If I could give zero stars that would be my true feeling. We come to this location and there are many tables open but maybe 20 people waiting to be seated. The manager needs to find more employees to work this restaurant. It is unacceptable to have customers waiting an hour when there are many tables open. On top of that it takes the waiting staff an immense amount of time to even get drinks to the table. Management needs to be fixed. read more

First time eating at chilis and will be my last if I can help it. I ordered a burger which had onion rings, pickles, lettuce, tomato, bbq sauce, and "chili's" sauce on it and somehow, with all that stuff, all I tasted was a charred salt flavor. The sweet bbq sauce had a weird chemical aftertaste. The bun was dry and seemed to be from the dollar store. The fries were too salty too. It was like food meant to be preserved for decades to come. This place should be called salty's. Besides the mediocre-too-salty food (which cost just under $12 and caused me to dream of all the delicious burgers I could've gotten elsewhere for the same price or less) it took forever to have our order taken and to get the food. I'd like to cut some slack by saying it was a Sunday night, but after this experience, I don't see myself returning again. Me and my plus one started off the night off being seated at a wet table, our paper menus got soaked. Fortunately we already had our orders in mind, it took our waiter 30 minutes to get to us, after waiting 30 minutes for a seat. Our waiter arrived wearing regular street clothes, we honestly questioned if she was even our waiter. Completely disregarding the bare minimum of an introduction, she hurried to take our order, walks away singing loud and proud about wanting to go home, which was the start of an uncomfortable experience... I ordered a classic sirloin steak and a separate plate of shrimp with a side of ranch and lemon, my partner ordered chicken wings and a buffalo styled chicken sandwich. Nothing too crazy right? The waiter comes back 25 minutes later with the side of lemon in our drinks, I really didn't mind, we were starving at the time so we took what we could get. The waiter comes back another 45 minutes with our "food", and hands me a 2 oz steak the size of a literal handball. My partner got BBQ chicken, but no wings or shrimp. In one bite I finished that steak, I just had to ask if there were any bigger portions. I also wanted to know about the missing shrimp and chicken we ordered; and she said she'd look into it. 10-20 minutes later a different waiter comes back with nothing but hot sauce, saying she was "ordered to bring this out by our previous waiter"... by then we'd already finished all the food AND the drinks. We were left with a nothing but cup of hot sauce, and not once did they offer to refill our drinks or take our empty plates away. So by this point we know we're not welcomed. We were still very hungry but I had hope for the rest of the food we ordered, so I went to the (disgusting) bathroom expecting to come back to something. All I came back to was 5 pieces of shrimp doused in pepper served to us in the same little plastic container that our hot sauce came in! I didn't even bother to touch the shrimp, we were still charged for it. We never got the chicken wings we ordered, she tried to serve me another plate of the little 2 oz sirloin steak with no sides but I didn't even want it anymore after all this agitation, she said ok and admitted she was sorry for not properly taking our order towards the end of the night, which I appreciated but if I had known the chefs would be rationing I would've understood and not even bothered to come here. My partner and I didn't seem to mind the quality of the food, but everything else we'd never experienced before eating out. We gave this Chili's establishment a chance and thought maybe they're just underrated, but now I know why this place is rated 2 stars. Came in today, Saturday afternoon with a girlfriend of mine. We sat at the bar, and mind you there was no one sitting at the bar at the time. Bartender was not busy, she had no bar guests and max four tables sat in her section. We asked for chips and salsa/queso before our meal. It took over 10 minutes for some shitty queso that was seven dollars and not even hot when it finally came out to us. Following our food right on top of it. The bartender did not check on us ONCE while we were eating to make sure everything was good. To top it all off the manager came behind the bar for more than half the time while we were eating our meals and did not check on us, not once! However chose to speak to guests that she recognized like it was no issue. This is the last time I will be coming to your establishment and being that I've worked in the customer service industry for a decade I can say that for your employee to lack the basic steps of service, and your manager to not do her basic responsibilities, I left extremely angry because it also took 15 minutes for us to get our check to get out before making a scene. Decent food for this type of restaurant, pretty standard menu. Food was well prepared and tasty, although the service was a little slow. There was a very noisy child at an adjacent table who was continually shrieking loudly, which was so annoying that we eventually called over the mgr. He said they 'were leaving soon". Which they didn't. The only other negative part of our visit came when ordering drinks. For some reason, there are NO prices on the drink menu! Not sure the reason for this, but it's highly annoying since you don't know what you're ordering costs. Maybe that's the whole idea, but it's a stupid one. Think we'll take our business in the future to a restaurant that's more honest and transparent about their menu pricing. read more

