I've never before been to a Chili's. After arriving at the airport far in advance of my departure, I decided to sit, have a drink and some lunch. What a nice surprise! First of all, this is West Palm Beach on a weekday in the middle of the afternoon. It was pretty chill. So that was a plus. But I was greeted almost immediately on approaching the bar and since I was alone, that's where I stayed to eat. The bartender/server was a seasoned pro - thoroughly friendly and rather attentive. Big points. Since I ordered the salmon, my server mentioned it took about 15 minutes (just checking to make sure I wasn't in a hurry to catch a sooner flight!). I thought that was a nice touch. When the food came, it was really good. The salmon was cooked just right and the broccoli was steamed just so (although honestly it wasn't piping hot). It was just good and I enjoyed it. And I can't lie, the beer I washed it all down with was pretty good too! read more

Understaffed, and a very long wait. The bartender Shannon deserves a medal for being so active in her later years. She is a firecracker and on point - too bad she has NO support from her fellow workers who are just plain LAZY. None of them help get food from the kitchen for her, how can one person run an entire bar and run back and forth to the kitchen? Anyway, she was very nice and running like a maniac, I tip my hat to her for sure! Food was decent but not as warm as I wished, probably because more than likely it sat at the pass for a bit because she had to run back and forth getting the food. Chili's in the airport didn't turn out to be a bad choice. I wanted to grab something "light" side before boarding. I knew what I was going to get and was content with that. The food came out quick and the service was pleasant. The enchilada soup and a side salad was around six bucks and it fit the bill. I wondered if the soup came from a corporate kitchen or if it was made from scratch. Didn't matter it still went down well but the thought of all the preservatives was in the back of my mind. It was tasty though and had a good amount of chicken and spice in it, topped with tortillas strips, and cheese. The side salad was standard with ice burg lettuce, but I did find one leaf of spinach, so mixed greens technically. They have a decent selection of drafts beers as well. I didn't feel like boozing at the moment so not sure on the steepness of price. A decent bar to sit at and the ladies running the show had a smile and sense of humor. 7:15pm it was like each worker was forced to be there and the place was on fire and they couldn't get quick enough. They started doing their side work and put away all their booze away by 7:00 pm and every time someone ordered a dink and they had to go get it from the cabinet it was such an inconvenience and they were straight angry. A Chili's in an airport is depressing...but it's not so bad when you have nice server who was from Massachusetts and you are heading home on a flight to Boston after a nice few days in West Palm Beach. The girls I was with all got food but I wasn't hungry so got a Perrier and ordered a lime with it but he gave me a lemon..no big deal I drank it. The girls got some awesome looking sliders and fries and I do kinda wish I got them too, but I was not remotely hungry. We had a nice time and there really were no other options in the airport so they are getting four stars for being our savior in an airport! read more

Per previous yelpers comments this place is HORRIBLE. But in an airport there is typically not much choice. However I would suggest avoiding this place if at all possible. Came to the bar, ordered a Bloody Mary which was probably the worst bloody I've had in my life. The Bloody Mary mix tasted like ketchup, thick, sweet, gross. Asked the bartender for a split bottle of Chandon instead (surely this can't be screwed up right?) she proceeds to bring me a warm bottle of Chandon. Wow, I get it, it's an airport bar I'm not expecting 5 star service, but the bartenders and servers were honestly so rude, just don't waste your time or money at this place. read more

Very underwhelmed even for an airport restaurant. We came around noon on a Wednesday (had to check out of our hotel and our flight wasn't until 4). First thing they ask when you get there is how long until your boarding time, which makes sense because you shouldn't be dining at a sit-down restaurant if you're scheduled to board in 15 minutes. Your waiter will come by to take drink or food orders pretty quickly, but you'll be waiting for quite a while before you actually get your food. No joke I ordered a SALAD, and it took half an hour to come out (seriously people, are we waiting for the lettuce to finish growing or something?). On top of that, our waiter brought out our check when we were only half finished with our food. I get that some people might appreciate this because they need to make their flight, but I just felt kind of rushed, especially considering they really took their sweet time bringing our food out. The food itself was mediocre, and they also messed up one of our orders (my husband ordered their 3 apps combo with cheese bites, bbq chicken, and southwest eggroll, but it came out with sliders instead of the eggrolls - the sliders were so bad that he didn't even touch them, and the only reason we didn't send it back was because we didn't want to wait another half hour for food). read more

