ever been to, not to mention they only accept cash. Ordered a quesadilla and chips. By the time I was up in line there was hardly any chicken left. Came in at 9:30pm on a Saturday night, with a friend, after shopping at the mall right across the street. They close at 10pm so I was half-expecting the workers to be annoyed by our late arrival but they were friendly and joked around with one another. The restaurant was almost empty aside from two tables who were quietly munching away. Everything was pretty clean and tidy- not always common at a chain restaurant! I ordered a bowl with cilantro rice, black beans and pinto beans (the worker gave me extra beans to make up for not wanting meat), sautéed onions and green peppers, lettuce (iceberg), salsa, pico, some jalapeños, and guac. For what it is- an americanized Mexican food chain restaurant- the food was good! Definitely recommend for when you're in a pinch or just looking for something super low-key and casual. p.s. the "free" (in quotation marks because is anything ever *really* free?) side of chips is definitely a benefit... looking @ u, chipotle. read more

Rude ungreatful kids working in this place. I came in, frequent traveler, rack many points with Moes, just had over a $100 order from moes 3 days ago. So I came in. The loud girl yelled before my food was even in the tortilla press " this for here or to go" I replied to go she replied " you getting any questions or guacamole" I replied a cup her a cup of what, I reply queso. At the same time a lady was picking up her quesadilla who was wrong and in a bowl instead. I checked out using my Moes bucks. The guy "who claimed to be the manager" only gave me a brown paper bag. I get to my hotel to find my queso isn't in there. I then call and attempt to explain the situation. The dishwasher answers, then puts the girl on the phone, she claims she can't understand me, even though I speak perfect English. I explain my queso isn't in the bag, can I come back to get it. She replied yes. I get to the restaurant with the brown bag the "manager" gave me I walk in and she demands a receipt. I say he didn't give me a receipt and they exclaim he did "on the white bag". I never had a white bag. I'm irritated at this point I go to the car I get the bag, and I bring it in. I drop it in the counter and ask where's the receipt. The "manager" then infront of customers calls me a liar saying he gave me a receipt. I say again you didn't. He tells me to leave the store, threatens to call the police on me. I simply say "can I get my refund then" he then asks me why I talk loud, one I'm partially death from the US Army, 2. I'm of Puerto Rican decent, we naturally speak loud. This is the most horrible Moes experience I've ever had. Working in the staffing industry I know it's hard to find good people. Couple lessons here, customer service should be better. It seemed they were messing everyone's order up. The loud girl should wait til you get to the chips/queso station before asking if you want it instead of asking before your food is ever made. My lesson, check my bag. Make sure it's right before I leave the store. He can swear he gave me a white bag all he wants, I truthfully want to watch the tape, and laugh in his face when he didn't. My boss ordered takeout for us and it wasn't bad for a quick dinner. The burrito bowl was enough to cover two meals for me. The large bowl was customizable, so I filled mine with layers of seasoned rice, black beans, grilled chicken, guacamole, sour cream, and pico. I thought the flavor and texture of the dish was good, except the chicken, which was cold and hard from being overcooked. Unrestrained hair and masks under their chins instead of covering nose and mouth (when they wear them at all.) The sauces are seldom filled, and the coke machine is always out of basics (like Coke) so you are left with some off-flavor of Hi C. Staff gives you attitude when you ask them to refill. The worst thing, though, is that it is filthy. People standing around chatting and not even bothering to wipe things down. Food is cross-contaminated - sour cream in guac, black olives in cheese, etc. Onions are almost always fermented and rotten. Every once in a while I get a hankering for the simple goodness that is Moe's queso. Every time I try to cure that hankering at the Victor Moe's, I am supremely disappointed. The folks behind the counter are so disorganized that the queso hardens on your chips before you get the chance to pay for your meal. The tables are always a mess. This Moes is normally really good, but tonight was a bad experience. When I ordered onions in the burrito the server put 4 chunks on and rolled his eyes at me. Next, the Coke Machine was out of drinks and when I told the manager I got an attitude. Finally, I went up to get more chips and the server put a scoop in the bag and threw it at me. i was recently in the victor moes to have lunch with a couple of friends and my boyfriend, the process of making and receiving my food was all great, once we sat at our table we went to get our drinks, a woman with brown curly hair and glasses was sweeping right next to us and she rudely shoved by my boyfriend, she continued cleaning and having attitude, when we were finished and got our plates to throw away she rolled her eyes at us and began sweeping right near our feet. she began to have nasty remarks towards us so we had just left, never going back and unsatisfied is an understatement. read more

Went there around 4pm on a Sunday afternoon. There was no one in line and only a few tables occupied. My companion ordered a salad in the taco shell (as pictured on the wall) they said Moe's did not carry them any more and they were making their own but did not have any. While this was going on I looked at the assembly area which was pretty gross with food , beans , rice, queso slopped all over. This for me a total turn off, one yawning employee was filling the guac container with nice green avo on top of the old brown stuff. We turned and left. Terrible. That's all I have to say. We walked in and looked at the menu. Stepped up to order and the woman behind the counter wouldn't even look at me in the eye. I am not very familiar with the ordering process so I was fumbling with my requests. She slapped a couple of burrito shells on the heater and then literally threw a very small portion of meat on the shell. She clearly didn't want to be there doing her job. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. But I guess 1 star signifies that the location is an option available to me when at work. Moe's ran a $5 nacho promotion today, so I figured why not. I ordered through the app figuring it would be quicker than waiting in line. I arrived and waited behind the Door Dash guy, soon there were three people waiting behind me. The cashier slowly checked out the customer at the register and didn't even acknowledge us waiting. After a failed attempt at locating the Door Dash order, he went back to the make-line, leaving all of us waiting. After a minute or two he called to the back area and asked for some help (besides the 5 of us waiting for pickup orders, there were 5 or 6 at the start of the line). The manager came out and just said "what do you need help with?" This is the worst manager I've ever seen anywhere. I frequent this Moe's at least once a week (usually Monday's Burrito special). He finally decided to help the pickup orders. I gave my name and he stared at the three bags ready to go. Back and forth, back and forth, he read the receipts. Finally, he goes "Brian S?" I got my bag - no receipt given - and went to get salsa. I found that there was no Queso in my bag for the nachos. So, I went back to the line and waited. The cashier walked past me two or three times ignoring my attempts to get his attention. I finally got the Queso, packed up my salsa and left. One of the options in ordering the nachos (or anything there) is Beans. You have to select either (a) pinto beans, (b) black beans, or (c) no beans. I selected C.
