My friend and I arrived here mid afternoon on a Saturday and were greeted by a very bubbly, smiling server named Jackie. She took our drink order and returned very quickly with napkins, cutlery, and straws. The entire time that we were there she was extremely polite, always excusing herself for reaching into our table to set something down. My friend opted for "just a regular cheeseburger" with fries. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger, minus the mayo. Both burgers were incredible!! My friend, however, did not care for the fries, as they were seasoned with salt and black pepper. ( I loved them.) I called a nearby server over, not ours, and she was happy to help. My friend opted for broccoli in place of the fries. We were given plenty of time to eat without feeling rushed. Our server Jackie checked on us several times. Even after we paid, we didn't feel as though we were being rushed out of there. I left a nice tip and told the server how wonderful she was. She mentioned that she tends bar there on Wednesday nights. What a wonderful end to our day! I would recommend this place for the wonderful people, the ambiance ( the music was at an appropriate level for conversation), and the food. A great selection! read more

Me and my 2 friends went here and the food was terrible. we all got a triple dipper and ALL the sliders were straight raw. We aren't the type to ask for managers or refunds or nothing, but this was really unacceptable in my opinion. the chicken tenders were so tough and took a minute to chew one bite. We spoke to the manager and she said "Most people actually prefer it this way." she was kind of condescending about the whole situation, I didn't get her name. But, ma'am, respectfully I could fart on a burger and it'd be more cooked. all 6 sliders were COMPLETELY RAW, no refund, VERY slight discount. I'm extremely disappointed in this chili's. The food here is consistently good. It's always fresh and always tasty. This is probably my favorite chain restaurant. The service is prompt and friendly. I've never had an issue. I see some reviews complaining about the prices, but I feel like it is still a value and a good place for families to dine with kids. Prices have gone up everywhere unfortunately. read more

This food is good. I eat a very low carb diet and am able to be satisfied by ordering chicken or beef without the buns. They also offer broccoli and asparagus sides to replace the fries. Their service is under staffed, but they worked hard to be pleasant and conscientious in their service. I tipped well :-) The ambiance is just what I would expect from a high volume family restaurant chain. Not great but serviceable. read more

Ordered a quick bite to eat for take out after a long day of activities for my husband & I. Half of the order was edible, unfortunately all of my burger bites were over cooked & not really edible. I should have checked the order before we left the parking lot to check the quality. On the other hand these burger bites never should have been allowed to be served. I did not request well done. Blonde bartender with curly hair was so rude. Was starving, it was late and we ordered a few different apps. She forgot to place an order for one which was intended to be my dinner. After 30 mins still nothing so we asked. She said thought the kitchen was closed and made it seem like she would check and get back to us. Never did. I have eaten at this Chili's many times. This was such a disappointment for me. My server tonight was the worst server on the planet. She is in the wrong business. She needs to get a job where she can hide in a corner. She's rude, abrupt, walks away as you're trying to ask her a question. She became even more rude every time I tried to engage. I guess she figured since I was there by myself that I'm not a good temper and I wasn't worth her time. I've been in this industry for years. As a manager and a server. I know about tipping. I watched the other server I think their name was Alex, I wish I had gotten that person as my server they were awesome. So I did bring it to the attention of the manager how rude and abrupt and non-engaging my server was. Like I was an annoyance like a mosquito flying around her head. So the manager took over. I guess the server wasn't happy about that because as she walked past with her Margarita Shaker for the other table she stuck her arm right in front of my face with the Shaker shaking it in my face, I'm now pissed. Then as I watched her taking their order and then she walks past me and calls me the b word as she's passing behind me. My hearing Works real good. I brought it to the attention of the manager she didn't believe me oh I didn't see that happen really? My bill was over $32 for fajitas and a beer. I told the manager I wanted her to give the $5 tip cash to the person who ran my fajitas out to me not the server who sucks. Well she didn't listen to me and she went ahead and gave it to that lousy server. And as I was leaving as I'm walking around the building on the outside this server is running through the dining room so that she can engage with me through the window making rude comments melting the words which included thanks for the $5 which told me that manager gave that money to that b****. So I called the restaurant and I said I'll be back in 3 minutes you better give me my $5 tip back cuz I don't want that b**** having it I went back and got my $5 cash back and I left zero tip on my credit card bill. $32 for s***** service no thank you. I will never step foot in that restaurant again. $32 for a meal I didn't even get to enjoy after a long day of work a long week of work actually. Went to Chilis for lunch today (3/25/24). Arrived at 11:30. We ordered drinks and two burgers. I went to the men's room and was disappointed in the cleanliness. It obviously hadn't been cleaned since at least yesterday. Toilets urine stained, trash overflowing, sinks and fixtures dirty, floor not washed, and one towel dispenser empty. They say the restrooms are a representation of the cleanliness of the restaurant as a whole. On the way back to the bar, I noticed food on the floor, food stains on the floor. There were small food pieces on the bar. The bar fixtures looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The register screen was covered in fingerprints. Kitchen? The management really needs to take charge and get this place clean and sanitary. The upside? The beer was cold and the burgers were good. read more

