Visiting from Florida my family was hungry for some steak. Upon entering the line/ wait was crazy, yet they were moving parties pretty fast. When being seated they grab warm rolls n cinnamon butter and ask if you want to pick your steak and when you do they give a ticket which you give to your server. The onion blossom was great , not greasy, sauce with it had a kick. Your entrees get so many choices all sides are yummy. Our waitress had the nicest welcoming , personality, think her name was Jen. She was right on and got what we needed so fast and checked on us many times. The manager is doing a great job with his team, all seems to know their jobs and each was was very polite from greeting to saying goodbye. Can't wait to go again and I will ask for that sweet "Jen"

We were pleasantly surprised the steaks were so good at this franchise restaurant. I ordered the 12 oz prime rib, cooked medium rare, and it was tender and the portion was huge. My husband and daughter each ordered the rib eye, 14 oz and 16 oz, both cooked medium rare. Their steaks looked more medium than rare but were still juicy and tasty. Each entree comes with 2 sides and there's a wide selection to choose from. We also ordered the combo appetizer which was a good deal. Unfortunately I couldn't taste much alcohol in my mango margarita but still enjoyed it. The restaurant is very lively and loud (a bit too loud), but it was a fun atmosphere.

We had dinner with friends and family last night, tables of 5ppl. Did have to call 1 hr prior to the time to have dinner, we were seated appropriately 70mins after we out ourselves on the waitlist, as it was a Saturday night and we got a table at 630pm, upon arrival, the entrance was packed and all tables including the bar were full. As always we picked Texas Roadhouse because it's always reliable, consistent and the staff is super friendly, our server tonight is Vinny or Vincenzo. Awesome waiter, attentive and funny. We order the smokehouse burger, 20 oz bone in filet, pulled ork sandwhich, ribs with mac and cheese, of course we had to order fried pickles and the frozen margarita. Although, it was 9 degrees outside, i could only have 1 margarita. Food was superb, steak was med, burger was perfect and the whole table was very pleased with the quality of the food!

Well we just sat down, after waiting in empty place, was a bit disappointed with the service. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty, we had a surprisingly long wait to be seated. Once we finally got a table, it took quite a while for our drink order to be taken. The young lady Kaylea was great once she arrived! excellent in fact! and the food was also good, the initial slow service took away from the overall experience. Hopefully, this was just an off day for the front overall 4 stars becomes 5 due to stellar if not quick service.

They always have great service and try to accommodate any of your needs. The steak and sides are really good, one thing I would say though is that the side of buttered corn is way too salty. Other than that, I've been here multiple times and loved the experience on every visit. It's always great to see when neighboring tables are celebrating a birthday.

I do not normally complain and especially about Texas Roadhouse. The bartender was excellent and attentive. He took my order right away but then I waited at least 15-20 minutes for my salad, that never happens at my hometown TR. Approximately 20 minutes later they bring out my filet butterflied which I didn't ask for. It would have been a decent thickness had they not butterflied it. I sent it back because it was over done and I could tell it would have been tough. Next, they bring my food out in a box. I never asked for it to be made to go and the bartender can do nothing but shake his head. Final straw to prompt me to write this review? The manager tells me he is going to "plate" it and it comes out but it's about 1/2 inch thick! When I query the manager about it he explains that's why they butterfly them. REALLY?? It's the same thickness whole as it was when they butterflied the previous one. Help me understand please!

It was around 5:30pm on a Saturday and luckily there were plenty of tables still available. We started with the Buffalo Brussels Sprouts which I absolutely loved! These are some of the best Brussels sprouts I've had at a restaurant. The buffalo sauce was light and not overpowering and even the blue cheese dipping sauce (which I'm usually not a fan of) was pretty mild and paired well with the Brussels sprouts. A great start! We then shared the Large Rigatoni a la Vodka and added Meatballs to it. The Large is definitely enough for 2 people. The Rigatoni was cooked well and the vodka sauce was well balanced with the cream, tomatoes, garlic, and cheese. It wasn't anything spectacular but it hit the spot! My only complaint was for ~$6, I expected the meatballs to be larger than they were. The Meatballs had good flavor but for such a large bowl of pasta, it barely makes a difference. And those 3 meatballs should be $1 each at most, in my opinion. The Side Caesar Salad was a great pair with the pasta and for ~$3, very reasonably priced. All in all, worth stopping by if you're in town!

The vibe of this place is exactly what's needed in America. I wish there were more places like the Union Hotel. It looks so fun and funky, everything is clean and I'm being serious, it's clean! Fried cheese curds and fried pickles...if that's all we ordered we were already hooked! Then our wings came!!! Our waitress was friendly and attentive but that was really the only positive. There were 6 of us and we started with the calamari appetizer and charcuterie board. The charcuterie board was fine nothing too exciting but the calamari was super salty so most of us did not enjoy it. Then we had our soups and salads. Everyone enjoyed their salads but I tried the lobster bisque which was an additional cost and it was very disappointing. The puff pastry on top made the presentation nice and the flavor was decent but there was no lobster chucks at all in it which was not what im used to at a steak house. Next came our meals which 4 of us ordered the filets and 2 were sent back immediately because they were so salty they couldn't eat it. Mine seemed to have a lot of pepper which i didnt care for but I didn't experience the salt issue so i did not send mine back. Another guest had salmon which she was enjoying until she found a metal coil in it. When we showed/told the waitress what was going on with the meals she took them back but and the people with steaks were given new steaks without the seasoning but no real apology was given. It's really disappointing that management or someone didn't even come to apologize especially for the metal coil because had she eaten that it could have really caused an issue. We were given a few things off the bill but our bill was still over $500 and when you pay that kind of money you expect to really enjoy your meals. The ambiance is nice there and they have potential but after our experience we definitely wont likely be going back. The two that sent their steaks back still cant even think about steak after this experience.
