RIAN and Nichole in the bar are awesome. Great for Football or any sports . Fast friendly staff. I have a crazy busy life so many times I'm grabbing dinner alone. It's kind a like "Cheers"where everybody knows and remembers your name. They have a great deal of two for $20 feel like throwing in a cocktail two for $35 you can have healthy or not it's completely up to you. I found that I usually get the best service in the bar. Megan is awesome. They don't deliver but they have a wonderful option where you can call ahead and just sneak in the side door and pick it right up . It's Chili's, a chain restaurant. You know what you're in for before you ever even enter the place. This one met every expectation. Good, not great, food. But that's what you expect for the $$$. It seems like the people/servers try to avoid you if you're not in their area, then 10 minutes later when someone does acknowledges you it takes 20 minutes for them to co e back and see if you need a drink or water. Went for a late lunch today, and the service was almost as bad as the food. Waited 5 minutes to be seated while the manager was BS-ing with a friend of hers. Ended up just going to a table on our own, since the place only had a few customers, made no sense in making us wait to sit down. After ordering our food, took over 20 minutes with no update or information as to how long it would take. Once again, place only had 4 or 5 tables currently being used, so made no sense in taking this long for a fish dinner, grilled cheese sandwich and Mac and cheese for my son. Fish was over cooked, and they tried to mask it by putting too much black pepper. Grilled cheese tasted bad also, how do you mess up grilled cheese I have no idea, but this restaurant found a way. We did the 2 for $25 combo and then the $10 dinner meal with a food, drink, and appetizers. All together the total was around $37. Sometimes the wait can be longer then it should and the waiters are a hit or miss but we always come back. You can't beat the prices for the quantity they give you. You wouldn't be disappointed by the food but maybe only by who you gets as a servers lol read more

My fiance and I go there at least once a week for our favorite salad, the "Quesadilla Explosion," and to use our email coupons for a free appetizer or dessert. The best part, however, is the staff. Haley is a wonderful hostess; I can't wait until she becomes a server! Alex is awesome! No matter where we're sitting, he always comes over to greet us. Tammy is a sweetheart and has the prettiest smile. Kiera we don't see much anymore since she works more in the bar area; we miss her. Honestly, everyone there is great. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering food from Chili's anymore. Every time we order food directly through Chili's they always forget something when it's delivered. Today we ordered 3 entrees, 2 orders were fajitas. The condiments (cheese, salsa, sour cream, guacamole) and extra tortillas were all forgotten when delivered. When we called to let the Chili's to go attendant know these items were forgotten we are told "you can come pick up what was missing". I paid for the extra items and paid for delivery, because I was unable to leave to pick up the food myself. My problem is that this has happened 3 times now and they refuse to remedy the problem. No refund either for the missing items! We are told it's busy (it's 3:00pm) and to deal with it unless we want to come pick up the items that they forgot to pack, that I paid extra for as well as paying extra for delivery. Very rude and poor customer service. read more

Our waiter told us that he'd be with us twice before helping us further. We got our food before our appetizers and salad, which isn't the usual practice. The beef brisket is super thin and not that tasty. The breads were soggy and the corn tasted as if dipped in chicken broth from Top Ramen. Took the family out to try chili's and was pretty disappointed kinda ruined what was supposed to be a good night. Waited forever for the appetizer and they forgot part. Again waiting way to long for them to take the actual order and after giving me and my wife our food telling was they're out of pasta for my kids order like service to them plz. Also advertised five dollar margaritas and then I look at the bill and see $20 for the 2 my wife ordered after hearing about the deal. LOVE Chili's. Yes, it's a chain. But it's still one of my faves. Usually when I come here, I eat pretty light with no heavy dishes. I can usually fill up on their bottomless chips and salsa. However, when we were given our menus, I saw that they had a new starter. The skillet queso. Served with chips and salsa. How could I pass that up?! The dip was served sizzling and hot, and with my first bite, it was so tasty! I actually ignored the salsa and focused on this cheese dip. Seriously, you gotta try it. For my meal, I went with my usual - chicken enchilada soup. It's delicious and full of delicious flavor. I recommend it! I love the chunks of chicken, tortilla, tomatoes, and cheese. I just got home from Chilli's on Fairway in Roseville..I actually had a truly wonderful time..the environment was busy but not too loud..the server could have been a model..he was very courteous. Very laid back and was attentive during our visit..The food was wonderful..our appetizer was the one with 3 items..the southwest egg rolls, BBQ wings,2 sliders..it was very good..some a little spicy but still good..I ordered the fajitas with the steak..best I've ever had, the chicken.. juicy and melt in your mouth tender, and the shrimp...OMG..the shrimp was cooked just right. Not rubbery or hard..I had a chance to talk to the manager told her it was honestly one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had..asked her to let the kitchen know we truly enjoyed the meal..she was very happy to hear that we had a wonderful time and a meal to match..this will without a doubt be our go to place when we need to get out of the house..if any of you out there have had a bad experience here then I'm very sorry..our experience was wonderful..I thought I would share a good moment..God bless read more

Awful! 2nd time here in two months and both times equally bad. At 25% capacity, the staff is extremely slow. Waited 45 min for food, most came out cold, one plate wasn't our food at all. Other plates had mistakes. No discounts given. It'll be awhile, if ever, before we're back. read more

Slowest poorest timing of carry outs. Call it in they tell you 22-25 minutes so I always try to give them 40 minutes. Even after that 40 minutes gotta wait another 20/25 minutes just to be seen about a carry out. Stopped here on the way back from Chico to Natomas last night. Had the BEST server, Sarah! So many refills without us asking and super attentive, cheerful, and helpful. Ordered carry out talked to Johnathan over the phone. I ordered a 10oz steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes and my girl got the 3 for $10 Cajun chicken pasta and chips and salsa. Upon getting to chili's it took this guy over 10 minutes to finally come up and realize I was standing there waiting looking at my food behind the counter getting cold. upon getting home I realized they didn't put the chips and salsa in the bag, there was no Cajun seasoning on the pasta and they had given me a 6oz steak and not a 10oz. Terrible Experience with Take Out. Check your order carefully before leaving if you want to actually eat with your family instead of spending your evening driving back and forth to Chili's. Curb pick up was 15 minutes later than the promised time, then found that they they didn't give us the appetizer we ordered. Upon returning, the rude take out cashier asked me to wait while she messed with the register for an eternity, and barely apologized when I explained why I was back. I am a huge fan of chillis and came to this location while visiting the area. The service was fine and so was the food. My only reason for such a bad review is how absolutely disgusting this location was. We were sat down at a table with ketchup all over the place and dirty napkins on the table and crumbs everywhere. It clearly had not been wiped down at all. There was only a few other customers here so there was no reasons for this. When asked to get our table clean the waitresses asked the buss boy that was sitting at a table with his friends to clean. He grab a towel and simply pushed all the trash on the floor and sat back down with his friends. All the empty tables were equally if not more dirty then ours.