Usually a stable go to for us. Tonight was disappointing. After pointing out the great new burgers on the menu, the waitress came back to tell us they were now out of them. The waitress herself was hit or miss and didn't seem to be all that helpful in response. I had to tell her to get the menu since she thought it would be a better idea to recite each item to me verbally. Then it took an hour for our fajitas and chicken crispers to arrive. Then she brought corn instead of flour tortillas and when told of the error, proceeded to debate what was ordered. Found a hair in my wife's soup (we do not think it was the waiters as it was stuck to a piece of chicken in her southwest chicken soup). Mentioned it and were offered another soup (no thank you!) Sign on the door says "our staff are masked and we appreciate if you do as well unless seated". Not a masked staffer to be found including a woman who appeared to be the manager who came out of the back for a brief second. I'm not a Tex-Mex foodie, don't really like spicy foods, so haven't gone to Chili's before now. But hubby and I were out shopping; it was getting late and it well past dinner time. Open to trying something new. Hostess opened the door for us as we came in (and as we left). That was an unexpected pleasantry. Place was pretty quiet so no wait. Got a booth, little close to the kitchen doors, but must be well insulated, because not a lot of the typical kitchen clatter noise came through. Our server was very friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Started off by asking if we wanted something from the bar. We're not drinkers, so stuck with the soft stuff. Husband happy that they're a Coke establishment. Turns out Wednesdays are rib night. Had been awhile since the spousal unit had "pigged out" and he ordered a full rack. He was a happy man in his trough. I opted for the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. Loved the cheesy quesadillas around the salad, though there was something a little zingy in the salad itself. I should have asked about the heat level before I ordered. It was probably very low for some people, but little much for my wimpy taste buds. Our waitress brought out a little cup of ranch dressing to tone it down. She was a genius! But the salad itself was huge. Ended up taking half of it home. We overheard a different waitress at the booth behind us helping a guest customize her meal because of dietary limitations. The waitress really did a nice job making sure the lady was okay with the different ingredients of the dishes she was considering. And suggested alternatives as needed. Two ways to get here from Interstate 95 - either via Rte 286, heading up Main St, Salisbury to Route 1 or take the 107 exit and head south. During the summer, expect traffic in the area to be heavy with travelers to and from the beach or the general area. Came to this restaurant yesterday afternoon for a quick bite with friends. The ambience is gentle and not loud. We were able to carry on a discussion with no interference with anything around. Three of us ordered the Southern Smokehouse Bacon Burger. I had it cooked medium well, hold the cheese, and it was delicious! If I order again, I was ask to omit the mayo, as I am not a fan of mayonnaise. Prices are reasonable and affordable for the local area. Two meals ran $30 total, excluding alcohol or desserts. Expect a busy evening and busy day if volume outside is high. I certainly recommend this restaurant as a local favorite. Friendly staff and never a problem getting assistance. Take-out service also an option. You can pre-order via their website. read more

Went with family while passing through on Spring Break. Intended to go to Applebee's but they were closed for hot water issues, so we landed at Chili's. Service - Slow and sporadic with a few talented individuals Food - Luke warm meal, few refills Management - Amateurish, needs to step back and supervise the restaurant Details: Service - We were seated quickly and the hostess was friendly. The waitress took our drink orders and hesitantly explained the menu. The table that sat next to us did not get service at first and a waitress explained to them that they trade tables. There was confusion about who served what table. Two waitresses went to one table. After our orders were taken the waitress did not come by again until our food was delivered 30 minutes later. They kept disappearing for extended periods of time. Our section was trying to hail waitresses. But in the section next to us was a waitress named Alex who rarely left her area except to get a customer something and provided superb service. We were quietly cheerful when the hostess sat folks in her area because they would be served well! Food - It was well prepared and picture perfect. The chefs did a good job. But it was not delivered hot, only warm. The manager was delivering to the tables on several occasions. The bar area was stacked with waitresses waiting for drinks. If this was a production line I would fire the operations management team. When delivering food the staff would mass for delivery at that table, but we witnessed a few tables send back food, or it wasn't the correct order. Management - She gave instructions to a few of the younger workers, but spent time being busy and not so much effective. She was hostess, bussed tables, delivered food and drinks - basically she filled the holes without stepping back to ask herself why they existed. Given the other reviews here I would wonder if the team can learn how to provide great service. There are some star performers if they can learn from them. We hope some improvement can come from this review. There's potential here. read more

Very good. The bartender was right on point. Ordered food here during happy hour and also food to go. Liked the fact that they have weekly specials. Tuesday is ribeye steak special. Appetizers are $4.99 and there are other drink specials. The bar staff was very friendly and accommodating. My food was pretty good. I had the rib steak special on Tuesday with potatoes and broccoli. My order was to go and they gave me everything I needed for the order. I'll certainly come back to this Chili's location because they give you full servings of appetizers for $4.99. Went to Chili's today for dinner with friends. I had the carnitas plate. The Carnitas were overcooked like charcoal briquettes. I ordered a dessert chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream to go we all received our dessert except for me but did not realize that till we got back to our hotel strongly do not recommend this place. read more

Why do I keep going back for punishment? Ordered takeout...bar is full....takeout area is empty with no mechanism to notify the restaurant you are there. They want you to go to the bar to pick up the takeout. Ok....but the bar is full! So, I stand there and these two guys sitting there ask me if they could help me. I was crowding them (not really but making them uncomfortable) I get that. So, finally the bartender comes over and gets my name and I reach my arm out in between the two men at the bar to give her my card....I felt so bad for these guys. When the manager came out with the food to the takeout area, I told her that I thought it was awkward and she could not care at all Food is ok but not worth all the aggravation of takeout and the order is never right.......too bad....the waitresses there are all very hard workers and nice and the food, when correct, is good. read more
