This was, without question, the worst dining service experience I've ever had. Our waitress, Kelsey, was inattentive from the start. When we asked for just two more minutes to make our final order decision, she disappeared for over 20 minutes. During that time, our drinks were never refilled, and we barely saw her at all. Things became even more uncomfortable when a man she clearly knew came in and sat right next to our table. Kelsey then sat down with him, socializing, checking on his utensils and condiments, and giving him her full attention--despite clearly being on the clock, as his food arrived while she was still seated with him. She only got up briefly to bring us our food, which we had ordered 20-30 minutes earlier, leaving us unsure how long it had been sitting before being served. After that, she returned to sitting and talking with him for another 40 minutes. When we finished eating, she did not check on us. The only reason she noticed we were done was because I was trying to look for her name tag, which she wasn't wearing. She took my plate and immediately went back to sitting and continuing her conversation. As we were leaving, I briefly spoke to the manager to get her name. I didn't explain the entire situation because he was in the middle of seating another family, and I didn't want to cause a scene or hold him up--but the lack of service and professionalism was unacceptable. I came to this establishment very hungry and left very hungry. The waiting staff was very understanding and kind, however the cooks and manager were not. I asked for eggs with cheese and was presented with a slab of cheese on top of my eggs. Sadly this wasn't the worst thing that happened. I also asked for a medium well steak that was presumably raw. My friend also got a raw steak so we asked them to take it back, then was presented with an extremely well done steak. I wish I got their name but one of the was blonde and the other had dark black hair. They were very unprofessional and rude.... She has a bubbly persona at first but anyone paying attention she is rude to staff and all about long pours and tips. She is complacent about sanitation. I observed shoddy wash down of her station with overflowing fluids falling on the well liquors and subsequently puddling on the floor in front of the reefer doors. Bar towel in her hip dangling, she'd stoop to gain access to beer or cold mugs in reefer allowing towel to sop up sullied water from floor. Afterwards she'd use the towel to cleanse her hands then mix drinks. Ewwe! If you eat here, don't order adult beverages and only accept your served food from a food runner after 4 PM. read more

Not sure why this Chili's Location off the 10 has only 2 Stars. Stopped in on my Road Trip and Raven who was bartending was Excellent. The Hostess Londonn was Super Sweet Greeting Us immediately upon entering. Both Raven and Londonn's customer service skills are on par. Met a few Locals who were very much Welcoming. This location definitely should be at a 5 Star Level on Yelp. read more

I asked the manager to pick up this cold food and bring me hot food and he tried to blame the coldness on doordash. My food came early and came cold. Great food and still tastes great after curbside pickup and trip home. Even my molten chocolate cake was warm. Nothing is ever missing and they seem to have the best Tex-Mex food in town (and they are a chain). They are our new go to for Fajitas. Not broken little fatty prices but real cut steak finger size. Ample portions on the sides and I like being able to customize kids meals for 2 sides. They are a busy location so a few minutes on curbside delivery is fine. She then proceeded to say " Oh, I'm sorry that was rude" and made other insulting remarks. Management did nothing and it was absolutely terrible service. this is the worst chili's i've ever been to oh my god. i've been going to chili's for a WHILE, and in the past 5 years i have always ordered the cajun pasta with shrimp. and it is ALWAYS delicious. not this time. first of all - ordered the white spinach queso. sounds good! i love queso blanco so like, this should be good. comes out, my boyfriend and i take two bites and are immediately disgusted. there's this super hard layer of another cheese on top which is just weird and gross, wouldn't mix into the queso at all and you couldn't eat it. the queso itself tasted disgusting. there was not a single appetizing flavor to be found. the texture was that of boiled milk, in the grossest way you could imagine. i have never once sent back food in my entire life for being bad, but this was revolting. i sent it back, i didn't want another appetizer, it was terrible. my cajun pasta was nothing like the others i have had before. barely any cajun seasoning on the pasta, so it lacked its distinct delicious flavor. the shrimp did not seem made to order or at least cooked in that kitchen at all. at best microwaved. the garlic toast on the side wasn't even toast, it was lukewarm bread with, again, barely any seasoning. the pasta was hot at least, so we ate it. disappointing but not disgusting. on another note - a waitress had plates stacked above my head on a booth partition. don't know why that's allowed but they could have fallen on me very easily if a number of things had occurred - if i had gotten out of my booth, if someone accidentally ran into them or hit them with their hand, or if a waitress simply lost their grip. that's just a general safety hazard. also our waters never got refilled the entire time we were there. still left a good tip bc i work for tips as well and understand how important they are, but i was so angry i didn't want to. we split the check evenly and i still came out paying $17 with tip. what the hell. absolutely ridiculous. this might be the worst chili's in the world. absolutely horrid. downright terrible. avoid. read more

Pretty much normal for a casual dinning experience. We actually eat here a 4- or 5-times times a year but this is my first review. As expected and normal for Chili's the food was excellent. As expected and normal, for this location, service was way below par. The issue is not with the waiting staff. They are very attentive and friendly. The issue seems to be with the kitchen staff. After placing our order is was 40 minuets before it arrived. This is not unusual for this location. The fact that this issue is common is demonstrated by our waitress bringing us free chips and salsa while apologizing for the delay without us even complaining. They were out of "Awesome Blossom Petals" which is one of the only times that I can recall a chain of this type being out of a signature item. The adult beverages prices were lower than average, we were there during "Happy Hour", and the meal prices were about average for this category of restaurant. read more
