The family took him there, and we were all pleasantly surprised with the amount of food with the price and the atmosphere. more of a sports type place with many TVs located in almost every direction that you look. They have a full bar and a separate dining area. I had already done a review for this and posted all of my pictures and I don't know where they went so I can't repost them. But Chili's has very good food for the price for five people. It was about $100 for two people. It was about $50 and one person was about $20. It depended on what you ordered and how many appetizers you ordered. The food is very good and if you haven't tried them yet, I would definitely put them on your must try list. Food was poor. Weak portion and over cooked. No iced tea. In a section with 10 booths with no one else. I little while past, a family with a rambunctious aged child was directly seated to the back of us with the child backed up to our booth.....why...? Won't ever be back. The manager, there the assistant, I have no idea what he's doing there. He doesn't even know. I don't think he's worthless. The only decent person there is a general manager. I ran intoa situation and I was accused of it because I never did it. I honestly think he's either stealing From Chili's or doing something because every time his shift works it's a total cluster fuck yeah One of the Service tried to extort me out of money, called corporate headquarters and nothing was ever done. The general manager even agrees with me what happens should've been taken care of a different way because they both admitted fault. The last two times I've gone there the food and service have been impeccable. we have had Deon (sorry if spelling is wrong) as our server he is so insightful, we didn't have to ask for anything. Best service I've ever had. We had a vegetarian in the group and they were able to special order a specific food they prefer that not every location will accommodate, so it was greatly appreciated. Upon arriving we were sat in a dirty unkept area We moved ourselves and the hostess said we can't sit in a clean area because there's no server there . She then moved us to another part of the restaurant . I ordered and my companion ordered the fajita trio The rice was hard and old. The beans were old and gooey . Order lunch to go for me and my nieces. All the fries were old and cold. Seemed like last night fries reheated. Cheese quesadilla were incredibly over cooked, solid as a rock, cheese overcooked so they didn't stick together and feel apart. Dropped in for dinner Saturday night around 5pm. Seated quickly not very busy. They have your standard fare and I always go for the two for $20. Chips and guacamole appetizer to share, bacon burger without the bun and quesadilla. I added a presidente Rita! Drink and food ticket times were fast under ten minutes. Our server was attentive and our food was standard chili's good. We take the cookie home. The only complaint was the dining room was dirty. Food on the floor, seats with debris and half wall with a layer of dust. I asked for the manager and explained the findings. He apologized and I saw him cleaning as we left. Went in for takeout. Mind you the food was good. Wanted a menu to take out to car to look at with my father and they acted like I was going to steal it! Went back into place the order and instead of them offering to take my order they sent me clear across the restaurant to the go area. When I got over there I stood there and waited and I had to call somebody to come and help me. Service was crummy to say the least.....the restaurant itself seemed dirty. The girl who took my order at the go are didn't even wipe off the counter that had water and crumbs on it. The restaurant looked dirty. Bathrooms were definitely not clean. The employees don't help the ambience either. A lot of the employees walk around with greasy hair and look like they hadn't showered themselves in a couple days. Several of them look like they hadn't had any clean clothes on either. The presentation of personal hygiene was not good. Who wants to have a slob weight on you along with the fact that all of them are wearing those big old fat nose rings with to me on a personal level are disgusting but again like I said a lot of the employees did not look like they had showered in several days some of them have greasy hair and some of them had clothes that were just not clean that dirty. I will not go back to that restaurant again. Along with that for a Saturday night at approximately 6:00 that restaurant should have been full and it was not even anywhere near to full capacity. My family and I placed a pick up order tonight, and I am beyond disappointed. I'll be honest, it's Chili's, so I didn't get into this with extremely high standards to start off with. We ordered a triple dipper for an appetizer with two orders of southwestern egg rolls and one order of boneless buffalo wings with bleu cheese. We got egg rolls that weren't cut, bone-in wings, and no bleu cheese. My husband ordered cajun chicken pasta with shrimp, and the shrimp were tiny and cold. My son's kids meal was ordered with barbecue sauce, which was also not included. The guacamole I got with my steak fajitas was completely bland. We have been to Chilis quite often. I have had surgeries and been on crutches, this time I am in wheelchair due to amputation. Chilis is one of the places we are still able to go to. Many places I have found are very difficult to get through the aisles between booths and tables. I am not able to make my way into the restrooms. It is suppose to be handicap accessible but the restrooms are way to small for the wheelchairs to get in properly. I am happy to say, other than the very heavy doors I encounter at most all restaurants, Chilis restroom is accessible and the handicap stall should be about 2 feet larger. I can get in but if someone is large and in a large wheelchair they would not make it in and if they did they would not have privacy. We have been coming to Chilis for several years now. Some times it is good other times it is not. Last night just completely turn us off to the restaurant . We sat down at the bar where we usually eat.placed a drink order and then a food order. The bartender brought us our drinks and took our order. Then she disappeared for about 15 minutes. We finally got our food which was brought out to us by someone else. The bartender' again was nowhere. My husband want his second beer and waited for her to finally show up. We enjoyed our meal but the bartender again disappeared. Finally she came back and got him another beer. And again disappeared. After waiting for her to reappear he got his other beer. We waited quite along time to pay the bill as again she had disappeared. She gave him the bill and the computer you use to take the card and again left. Well the computer was not working very well and we couldn't find the bartender. She never even told him how to use the thing. We finally figured it out and left. Again no bartender in sight. 6 of us dined here recently, mid afternoon on Christmas Eve, while our server Chris was great the overall ambience really needed pepping up a little. Food was good, I really recommend the chicken and waffles in Chipotle sauce, they were fabulous, I could only manage half the portion and boxed the rest. My hubby ordered the mixed platter, very average, a little too greasy and he left half as it wasn't great. Friends had the fajitas and the nachos, all getting great reviews. One reason for the medium score is the manager needed to really take a look at the dress code of staff members. The server at the next table had his pants hanging so far down you could see his butt, know while I know it's a style, it's not suitable for a restaurant. I would just like to say.Chilis food mine good. HOWEVER the ordering online is easy, but when you are given a time to pick it up within 5 minutes and it takes alot longer almost 15 minutes longer because they say things just came out of the oven. Fine however dont get the rest of the food ready and put it in a bag so others have cold food....the girl at curbside was very sweet and I feel for her in this heat and having to wear a mask. I've never had a bad experience here. It's a typical Chili's chain. The restaurant is Always clean. The servers are always nice and pleasant. The place does get busy in the evenings. The food and portions are always on point, never cold or wrong. Gotta love those Margis as well! read more
