My review was as follows: 1. The French fries were cold. They were not crisp which leads me to believe they were not in the fryer long enough. 2. The Nashville chicken tenders were tenders with a hot sauce poured over them. I tried to scrap the hot sauce. I even dabbed it on napkin to get rid of the taste. 3. The Mac & cheese was cold. It is like room temperature coffee. Cold Mac & cheese just does not cut it. overall , it was a disappointing meal. I should have asked for my money back. I will just never return. read more

Classic breakfast was terrible- over easy eggs broken & overcooked. Bacon was cool & overcooked, Even the paltry 1 piece of wheat toast was toasted on 1 side & inedible. I will never eat here again. No decaf coffee which is all I can drink. Service was awful, too. Unfriendly server who shrugged when I said the eggs were not cooked to my order should be let go. American With limited options in PBI terminal C, I opted for a spot at the bar at Chili's since it was basically empty and there was a lot of room. I had not even taken my backpack off and the bartender was standing there with an attitude telling me that "all bags need to go behind your seat". I had a small duffle bag that I had just put on the empty seat next to me while I was taking off my backpack... and the place only had three other people sitting at the large (maybe 20 seats) bar. Now, I don't know about you, but I have been around a long time and if someone would have come up to the bar and needed a seat, I am sure I would have had the brains to remove my bag... I do not need to be scolded like a child. The same person got me a beer and motioned to a QBR code on the bar - they are still using that nonsense QBR code for a menu - so you have to be aware of that if you are not phone savvy or just like something to read in your hands. Got my drink and then the person behind the bar promptly disappeared. A long few minutes later reappeared and took the order. A few other folks had come along by now and were admonished with the same "all bags must be behind your seat" nonsense. The couple a few seats down from me, ordered 10 minutes after me and received their food before me. I had a burger, and it took a long time to come out is all I am saying. A few others who had hit the bar also received their food before I did, so I can only presume the gave my order to someone else. Burger did make an appearance after I questioned them about it - and in all fairness, the burger was good and bigger than expected. I finished up and headed out to catch my flight. Best to sit at the bar and order food. They are often very busy and overcrowded so it is best to leave yourself ample time to get your food. The wait time for table service is usually long. They do have a chili's to go located next to the restaurant if you are more in a time crunch. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Bowl last time and it was to die for! read more

Friendly, fast service, and food was delicious. I decided to give the breakfast tacos a surprise and they were ok. Would I order again? Probably not. I like Chili's, but really I wasn't expecting too much being in an airport Chili's. I was greeted and sat at a table almost immediately. The waitress took my drink order and within a few moments my iced tea was on my table. The menu is limited due to Covid so it's a printed paper with a few items on it. Maybe eight or so real meals to choose from which are mostly sandwiches. I ordered their chicken salad with crispy chicken and a side of french fries. Since it was not busy, it didn't take long to get my meal. The fries were perfect, but I do love Chili's seasoned fries. The chicken on the salad was a good crispiness and the dressing was great. The salad itself was really bland. It looked like a salad I made at home. I also think being on a Styrofoam plate didn't help the overall presentation either (and you have plasticware to use as well). I mean, in theory I'm really not expecting a lot from any airport restaurant. And I am sure the presentation as well is due to COVID but it wasn't the best experience ever especially presentation-wise. read more

Myself and my friends popped into Chili's Too most recently on St Patrick's Day. The food, drink and overall atmosphere was excellent but I must say what made our experience exceptional was our waitress Stephanie. She had a great attitude, was very friendly and also helped us make several solid food and drink recommendations off the menu. Additionally she was also very attentive to whenever we needed more drinks or whatever really all while she was also dealing with other customer tables too during a very busy St Patrick's Day to which I really appreciate and will certainly be back again as a result of the overall positive experience we had there. read more

This is a small airport so not a lot of options but I think Chili's is one of the best options concourse C has. You have to the option to sit in the dining or bar or just order to go. Typical sports bar menu with small bites, burgers etc. The food is pretty good and comes out quickly. The prices are also reasonable for an airport restaurant. read more

This Chili's is located inside the airport terminal of Palm Beach airport so you actually have to go thru security to eat here. It is just like a standard Chili's with a slightly smaller menu. The classic Margarita drinks were very good and they were quite large. I ordered the grilled chicken with avocado and would definitely order this again. read more

This was a good option for me, as I wanted something hot for dinner but not pizza, which is in that terminal as well. Chili's has a large menu from salads to burgers, but it was a bit challenging to find some lighter foods options that wouldn't be hard on the stomach (as roughage and greasy foods can be). TO-GO: With little time to sit, I ordered from the To-Go counter. I waited about 20 minutes which was doable for me. My order was packed with utensils and napkins, all ready for me to go. I was through security and looking for a place for lunch. Checking out the options, we settled on this place. I figured it would be a safe bet. Seeing our gate from the restaurant was an added bonus. We were quickly seated by the friendly staff. I must say our waiter was extremely accommodating, not that we had any special requests. They ran out of unsweetened iced tea, which I guess would be more common at an airport restaurant. Not sure. I had the buffalo crispers. A nice comfort food before the chore of flying. The food was fine. It's was like your local chain, but a half of point worse because it is at an airport. Overall, the simple question of would I eat there again needs to be answered. If I was hungry in that terminal, I would. Good employees and okay food. It's what you would expect. Basically, a 2.5 star place. read more

Your typical Chili's airport bar in terms of food and drink. You know what you are going to get...and the food is generous and reasonable for the price. The service was slow the day we were there, luckily we had enough time to have lunch but we were getting nervous. However, I ordered a 20 oz draft beer and got a 16 oz draft pint. The server argued with me that is was an optical illusion. But I know I was right because the 16 oz can of Coors Light that was served to our table fit into the same glass to the same fill level. Worst service from and Angry bartender Linda. She was very rude and I watched multiple people walk away because she didn't serve them. There were only 4 people at the bar! One couple waited 25 minutes to get a drink, while others were ready to walk out as they couldn't get there tab and didn't want to miss the flight. At an airport bartenders should expect travelers to come through expecting somewhat expedited service. There was a chunk of ground beef in my "vegetarian" breakfast tacos. I understand that the tacos are grilled on the same grill as everything else, and I'm not going to make a stink about that, but having a chunk of meat make it INSIDE the taco just shows that the kitchen staff is being sloppy. We would normally eat at Chili's but they were serving breakfast before our flight. We waited at the hostess station to be seated. They waved us in from the back and were seated immediately. Our waitress was funny and had high energy for being so early in the morning. We ordered their big breakfast for 10.95. We shared the dish since there was more than enough. Two large fluffy pancakes, 2 large sausage patties, a mound of scrambled eggs and a pile of home fries. Definitely more than enough for two. The eggs were obviously the powdered kind. Sausage was decent. The potatoes are from frozen. It will do for breakfast at the airport. Our server was the best, though! read more
