Cray service, dirty. Waiter to worried about talking to other workers than helping. I would suggest going elsewhere.

The food is low quality and the service is sub-par. We were told that we would wait 15 min but we ended up waiting over 30 min.

If there was a no star option I would have selected that. To start off the service was very slow. We got our food after a 30 minute wait and after they forgot out appetizers. Next they forgot to give us the dessert that came with the meal. The last straw was when they handed me a dirty spoon for my dessert. I found out it was dirty when I took a bite of my dessert and along with it got the leftover cheese from the previous users dinner. So disappointed will not be returning and will let others know of this terrible experience. read more

Wish we had read the reviews before we went. We're greeted and seated right away but then we sat and sat. Gave waitress our order and she cleaned the table behind us before putting order in. Restaurant was quiet when we got there and very busy when we left, good luck to those people. read more

Service was slow, and food was disturbing. 1 of my girlfriends pork carnitas was 90% fat on the whole meat (it was 1 big chunk of fat meat for the whole taco). My beef bacon quesadilla tasted microwaved and was cold, not to mention the display of the food would have looked better if someone in a coma made it. Both entrees were cold and salty. They scammed us. The waitress overcharged us. Instead of voiding the overcharge, she comped it, so it still tallied in the tip. Then their new billing machines at the tables, charged a tip for the whole bill. So she overcharged us for the tip. I won't go back to Chili's. She totally knew what she was doing, and has been doing this for a while. She's making lots of extra money. read more

First time we went there was no one to greet us for 5min. Then when seated no one waited on us for 5-10min. So we walked out. This time the greeter was on her cell phone when we walked in. The place stunk like fish and a dirty apartment. Also alot of the seats are ripped and look horrible I had the pleasure of sitting on one. Food was brought out in portions for some reason, don't know what was up with the kitchen crew. I would give zero stars but since I have to give one I give it to our waitress. read more

Probably the worst Chili's I have ever been to. Ordered Medium Rare Sirloin steak w/ special mashed potatoes. Steak was very rare not medium. Potatoes were so cold the cheese on top did not melt. My friend had the same thin with the same result. Sent it back came back, and it came back still wrong. The Chef was terrible, but the waiter was excellent. Would never eat there again. read more

HORRIBLE!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! There are so many wonderful restaurants in Twin Falls, Simply go somewhere other than Chili's in Twin. The food is the same as any other Chili's, if they're not out of stock or no longer serving the item. But the service is HORRIBLE! I used to love Chili's, .. Not anymore!!! I will NEVER go back to any Chili's after the way we were treated last night by the host and staff. It started off by being told we would have to wait 30 minutes to be seated. There was a whole section open,.. just inside the door. It's the same place we sat the time before. When we asked if we could sit there the host very smugly insisted that was not an option. -BTW I am very patient and generous with waiters and waitresses as my Wife is a waitresses. - The situation became very unpleasant! As we left, the host followed us out side yelling at us. It is now 7AM - I have been up all night reading reviews of this Chili's location and posting some of my own. I found that this issue has persisted for over a year. Life is too short and Twin Falls has many other wonderful places to eat. Skip Chili's and enjoy your evening. read more

I love Chili's! Every time I have eaten at Chili's, I have had a great experience. No matter what I have chosen off the menu, it has been perfect. It is always freshly prepared and great tasting. I have never had a bad menu choice or bad experience when eating there. I love the variety of choice and like I said no matter what I choose it is always great. The service has always been great, from the greeting at the front door to the friendly and helpful waiters and waitresses to the sincere thanks when leaving. For the past couple years this Chili's location has been a favorite for date night and time spent with family. We regularly visit but since renovations to the building and changes to the menu and prices the experience has gone downhill quickly. I'm not sure if ownership or management has swapped hands but after our experience last night I will not be returning to this location. We arrived at the restaurant with a group of four at about 8:10, we were seated immediately. The tables were crowded and we promptly removed the condiments, drink brochures and ziosk from the table to make ourselves comfortable. It was steady as usual but not overly busy. It took our waitress about ten minutes to retrieve our water. We never received our appetizers and the waitress ignored us throughout the night. A friend requested a Blue Moon from the bar and didn't see his drink for another 20 minutes or so. When the waitress (Angie) finally refilled our waters, she was rude and leaned over my boyfriend spilling water on him and shoving into him. My friend who is vegan asked if one of their salad dressings had dairy in it and the waitress had no idea what she was saying. She just kept saying "Well it looks lighter than our others so maybe that means there is dairy?". This woman had no idea. When my friend wandered to the restroom she said it was a wreck. We waited for the food for another thirty minutes while people around us who had come in after us were already chowing down on their dinners. When we stopped the waitress she said to us "My manager will bring your food out". Soon after here comes the manager with our meals. We got our food before we were even handed our silverware or napkins! The manager apologized for our wait and promised us a dessert. A dessert we didn't see for another 40 minutes! My food was cool and had obviously been done for awhile. When we had finished our sub par meal we were ready to pay. The waitress continued ignoring our table until I had to call a different server over to retrieve us more water and to inform him we were ready to pay. He promptly brought us the water and told her we were ready. Regardless of that she still never confronted our table so we eventually paid on the ziosk and waited for our promised dessert which turned out to be a very small cake. We finally left two hours after our arrival and will never return to this location again! read more

We went to Chili's last Wednesday night and the food was very good. We had the Chipotle Chicken Bowl and other than it was probably not as hot as it should have been, we enjoyed it. Our server was excellent despite the fact that she was a little overwhelmed. I wanted a draft Blue Moon but was told the coolers had been out since Friday and they did not have a cold draft that I liked. The bottle beer was very limited despite your advertising craft beer. I finally settled on a Stella and it tasted skunky. The most distressing part was the shape the building was in. The ladies room has 2 stalls and the handicap accessible was out of order. The men's room urinal had been leaking long enough for nasty black mold to have built up. The floor was dirty throughout the building including the kitchen area. There were chips that had fallen and been walked over. We will try it one more time in a few weeks to see if the situation has improved, if not Twin Falls has many choices. read more

Very disappointing weeknight visit. Larger party, called ahead twice, both times were assured we would be seated quickly. When we arrived, the staff first told us they had not received our call, then told a they had, but did not have room. We were willing to wait, but they didn't want us to. Hostess told us she didn't know if we would ever be seated. We asked for the manager who we spoke to on the phone, we're told he wasn't then, then that he was, but he couldn't help us. We waited for a long time, dealt with a very, very rude hostess and manager, who told us on no uncertain terms to go somewhere else. We did. I cannot emphasize enough that during none of these exchanges were we rude or loud, just a little frustrated. After dealing with the manager we could only imagine the quality of the waitstaff. Do yourself a favor, skip the wait and chili's altogether. There are lots of other great and very accommodating sit down restaurants close. read more

This used to be a "go to" favorite but it is going downhill very quickly. Place looking shoddy and shopworn (torn chairs, etc.), garbage on the floor. Kitchen noise so loud that heaven help you if you are seated anywhere near it; you can't carry on a conversation with someone across the table from you. Service was slow. Out of black beans but we weren't told they were out, just served more rice! Apparently also out of avocados as none served as indicated in descriptions of the various dishes. Ordered enchilada and soft taco -- received enchilada and quesadilla. When pointed out, waitress brought the poorest excuse for a soft taco ever -- better at Taco Bell for half the price. As noted in other reviews, if you are lucky enough to get seating in the bar area, you might be okay; otherwise, no way Jose! Sad that this business has a recognizable name to tourists which brings in the business and then gives Twin Falls a bad name. read more
