The absolute worst dining out experience ever. The service was acceptable. But, the food was absolutely terrible. It all seemed like microwaved food, not something cooked in a restaurant. Chicken quesadillas were so dry and overly-nuked, the chicken was almost inedible. We will never eat there again. I wish I could give this zero stars. Horrible. read more

The chicken crispers isn't what I expected it to be. Big fat pieces of lightly battered chicken which comes apart once you dip them in the sauce. The serving size of the sauce is pretty sad too. Hard to mess up fries but the corn was good. read more

Their service is slow and terrible.... The salsa was watered down and disgusting, my meal came out late, and wrong! My dessert took more than an hour to come out. The drinks were mixed up, and we got the more expensive drink. Overall a terrible experience for all those involved, do yourself a favor and skip this one. read more

Very poor experience at Chili's once again. Took over an hour to get our food wrong. We froze the whole time as well.

Usually the service is really nice and quick, but for whatever reason today there was NONE. We walked in to see a couple waiting to be seated and we stood there for a good 5 minutes and no one had even glanced at us. One woman came and seated the couple before us after another group had walked in, but she disappeared into the back and was heard telling them they would need more help out front. Yeah no they won't because we left and so did the second group behind us. I don't know what happened today because there's usually really nice servers and a great host. read more

I have always been a fan of chili's, love it. Now i understand completely that things are a little crazy with the whole COVID 19 thing going on now and understand how hectic it can get with to go orders. However, having one girl running orders out to a parking lot FULL of cars is poor management. I sat in the parking lot for 40 minutes before she came up to ask what name my order was under. It was almost an hour and a half before I ever received my food. So, my food was ready and sitting out for over an hour before I ever received it. Cars who pulled up long after me received service and their food before I was ever helped. I cannot fault the girl for this because I know how overwhelming it can be to have to handle so many orders but this was an awful way to handle things. I love chili's but i would never NEVER have ordered it if I would have known that it would have been this much of a hassle for me. read more

Should have taken it as a hint... when we had to wait to be seated. Table for 4 at 5:20 plenty of empty tables.. Got a seat couldn't sit seat was wet.Had to get napkins myself. Never was acknowledged !!! Took my business elsewhere read more

Service was slow and they forgot to bring part of the food order. Waiter disappeared for long periods. One of us had to leave to go back to work because it took so long. The food was mediocre at best. read more

The food was really good. My daughter and I tried the Southern Burger. It was juicy, flavored nicely, and delicious. My husband really enjoyed the honey chipotle wings. Our server was very atrentive, courteous and prompt. We will be back. read more

Headed to a movie, stopped by to grab lunch before our show. Was almost 15 min before we were acknowledged at our table in the bar area. Finally ordered chips and salsa which was OK. My wife ordered a chicken dish and I ordered a burger. Service was slow. So slow in fact that by the time I saw the third couple I had watched walk in behind us, seated, served, and leaving I asked where the eff or food was. The server apparently forgot to put our order in. Close to an hour with no food. My wife's food hit the table finally but mine didn't. It was almost 15 more minutes, my wife was finishing her meal when the waitress brought my burger, which was cold, dropped it in the table quick and darted off leaving me no condiments. After 3 bites of my dry cold burger, I just didn't eat the rest. I was so frigging mad. No apology, no offer to take a bit off the bill, nothing. We've eaten here plenty, but the last couple times this place has really gone into the toilet. This was the last straw. read more

Food is GOOD! No complaints there! Service and operation practices stink! LONG waits for a table even though the place is half empty! Reason? Hostess says kitchen is backed up? Same story last 3 times we ate there and different times of the day so I am thinking this is the norm now. This location has REALLY gone down hill! Waitress sits in booth next to me to take my order? This happened twice in last month with 2 different waitresses. Once order is taken you never see waitress again till you hunt them down for a check to pay. Need extra napkins ? you'll have to hunt that down yourself also! Wait staff VERY unprofessional with exception of 1 or 2. Need serious training here. Maybe send the manager from the Mandeville location there ? Someone seems to be training the staff there. Even though Mandeville location is quite a bit further for us to drive, we will satisfy out Chili's cravings there in the future. read more

This chili's sucks!! My steak is always overcooked and when they say they are sending me a gift card, I never get it. And they argue with me about it. This place is wonderful!!! As soon as we walked in, the hostess was extremely polite and very outgoing. She had an entire conversation with my little normally shy 3 year old! She immediately accommodated all of our needs and got us a great table! She had a warm smile to her, that makes you feel welcome to the restaurant. Big different in this hostesses I've seen here throughout the years. I got her name but forgot it, she was slim with short blonde hair. Awesome host!! After our warm welcome, our server Roxy was so welcoming as well and explained all of the new items and current promotions. She was absolutely great. We did not have to wait on a refill or for her to come by. She was always right on time! Food came out in less than 30 minutes, and it was fresh and perfect! Exactly how we ordered it! My entire experience was totally wonderful and a complete different experience from my previous visits! Good job on picking new employees chilis! Definitely will return soon. You will not believe how rude some people are these days. My family and I has been going to this chilis for some years now we never ever been treated so awful. The hostess had an attitude from the time we walked in up until the time we walked out. I understand at times you might have a bad work day but that's when you should call in. My thing don't be rude to your customers.. We waited 15 minutes for a table while looking at five empty tables two which has not been clean with only four groups waiting$#%&??%* After 15 minutes waiting and talking with other customers that was complainting with me I went over to the young lady with the bracelets the hostess inquired about the empty tables she said with attitude we will get to them shortly. I walked away less then three steps away she buzzed not only my party of five but all waiting parties has a seat now. Once we arrived to our table our waiter was so rude. Needless to say we will not go back. Not a friendly place for family. We will stick with Road House!!!!! read more
