    Birria tacos

Good food. First time visiting on May 15, 2026. Staff very nice. My family and I had the guac and chips, crawfish balls, Memphis Blues burger, chicken fingers and Birria tacos. I also had a margarita. Family had some sweet tea. Before tax and tip everything was $85.

The service was great! The bartender was very nice & hilarious. It's the same layout as Hab. The vibe is more western, country. I ordered the chicken sandwich & it was good. The strawberry margarita was good. I'd go back for another visit.

Another guest and I dined here on a Friday evening. My drink was delicious and the bartender was really nice! We started with the Crawfish Balls which were decent. I had the Ribeye Steak Tacos. They were good but I wish they'd let you substitute the sides. I didn't like the corn because it had a strong southwestern taste. The other guest had the Hawaiian Ribeye and enjoyed it. I saw a burger being delivered to another table and it looked amazing! We had an enjoyable experience overall but I do think the food is priced too high for what you get.

Food was ok I would like to try some other options. Service was fantastic. And it's really nice in this place the ambiance was everything!

Went to try this restaurant and was definitely disappointed. I ordered a cheeseburger plain. It came out dressed. I told the server my food was wrong and please make a well done cheeseburger. Burger #2 comes out is was pink in the middle. By this time I just requested it to go. The server says if it's raw in the middle when you get home you can just microwave it. I said I'm in disbelief that you just said this. He was serious. The burger comes out I cut it in half it's not cooked as requested. Half pink. I immediately asked for a refund. I do NOT recommend this restaurant. Who wants to eat a raw burger and be told to throw it in the microwave because THEY cook them MEDIUM. I ordered a well done burger. My friend had Briarra tacos. Also a disappointment. I do not RECOMMEND anyone wasting their money here.

Peruvian food is a flavorful fusion of Indigenous, Spanish, Asian, and African influences known for bold flavors, fresh seafood, rice dishes, and vibrant sauces. Everything we ordered was a hit and I'll definitely be back for more! 1. Chicha Morada - A refreshing Peruvian drink made from purple corn, fruit, cinnamon, and spices with a sweet fruity flavor. (MY FAVORITE) 2. Pulpo a la Plancha - Marinated octopus served with patacones, Peruvian corn, and chimichurri. (FAVORITE) 3. Bisteck A Lo Pobre - Steak with fried egg, fried plantains, sautéed onions, and rice. 4. Al Pastor & Carnitas Tacos 5. Fettuccine a la Huancaína with Lomo Saltado - Creamy huancaína pasta topped with flavorful lomo saltado, parmesan, and plenty of passion. 6. TBD next time Tonylameats Approved

Pablo's - A South American Taste is tucked away on the outskirts of Olde Town Slidell, and from the outside, you'd never guess what's inside. It looks unassuming--almost like a forgotten storefront--but once you walk in, WOW. Modern, stylish, great music, and such a welcoming vibe. The food was exceptional--rich flavors, beautifully executed, and incredibly satisfying. The drinks were just as impressive, creative and perfectly balanced. Every detail felt elevated. The service truly sealed the deal. Gisella was amazing--attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure we had an incredible experience. You can feel the pride and passion here. Parking tip for first-timers: park on the side street since there's little to no parking directly out front. Don't let that deter you--this place is 100% worth the effort. If you love discovering hidden gems, this is your sign. Pablo's is doing something special, and I hope more people find their way here.

The ambience was really nice--it had that energetic sports bar vibe, and there were tons of large-screen TVs everywhere, so no matter where you sit you can catch all the action. The place was also very clean, which I always appreciate. The service was friendly and attentive the whole time, and we didn't have to wait long for anything. For food, I tried the buffalo wings, which were pretty good--good flavor and definitely hit the spot. I also had a burger, and I'd say it was decent... not the best I've ever had, but still enjoyable and satisfying. Prices were reasonable for a sports bar like this--maybe a tad on the high side, but nothing crazy, and the overall experience made it worth it. All in all, it's a good spot to watch a game, grab a bite, and relax. I'd definitely return in the future.