Food is delicious! They are very accommodating for the picky eaters in my family. They were really affordable (many meals $10-$12 for dinners, and some cheaper options as well). We went on family night so the kids meals were $1 plus an optional $1 extra for an additional side of fruit, etc... The manager was so friendly. He literally came over 5 times to check on us, offer activities for the kids, apologize for the long wait, etc... The waitress and hostess were really friendly and felt bad that 3 servers had called out that night and they were scrambling to cover shifts. We had a few disabled people in our party so one spilled a cup of ice and another had a cane sticking out the back of his chair. The staff were very accepting, warm and patient. I would highly recommend the food and service. I wish we can give them more than 5 stars but thank you! read more

Our party of 7 arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 p.m.and they had a table ready for us and the server "Mike" was amazing. He was on this game throughout the entire evening. I'm sure that management advised him of the previous experience that we had two weeks ago and that we had talked to management. The staff proved to us that the customer comes first and that they wanted our continued business. The food came out at the same time, hot and delicious and the assistant management checked with us to make sure our experience was great. We want to thank Chili"s for a great evening. read more

Please do yourself a favor and go to Olive Garden or Longhorn next door, Boston Market, or even Old Country Buffet (Hogtown, as my children call it) before you subject yourself to this filthy, awful restaurant. We have dined at many Chili's in many states, and never have I ever seen one so dirty or poorly run. It was new Year's Day, and my husband wanted one of their burgers. There was no host at the door, and there were 2-3 groups of people in front of us waiting to be seated. Eventually, after waiting what seemed liked an extraordinary amount of time, a server finally broke down and seated us all. We were in the area with the tables kind of behind and to the right of the hostess stand. it was forever before our server came to get our drink orders, and we tried to say that we were ready to order, but she just walked away and acted like she didn't hear us. After we did place our order, she never returned, we were out of drinks (Duh, it's New Year's Day, everyone is going to be dehydrated!!!) and no server would even make eye contact with a customer, lest they be asked for something. When we did get our food, everything was dripping in grease-even my grilled chicken salad. The lettuce was all wilted and greasy. It turned my stomach. While we're eating, a couple of servers come to start their shifts, it appeared, and just stood at the host stand chit-chatting, when a good manager would have put them to work. Then the manager came out of the back and was high-fiving the 2 of them, chatting with them, oblivious to the fact that every single table in the place looked like they were looking around and unhappy. When we got home, I went to the company's web site and wrote them a very polite description of my visit. I didn't want anything for free, I just wanted to know that someone was made aware of how disgustingly dirty and how the manager seemed oblivious to the situation. Not even a form letter did we receive. But they were kind enough to spam me relentlessly with coupons in my email. PSA if you are planning to order food from here, dont make it a salad. Ordered food for a coworker birthday. Placed order online and showed up 20 minutes later. Order was nevered made. They said they didn't get the order. Placed another order and picked it up. Work was only 2 miles away. Well the idiot cook took my salad and placed it in between two hot meals in the plastic bag. So the salad was baking in the bag. Mind you even the fast food places know you dont put hot food and salad in the same bag. I wished I would have taken a photo of my $ 12 salad. It was swimming in its own sweat. Its looked like someone threw up in the box. Called Chili's and got hung up on. Went back to get the salad replaced and they agreed. Chilies has really made some much needed improvements. Last night I decided to stop by for dinner. Their new remodeled building is done nicely and the place was very clean. I was immediately greeted by a friendly host and was sat. He didn't grab menus which at first I found strange but then realized why when we got to the table since they keep them there now. I think keeping the menus on the table is a nice touch, especially if you want to look back at something or to look at a dessert menu. I didn't really like how the booths were, but that's just being picky on my part. Our waitress Shannon was outstanding. She was very friendly, outgoing, efficient, and kept on top of everything. I ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta which I thought was fantastic! You get a decent sized portion, and they aren't skimpy on the shrimp that you get. It had at least probably 10 decent sized shrimp in the pasta. The food itself also tasted very well. I also decided to try their Oreo cake dessert, which I ended up regretting. Normally Oreo desserts are my weakness but this one was disappointing. I received a cake which is half chocolate and half vanilla which tasted dry. The cake wasn't warmed, which I think would have improved this dessert, but again that's just being picky. The ice cream on top was just basic and they just sprinkle crushed Oreo pieces on top. Very disappointing and I also think very overpriced, since it was just about $8 for that. Overall though, I enjoyed coming here for dinner. Between the improved new building, the great service and the outstanding food, I'll definitely be returning and I would definitely recommend this place for a nice dinner. read more
