The only downside is that they don't take reservations and parking is very limited. Since this spot is so popular, the wait for a table can easily be an hour or more. It's definitely worth the wait, but sometimes spending an hour waiting for a table just isn't ideal. I ordered the carne asada tacos, and they were delicious! We also ordered the churro ice cream cake, which was huge and definitely big enough to share with the whole table. Can't wait to come back!

The food did not have any weird taste, it wasn't dry, the presentation was fine. It simply needs to be seasoned and this place goes to a solid 4/5 rather than a three.

One day, my husband and myself decided we wanted to go out to lunch and we decided to go to Chili's. We were greeted right away by the hostess and led to our table. The hostess told us who our server was going to be. When the server got to the table, he was the most polite and kind person that I have ever ran across. Everything was sir and ma'am. He asked what we wanted to drink and made a suggestion of what we may liked. He took our order, but before sending it to the kitchen, he read over everything to make sure it was correct. He brought out our appetizer and in the process, had refills of what we were drinking ready to filled as our beverage was almost done. When he brought out our entree, he made sure he served the female first and then the male second. He made sure that the order was complete and to our likings. In 4 minutes of receiving our entree, he was re-filling my husband beverage and made sure that everything was going good. Well low and behold, he noticed in making his next 4 minute check that we were going to need take-home boxes, and before we could ask for them, he already had gotten them. So before handing us our check, he cleared the table and gave us 5 minutes to relax, and then he handed us our check. In all my Chili's visits, this was the best server we have ever seen. Service was average. They should have taken more time to learn to how cook instead of spending time writing a 17 page novel which is the menu. Ridiculous menu which is almost surpassed by the ridiculous double-decker platters with hardware. I am happy when I receive a knife, fork, spoon, and plate. The pastrami sandwich had a decent amount of meat on it (not as much as years ago, but that's the way things are now). Pat checked on me a few times, refilled drinks when needed. I have zero complaints and don't understand the low reviews. Being a sports bar, it wasn't overly noisy. TVs everywhere. Tables and dining area very clean. Restrooms were also clean and all products available. I will return when I am in the area again. Thanks, Famous Sam's. You did not disappoint.

And to be fair, the woman at the register let us know our food may be a little delayed because of said group of 35. I appreciated the heads up. This did not slow down the chips and salsa at the table in the meanwhile, and the man working the floor (cool tailback beard, by the way), was pleasant and made sure we were in a good place due to the slight delay with our food, which honestly, didn't seem that delayed at all. I had the shrimp burrito (El Capitan) with the red sauce and it was excellent. Great sized portion and delicious through and through, no flavor was overwhelming, everything blended well. The woman at the register that took our order was also quite pleasant. The menu has a great selection and this particular space is enjoyable for parties of any size. I look forward to going back again.