I seen that when I got home getting ready to eat my food. I was immediately dissatisfied with my order. I got back into my car and headed back to the restaurant. This is around 10:52pm and the restaurant closes at 11pm. I picked my order up around 10:31pm a little earlier. So, me feeling like I won't make it in time. I called the restaurant in route, heading there. I as able to get a manager on the phone before I arrived to the restaurant. We started having the conversation about my issue as I was pulling up to the door. It is now 11pm. I told the manager Jason I was outside your restaurant and he told me he can't let me in after hours. Mind you I seen several people walking out the restaurant while I'm on the phone with him. I told him that my Monte Cristo was overly cooked and burnt. He then asked an employee did they see my order was burnt and that employee confirmed to him "yes" it was while I was on the phone. At this time I didn't realize I was missing my side of fries, bacon, & queso at the time because I was focused on getting to the restaurant before they close to fix my Monte Cristo. He told me he will send me a gift card via email. It will be in my email between tonight and tomorrow. He never said the amount. I gave him my email address and we got off the phone. When I got back home that's when I realized I was missing my fries, queso and bacon. I woke up the next morning still to no email with a gift card. I ran important errands and ended up going to the restaurant after 6pm. I still haven't received the gift card yet. I never touched the food and brought it with me. I go inside the restaurant and asked for a manager and he comes like 10 mins later. I stared telling him the situation and realize this is Jason the manager I spoke with yesterday night. I can't remember his exact words but he asked me for my email again. So, that confirmed he didn't send me the gift card. I told him to just replace my Monte Cristo, add powder sugar, add my side I never received of fries, queso, & bacon and to not send me the gift card. I waited for my food for 25 minutes or so. Jason and I inspected the food to make sure the quality was good. I told him I was satisfied and left. I honestly was tired of waiting. When I got home to eat the food. I honestly didn't enjoy it. The Monte Cristo tasted like it was fried in older grease, it barely had powder sugar on them, meaning two of them did and two of them didn't. The fries were ok. It was not worth it. I'm not sure where the problem is... if it's with the night management, it maybe the cook, the lady who brought my food to my car or do the restaurant even have a quality inspection person at all. They confirmed on the phone that my food was dark before they gave it to me and it still got to me. The reason why I say this is because this had happened to me three months ago. They ended up giving me Salmon instead of white fish and I had to go the restaurant and complain to the manager just like I did today. I didn't want a gift card I just wanted my order to be right the first time and for the food to be good. I like the food from Cheddar's but I'm hating the quality of service they provide now. I didn't leave a review three months ago but I'm leaving one today. There's other competition within the same area such as Long Horn Steakhouse & BJ's Brew House. I'm considering other places now.

I visited the Pontchartrain location. As a first-time customer, I want to mention that the young girl, Holland, working the drive-thru around 6 a.m. was very upbeat and kind. However she couldn't be more than 15-16 years old, if that. After the charge posted to my account, I noticed it was more than double what I was originally charged. My total at the window was just $5.48, and I did not add a tip since I went through the drive-thru. When the charge finalized, it showed over $13.48. I'm not sure if this was an honest mistake or Holland entering an $8 tip that I didn't give her, but it was concerning to see such a large difference after the transaction was completed. I would recommend customers double-checking their receipts and making sure "no tip" is written if they do not intend to leave one, to prevent something like this happening to them. I hope management looks into this so it doesn't happen to other customers. UPDATE: After speaking with Shannon, a shift manager, she stated if I brought my receipt in she'd handle it. I then told her Holland never provided a final receipt, only asked me to sign one and gave me my donuts through the drive-thru window and said "Have a good day". I did inform Shannon that I had a screenshot of the charge being updated in my back account and that she could view it here because I'd already left a review about my experience. Shannon then stated she will reach out to the owner Maddie to have this issue resolved. I will update this review on whether I do or do not receive a resolution to this matter.
