We had great service and food today. Our server Crystal was very Friendly and quick with service.

I have gone to Chili's about three times now, and every single time I have gone to Chili's it was always a great experience. The food is really good. In the past, I have always heard it was not that good, but I think it is pretty good now. For food, I have gotten the triple dipper, and I really like the variety of choices you can choose. The mozzarella cheese sticks are always a go-to, and the cheese pull is magnificent. I really enjoy the cheese pull. The honey chipotle one is usually the one I go for, but the Nash hot flavor isn't bad either. I usually get the crisper and the big mouth bite (mini hamburger). I love the mini hamburger, it's simple and tasty. The services were good; the times I have gone they were really accommodating and attentive with water and checking in. 3.5 stars in reality. Menu 3 for Me section has some good deals. Chips and salsa for starter can be smaller since everyone will have a starter. It seems such a waste of food. QP burger was well cooked. Fries were warm and crunchy. It's a Chili's so you already know what you are getting yourself into haha This location was clean and we were sat right away. The host was friendly. We got chips and salsa but there chips were very greasy! I'm not sure if we just got the bottom of the batch because it's not normally like this at other locations. We also ordered the ranch and chilis does have a SOLID runny ranch! We got the sweet chipotle glaze on the mozzarella sticks and it was very yummy! There is a reason people like those so much! I have had the Nashville hot before as well. Just note it is VERY salty! My boyfriend got the classic margarita as was very happy with it! My boyfriend got the shrimp and steak fajitas. The steak was not cut all the way though, so it made it a bit harder to eat, but still tasted good. I got the Cajun pasta with shrimp. I remember this being a lot tastier in the past. The sauce tastes like it came from a jar and is very low quality. Would not get this again. Our server was nice but strange... She was constantly saying thank you to us? Like it didn't make sense. She was very prompt, so I'm not complaining, it just had an off vibe to it. I'd say this location is ok but not great. Not sure if/when we will be back. read more

First time at this Chili's location for a late Thursday dinner. Typically Chili's vibe, casual and chill. Service was slow. We waited a while for greeting, ordering, and had to chase down our server for utensils after the food arrived. Sampler platter and chips & salsa were solid, with the mozzarella sticks being the highlight for me. Food was fine, but the service needs work. Not my go-to Chili's location and don't think I'd go out of my way back to this location if I don't need to. read more

Chili's is one of those places where you really have to know what to order. This location can get pretty busy on weekends, but I come here somewhat often with a friend who loves the triple dipper, which keeps her coming back. I usually go with the three for me deal, which is honestly one of the better values on the menu since you get a burger, chips, and a drink for about the same price as just a burger on its own. The service is about what you would expect from a casual chain like Chili's, Applebee's, or Red Lobster, and the food is pretty standard across the board. Everything tastes consistent, but nothing really stands out since a lot of it is prepared the same way at every location. The drinks can be good though, and I really liked the lemon drop margarita when they had it. The inside is clean, but a bit cramped, which oddly fits the overall vibe of the place. On my last visit I barely got any broccoli with my meal, but when I mentioned it, the waiter brought out a full plate, which I appreciated. Service started off decent but slowed way down by the end. It took forever to get our bill, partly because the pay machine at the table was broken, which made things even more frustrating. That said, Chili's is an undeniable deal. While some menu items can get a little pricey, if you stick to the $10.99 meal deal, you're getting a ton of food for an unbeatable price--definitely better quality and more filling than fast food. You know exactly what you are going to get at Chili's - every time. (Never disappointed!) Decided to check out the 3 for me deal with the chips and salsa (upgraded to dip trio because duh), smasher burger, and a fountain drink. What a deal! The chips are unlimited - so that is a gift that keeps on giving. The dips were all delicious (especially queso, but guacamole was also super fresh). The smasher burger was just right and *not* over cooked, which is easy to do with those. This is the second time I've gone to Chili's and both times the wait for food was ridiculously long. Our server was fine but always seemed to be in a rush and not as attentive- it could be she had a big section of the restaurant. We just got turned away at 8:30pm by the employees locking the door and saying "we're closed". The hours posted on the door and online indicate they're open until 11pm on Saturdays. There was no additional reason given, nothing posted on the doors saying they were closing early, just flat out turned away for no reason. The restaurant looked to be at 60-70% capacity with lots of people leaving so I'm sure more tables opened up. Other people continued to walk up after us and were turned away, causing frustration for them as well. I understand that sometimes things happen and you have to close early, but I think people would be more understanding if there was some kind of reason given. read more

