There was only one taking take-out orders and sit-down orders, and a second one arrived at noon who then catered to me. She was very pleasant and helpful. I sat at the bar facing east because that was the only location with an AC plug. I was by myself and that way I wasn't taking up a table. I ordered a green chile, potato, egg, cheese burrito. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was with my mild salsa. I thought I would just eat 1/4 of it and then wait for the lunch menu to start, but ended up eating the entire burrito and savoring it. I ordered a grilled chicken burrito to go to have for lunch the next day. The thing was huge! I even got some chips and salsa with that to-go order. The place was quiet to moderate during my visit. More people were coming in after 12:30pm. The open dining concept is airy, but with plenty of customers I'm sure this place gets loud. This place lived up to its reputation. And I learned why it is called "Seis." It's to honor the six regional cuisines of Mexico.
