Overall, this was still a good experience and I enjoyed the food, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. The restaurant was very busy, so the wait was a little longer than expected, which is understandable. The food itself was great, especially the fajitas -- honestly one of my favorite things to order here every time. My only issue was with the service toward the end of the visit. The server seemed a bit unresponsive when I asked for boxes and communication felt a little cold overall. Maybe it was just a stressful or busy day, so I don't want to judge too harshly. I rarely complain, but here we go. We went here for my wife's birthday at her request. We ordered our drinks and they came out very quickly! We were surprised at how fast they came out. She had a margarita, which she really enjoyed. I got the old fashioned. It was absolutely disgusting. It was very bitter. We ordered our food and everything was good except for one error on my sister in law's dish. Our server (I don't remember his name) double checked the order, realized there was a mistake (I believe it was on the kitchen, not him) and fixed it right away. I ordered a beer, which came out very quickly. For the most part, everybody enjoyed their food. I had the Nashville hot chicken tenders. They were over fried, very little meat on them and the seasoning they used was like they put sand all over the tenders. They did not taste good at all and literally felt like I had sand in my mouth with each bite. Our server gave us boxes and asked if we wanted anything else. I asked for one more beer and confirmed with me what kind I wanted. After several minutes of not having my beer, we found our server at another table, leaning on it and speaking with two women. He stayed there for the next ten minutes. I never got it. We got tired of waiting, paid and left. Right after we paid, he again returned and asked if we wanted anything else. We declined and left. The viral triple dipper. The options are endless. When you go, you have to get this in some way, shape, or form. I typically share this appetizer as my entree. It is just as delicious as it is filling. The mozzarella sticks are on a different level. They are the largest I have ever tried and am always satisfied with the amount of cheese that comes inside. The other cool thing about these is you are able to get them plain or covered with the option of two different sauces. The chicken crispers are a two in one combo being both crispy and tender with every bite. The big mouth bites are another one of my go-tos that I think completes the trio, because why not have a mini hamburger with my chicken strips and mozzarella sticks. As delicious as the food was, it unfortunately came out closer to room temperature, but I will say the staff is always great that helps make up for these little things. I came in with two friends on last weekend around 7:30-8:30 and sat on the bar side closest to the door. The entire time we were there, a woman in a brown sweater with glasses kept hovering around our table watching us. It honestly felt like she thought we were going to run out or steal something. Last visit was during a busy time, and we were taken back quickly. Food came out fast, and the older gentleman serving us was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our food overall , but my burger was a bit greasy, and my fruity margarita was just okay. Portion was large. I won't hold it against them, as usually everything is stellar! The staff has, on multiple ocations, greeted us kindly, been very attentive, helped with menu items, even went as far as expressing deals so our bill could be cheaper. Every time we have gone here, our cups have never been empty for more than a couple of minutes which goes to show how much they pay attention. Dining here makes you feel like you're special but if you pay attention, they treat all customers like so. Onto the food, some dishes could be taken off and I wouldn't even bat an eye (that sliders dish for one) but I would cry if the Alex's Santa Fe burger ever disappeared! Packed just right, with a nice variety of produce and a perfectly cooked patty on a deliciously soft bun, paired perfectly with crispy fries, which, if I may add, taste amazing with their ranch. read more

The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and since it's located in a shopping center, parking was easy to find. I would have loved to give you guys a 5 star review but I do wanna be as honest for others as possible . The atmosphere when you first walk in is very warm, kind, and clean. We were greeted and seated faster than most places even greet. Our waitress Emily was absolutely fantastic! She was very thorough from taking our order to continuing to check on us. We came to celebrate my daughter's birthday but she doesn't like the loud singing , she was brought her ice cream, made feel special with out the overwhelming-ness she gets when she's loudly sang at. I called in a order to go. It was 2 cheese burger meals. She even gave me a total. When i paid and as i was walking out the door i noticed the order was wrong. They charged me for 1 meal and one extra drink. I went back and they wanted to charge me again and not refund me the extra drink. I told her to just void the 1st bill that was done wrong and bill me correctly. They still wanted to charge me for the extra drink i didn't order. I just walked out . was not rude but felt i was being treated wrong. The girl that was helping me was just doing what the manager told her to do. Her hands were tied. Honestly for a Chili's I am always content with this place. The service is pretty decent--the waitresses really seem to know what they're doing. The food is always hot and maybe it's not the best of quality but it's a Chili's and I don't go into a Chili's expecting super high quality stuff. That being said, the Mac and cheese has some kind of richness to it that's so addictive--we have to order it every time we're here. I've been debating all night to leave a review...cause I really like Chili's. Here we go: 1) I'm sure this was probably a corporate decision but this Chili's location now has a robot that seats you...the dumbest thing I've ever encountered. The host was not to friendly and told us to follow the stupid robot to our seat and then put our menu on it. Just in case you are wondering, it is very awkward walking through a packed restaurant following a robot. Once you sit down, it continues to talk to you and it's embarrassing. While we were eating, it was seating another customer and got stuck and they were awkwardly standing in the middle of everyone wondering what to do. Oh...and when we left, it cornered my wife as we were trying to leave. If they keep this robot, I probably won't be back. 2) the servers were not too friendly and seemed kind of irritated that we were there. We had dinner here on a Sunday evening about 7pm. The place was a little packed. We were seated almost immediately upon arrival and started looking at our menus. Friendly waitstaff, no complaints there at all. The only thing that seemed odd to me was there booths only seat 4 adults, so if you plan on bringing a larger party be prepared to sit at a table instead. Our waitress took our drink order and we also ordered for the kids right away too. The sooner you can get the youngsters eating the more peace of mind I get while trying to figure out what I'm interested in. This time I choose a steak fajita meal. It came out fairly quick and sizzling. Presentation was good and taste was above average. They bring it on a plate with a small tray of sides, then you basically make your own tacos from it all. The host is rude AF. Came in for lunch with my daughter at 11:35 right behind a group of 4. No one was at the host stand so we all waited about 2 minutes until she showed up. She greeted the group 4 and then said "ok give them about 5-10 minutes to catch up and then I'll seat you" and then she left, ignoring me. A group of 5 then came in and a minute later she returned, again ignored me standing in front of them, and asked if it was a party of 5 so I spoke up and said "excuse me I was here first" and she got a snotty look on her face and said "for 2?