I'll start off being honest, we ate here because this was the only sit down dining on concourse "C". However, from the gentleman who greeted us, the bartender, and Consuelo (our server), the experience couldn't have been better! The host who greeted us went above the typical, "how are you today?" and actually poised a question engaging us in conversation. He was light and funny, but not with just us, every group who came in was entertained with his witty quips. (I'm sitting close to the entrance) Consuelo was our server, she suggested menu items, upsold me on vodka for my Bloody Mary, and once again we were engaged in light, amusing conversation. Couple this with speedy service & good food preparation, I'd say this particular Chili's is spot on! Kudos! read more

Stopped by here for a quick drink before our flight back home in May. Place was okay for an airport eatery. The soup we ordered was slightly chilled and bland but were mainly here for drinks. The drinks were worth it in terms of the price. Also had a nice bartender/server. Place was also very clean. read more

Fantastic place to pick up a quick bite to eat right before you head on to your airplane. It really couldn't be more convenient because you don't even have to come to the restaurant. My travel buddy and I were very excited to know there is a chili's in the PBI airport. The service was suspect but we got a great table near the window so we could look out at the planes. We both had a drink and tacos and chicken tenders. Both were what we expected and after spending the weekend in palm beach living our best lives we were pleased with chili's. If I had a negative star I would give them one. I was waiting for a flight and this Chili's was right across from my terminal. Wish I would've went with my 1st instinct and not come here. Basically sat myself because the lady working at the front too busy on her cell phone to greet customers. Then once inside this place has no one managing anything. The employees all congregating shooting the not helping anyone. I stayed there for 15 mins with not even a hello. All I witnessed was a bunch of grumpy employees who don't smile and worry about talking with each other versus the customer. Funny story is that the same company owns both restaurants and when I went to the restaurant next store I mentioned this to my waitress. She told me she hates when they make her work there. Super Bowl Sunday and they close at 8. They started turning off TVs and people had JUST gotten their food and were still eating. We showed up right before flight: At about 750 and receded by the hostess. She said nothing about closing at eight. When the server came by he said you better hurry and order quickly because were closing at eight. I asked what their soup was and he said they throw the soups out 30 minutes before close. Why the heck would you do that? Soup isn't going go bad if it sits on the stove 30 more minutes with low heat. I eat at chain restaurants like this maybe once a year if I have to. There are just too many privately owned amazing restaurants to do this and the way that we and the other guests in the restaurant were treated confirms my reasons why I do not go to these chains. The woman that was in charge (I don't know if she was a manager, But everyone was saying that she made the decisions..) was being really nasty to everybody. She turned off all the TVs but a few right by the bar and most of the people in there were sitting away from the bar. One guy asked if she was going to turn everything off if she could at least turn the volume up on the one that was on and she snapped at him. I don't know what another woman said to her but she snapped at her as well. She was being really nasty and it looked like the other employees were kind of in embarrassed by it. I felt sorry for them. I realize these people want to leave to go home, but if you were going to let people into the restaurant right up until close then you need to be patient and let them finish their food and get the experience that they would normally get even if it was three in the afternoon. read more

you have several choices to eat at this airport. We chose Chili's because it was right by our gate. We both had burgers and a beer. Very good. Our server was very friendly. Very efficient. We noticed that all of the employees at this location seemed very happy and friendly and genuinely glad to be working together. They were all laughing and in good mood. Two stars strictly for our waitress, Mallory, who was pleasant. When being seated the host asks how many and how long until your flight boards so we told her three and 30 minutes. We ended up having to take our food to go because our flight was boarding, 40 minutes after we ordered our food and sat down. The food was horrible! My son ordered the sunrise burger and the egg was barely cooked and the meat didn't look "right", it was more of the color of ground pork than ground beef. I ordered the classic breakfast, two eggs over medium, potatoes, bacon and toast. My eggs were also barely cooked. Terrible experience and we didn't even eat there. Just to get a seat was bad. The hostess (after she put her phone down to look up) sat us where we had no space to put our luggage. The server was rude and said we couldn't sit there with our luggage where it was. Never offered a spot. I went back to hostess and said we needed to sit at this open table where there would be plenty of room and she said we couldn't because that server already had to many tables. Never offered a solution. We walked out. No one should have to deal with that while traveling. People in an airport have luggage and it should be accommodated. Staff should be trained to be nice and help customers. They need management intervention fast! read more

Major disappointment. Was in the airport needed quick food and should have known this was was wrong Idea. Got a order of queso and there was no meat in it. Order chicken crispers that weren't cooked all the way through. Asked for well done veggies and steak on a steak fajita and meat was atleast medium rare with barely cooked veggies.
