Bought my teenagers for dinner and have not been in her for awhile. The menu was really good and the staff was nice. We did enjoy our food! I will come back for lunch or dinner again.

Really bad, will never ever return! The food quality was beyond poor, and the kitchen staff was disappointing, but more on these later. Chilis was offering a "buy one get one free boneless wing appetizer," which the waiter suggested to us, and we agreed to. He then brought them to me as my meal because he forgot to put in my order. The wings came out & they were more like ugly dipped chicken bits, in the most horrible sauces I've ever experienced!! We ordered half & half (Habanero Chili & Garlic Parmigiano), but the garlic parm was COMPLETELY INEDIBLE. They had nuked them, and they were bricks, un-penetrable by silverware. I'M NOT EVEN JOKING. The waiter John had them removed, and I choked down the 1/2 only because I had nothing else to eat, but it was not pleasant. It was at that time that he was made aware that my food order was not just a suggestion but an actual order. He claimed he didn't know I had ordered a burger, even though he had asked me how I wanted it cooked. What the kitchen put out next was a burger that was not only almost entirely RAW, but it had cooked onions all over it, and no lettuce & tomato. I dont even know what he was trying to serve me, but it certainly was not what I had ordered. They prob told him to just grab whatever was up next just to get food to the table because we had been at least 3 hours from when we sat and they were not busy. Maybe the kitchen staff quit, I don't know, but it was bad! I mean, how do you not know when something is RAW and cold to the touch vs. medium?! The manager took half the burger off, even though I only picked at the fries and ate around the edges. Eh, whatever, I took it home and cooked it myself. All & all, worst service, management, kitchen & food quality. Take my word for it and star far away!

We were going to the movies this afternoon and so decided to stop in to Chili's for a quick lunch before the show. I had a half a rack of barbecue ribs with fries and my wife had a hamburger with fries. The ribs were falling off the bone, moist, with a great house, barbecue sauce, and very good. If you can't do a burger you're lost, fortunately the Chilis burger was done with a little pink and delicious. there's nothing fancy about a Chili's but you can generally get a pretty good meal for a fair price with good service!

Quick service on a packed evening. Great food. Nice warm spot on a "Chili" night relaxing after running around after school.

Can never go wrong with Chili's for dinner! Love the $6 margarita of the month. Always friendly service and great food. My kids love the ribs and brisket quesadilla combo & the Alex Santa Fe burger

So as you might have noticed my coworkers and I like to eat a really good lunch. Today we chose Good Old Faithful Chili's. We got the taco salad which was absolutely amazing this was actually the first time I've had it and it was very good it was very fresh and well made and the dressing and sour cream was on the side so you can make it just the way you like it. We also ordered the cheeseburger sliders you can never go wrong with the cheeseburger sliders from Chili's it is always been a fan favorite. Then we got the chicken and steak fajitas with all the fixings on the side the steak was cooked medium the way I like it and the flavor of both were a little spicy but just right and there was just enough peppers onions and limes in it. Needless to say my fajitas were very good. Unfortunately I wasn't able to have the Chili's famous margarita with my fajitas I guess they'll have to wait until next time when I'm not at work. I would definitely recommend Chili's! I'll probably be there soon for happy hour!

Southwestern Eggroll appetizer, at Chili's in Simsbury, CT.

Stopped here yesterday for a late lunch after the movies. Yeah, it's a chain restaurant, but when you drop almost 50 bucks, you kinda expect a bit more value than what we received. The Southwestern Eggrolls appetizer was awful -- we payed over $8 for these eggrolls, and it was obvious they had been frozen. Bland, they lacked any flavor at all. The Cajun pasta I ordered was OK, can't really complain about it, but my fiancee's full rack of Ribs were coated with some type of tasteless sauce. Meat on the ribs had zero flavor, just not good at all. I'm done with chain restaurants "on this level" (like Chili's, Ruby Tuesday's, TGIF's, etc). We feel like we've been burned too many times, for what you receive, the value just not there.

Very attentive. Food did not come out fast. Dinner was fun. Cheesesteak was good. The sandwich was a bit messy to eat but that might be expected. Custom chicken sandwich was not quite as stated on the menu. The "tempura" fried chicken was more like a frozen patty than a tempura battered piece. I had a fun dinner. Two chili dogs and fries! Have not ordered that for dinner since Lum's was down the street! My only criticism is that they were not on a New England style roll. (Buttered & grilled). My fries were cold. The tater tots are the way to go The real surprise of the night was the bottle of root beer. It tasted like the real thing and not the big brand sugar water! We finished the night with lava cake and cannoli, which were ok. The ice cream served with the cake was the winner!

Clearly a great place to bring your family. My wife personally enjoys the fresh made house salad dressing as I do too. I've tried the plain Chicken Wings (crispy), boy do they ever come out so delicious and hot. The Boneless Sticky ribs are sweet and tasty. They pride themselves with offering gluten free options and an awareness of food allergies. This location is located in the Shops of Farmington. There are plenty of parking especially out back by the red barn. The restaurant was large and spacious. There was a huge U-shaped bar. They also have a nice patio area with plenty of seating and a fire pit; this would be great when the weather is nice. My family and I had lunch on Saturday. It was busy but not overwhelming. Our server was busy but super attentive and friendly. I noticed it was very kid-friendly since there were other kids there and they had a kids menu. Their menu was vast menu and I wanted to try so many food items. I started off with a hibiscus margarita; oh my, one of the best I've had, it was a 5/5. We also had the asian calamari; it's fried battered squid, banana peppers, and a side of sweet chili. This was mouthwatering good and it was a 4/5. I had a cesar half salad which was toothsome; the dressing, parmesan, croutons, and salad ratio was perfection. My main entree, I had the prosciutto wrapped cod; that is baked cod, wrapped with prosciutto, served over parmesan risotto and broccoli with lemon butter. The showstopper was the parmesan risotto, I could eat a gallon of that lol. The cod was okay, it needed more flavor but the prosciutto definitely helped with the flavor. Overall the cod fish was 3.5/5. Next time, I want to try their Thai sesame salmon, apricot shrimp risotto, pulled pork Mac and cheese, Bolognese, crab rangoon dip, and firecracker shrimp, to name a few. I was so torn but I chose a bit of a healthier option due to my New Year resolution. I loved that they had the total calories next to the menu items. My family and I look forward to going back soon!