I've been here a few times and I've always had great service! I get the triple dipper (of course) and it never fails. The only thing I think to note is that it's been pretty packed every time I went, so there has been a wait on the table. If they have the option, I would try to make a reservation ahead of time. Stopped in today to use my free birthday dessert....with $5 purchase. I asked if I could order a kids meal? My server said: 12 and under. totally fine, makes sense. I was only looking for something small because I knew I would also be getting a dessert, something I never do. I opted for a side of fries and a coke. My husband my son and I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at this location. Our waitress literally dropped the ball and had us waiting for food for 30 minutes while everyone around us including people that came after us got their food and when she finally came back to our table she offered a15% discount. There was zero ambiance besides two irritated servers arguing about management. Management coming around with a flashlight to check the cleanliness and work of his employees. Secondly, this was Monday 11/6 about 5:15 pm and about a dozen people scattered around the restaurant enjoying food and friends. It took so long for a server to greet us and to get our food. The icing on the cake for us was to open our silverware and see hair on the fork. The server didn't update our receipt they were out of Blue Moon, and we were charged for that plus Samuel Adams. I usually do not write reviews because I feel that most of the reviews you see are bad reviews. But the experience I had at Chili's today is something I felt I needed to do... the waitress literally pushed me into writing this review. The waitress and the hostess were goofing around in the front jumping and taking selfies of themselves. After about the eighth one, I said OK enough and the one waitress who is very heavy makeuped turned and glared at me as she walked away. I asked for a manager went to the side where nobody could hear. Explain the situation he apologized, and he did talk to them. They continue to stand at the hostess desk and glare at us the whole time we were eating. It seemed like the heavy make up waitress was waiting for us to go so she could get the last poke. As we were leaving the heavy make up waitress yelled thank you for coming in a very obnoxious, very sarcastic way. I laughed at this. She said have a nice day... at this point I couldn't take it anymore and looked at her and said something our of character and rude back to her. She then very loudly told me that I didn't know how to treat people. This waitress obviously doesn't know when to keep her mouth shut and wanted to make sure she got the last sarcastic obnoxious comment. My other complaint is we ordered an old-timers hamburger the three for 10.99 and received a smash burger in place of the old-tiners. Weasking the waitress. She didn't even know the difference between the old-timers and the Smashburger. Needless to say we didn't want the dried out Smashburger we wanted the old-timers in which we had previously But for 10.99 we went ahead and ate it anyway. She did offer to get us a different one, but at that point we didn't care. Chili'sis my advice to you is take her out of your front end because she's not giving you a good reputation. No need to ban me from the restaurant because I will not be returning and I will make sure every single one of my friends know about this. read more

I rarely give a 5 star review. We visit this place for lunch yesterday. For the price of the lunch for us (my partner and myself) it greatly exceeded my expectations. The food was good but what blew me away was the service and the add-ons. Offering take-out soft drinks, a big bag of chips, and take-home salsa and queso! The price was very reasonable (in fact more than reasonable) even comparable in cost to some fast food places. What we received was far greater in quality, quantity and service. What we ordered was mundane, and off the lunch menu. It was very good. Our experience was far better. Highly recommend. One (very small) suggestion for improvement: Please place some kind of hot sauce on the tables (e.g. habanero, Chilula, Tabasco, or your own hot chili sauce) to "kick up" the experience. read more

Horrible! Ordered through the App for delivery. Order took twice as long as stated plus they forgot more than half the items in the order. Called the manager to get the order remade and redlines but she said they don't have the ability to get it delivered. Chili's Restaurant is a Chain, but I gotta say the experiences I have had here are never bad. The waitress/waiters have always been very friendly, and patient with the group I go with. They also are funny and prevent a nice sense of humor when they chat with us. Last night, the Volley-Llamas decided to come here for our after game dinner. A friend had recommended the Southwest Shrimp Caesar Salad so I knew what I was getting right away. The others got Fajitas, Cajun Pasta, and a Southwest Chicken Caesar Salad. The Salad was delicious! It kind of reminded me of Applebee's 'Thai Shrimp Salad' that was sadly seasonal, and is now gone. :( It had the crispy wonton strips, wonderful flavoring with a little kick (which I really like). The shrimp was delicious and plentiful, I had received 11 shrimps, if anyone counts, they can compare. The salad was also very big, I knew that after I scarfed it down. I wasn't full at first, but that is normal with every salad, but wait about 5 minutes and I am wish I didn't eat everything on my plate. I know that I will be getting this again when I come again. The only thing the others had an issue with was the lack of tortilla shells they get when they get the fajitas. You only get 4 soft shells, but the sizzling hot plate of food, is so filled that you have to eat about half of it without shells, or pay extra to get more. This place is also a Coca-Cola product friendly if you wanted to know that. read more

Server and manager were made aware of the unsatisfactory cocktails,NOTHING DONE! No check adjustment, no offer to remake the drinks... wow. Do not order the "special " Patron margs. They are poured out of a premade jug, NO PATRON, no triple sec... just a very ooor quality pre made mix. Tried to place an 'online' take out order. The site would not allow me to pull up the local Chili's or place the order. After looking at the menu, I called and ordered on the phone. Guess I didn't make it clear that what I wanted was what was shown on the menu. I got the shrimp fajitas and they were fine. Ordered boneless wings thinking that they included fries, as shown on the menu - wrong. 8 nuggets and some sauce for about $11.00. I could have just gone to McDonald's for this.
