Went back to Chili's on the request of my son. The pasta dish that we were charged almost $8 for last visit, we were charged for Cajun Chicken Pasta for this time. Keep in mind, he only ordered a bowl of plain noodles with butter. The Cajun Chicken Pasta is a $13 dish. Then the plain queso, not loaded, we were charged again for loaded queso. So took some time to get that corrected. We were still charged for the full Cajun Chicken Pasta but to 'correct' it they removed the kids meal. I think they need to correct their system for a la carte dishes so we can pay for our items consistently each visit. The ziosk was having tech difficulties again throughout the visit. Manager had to reboot again. It shouldn't be so complicated to just have dinner. read more

Great location in Woodstock. Very reasonable priced beer. Friendly staff. But, the restaurant has big issues. Our dinner this past weekend took 2.5 hours. The managers were cooking. The waitress, who warned us, took 30 minutes to deliver our beer. The place was a mess, with multiple tables covered with dirty dishes and food. I've had good and bad experiences at this location over the years but the last few times have been so bad, I will drive to barrett parkway if I really am in the mood for chili's (which let's be honest is not super often) The staff is rude, you're hardly greeted at the door, the wait is insane (if you even choose to stay) and something is always wrong with your order. If I could give it a zero star I would. Went last night with 6 adults and 6 grandchildren, all under the age of 8. What a mistake. Took over an hour to get our food. The children were besides themselves hungry and restless. The poor waitress was trying her best best but she had no control over the time it took to get our meals. Lord... Where do I begin. The only reason I am writing a review this long is because we've given this location at least 10 chances hoping it would get better because we LOVE the Chili's on Barrett Parkway, but this location is right down the road from me now. 1. My boyfriend and I have given this location too many chances like I said. Constantly empty, yet we are asked our name and told to wait when I can clearly see 15 booths open. Why should we have to wait, when the restaurant isn't even busy...? 2. When we have been seated, we literally wait 15 minutes for someone to greet us and ask for drinks. I am not exaggerating. We started a stop watch from the moment we sat down and gave the server 15 minutes (ridiculously generous) to get to us before we said we would walk out. I was a server at an extremely busy restaurant before, and let me tell you - if we didn't approach the table within *30 seconds* of customers sitting down we were in trouble. However, many servers (including the manager I can only assume) walked by our table there numerous times and said nothing. By some miracle, a server came up 13 minutes into the test and greeted us with no apology... As if they had no idea we had even been there? Sigh. 3. Very understaffed. I can only assume the turnover rate is up the roof. The staff don't communicate and have no idea who has already spoken to customers, whose table belongs to who, etc. After giving our drink order to the boy that approached us first, another girl came up and asked us what we wanted to drink. Next, after we ordered the queso and chips appetizer and it was brought to us... the girl brought another batch out and looked surprised that we had gotten our food. She literally said: "oh, these aren't for you?" we shook our heads. She then turned around and said to the other table "well would you guys like free chips and queso" and set it down. Are you kidding me? 4. Our drinks weren't filled ever again through the entire meal. And it took a good 20 minutes of sitting with dirty, empty dishes in front of us to get our check. I think it's safe to say we will not be coming back... which is too bad because we really wanted to like this location :( read more

I don't know why this location has such terrible reviews. I feel like most people who go to chain restaurants are the WORST. I have been here probably around 10 times and have never had a bad experience. Sure, we may have a different server every time, but the service is always prompt, friendly, and accommodating. The food is always delish as well. Never had to send anything back. Maybe this location went through a rough patch, or maybe a bunch of asshole yelpers have taken up arms against them, but I think this Chili's is a solid 4 stars. Love this Chili's! My husband and I have been frequent customers for the last 5years. We have had a couple not so perfect visits...but more consistently we have had great service. This place is frequently packed at dinner time, so plan for a long wait. My only negative is...people who sit with their kids in the bar area! Sometimes it takes a less than satisfactory dinner at a competitor to make you truly appreciate what you have in your own backyard. We ate at the Applebee's in Snellville and it was over-priced and terrible food. The salsa for their chips & salsa was served in a tiny condiment cup like the kind used for serving butter. No lie. I so wanted the bottomless chips & salsa at our local Chili's instead! In fact, I've actually made a meal of Chili's chips & salsa before and ended up taking my entree home for the next day...The salsa is delicious and the chips are always made fresh, not stale like the ones at Applebee's. I almost always get the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich & fries at Chili's. It's simply a great sandwich! They seem to have made the bun smaller to make the chicken look larger, but there was no reason for this. The chicken breast on this sandwich has always been huge! The only thing I would change is give the option of blue cheese instead of ranch to compliment the buffalo sauce. We sit in the bar area where there's usually open tables and plenty of sports channels on. The free kid's meals coupons through e-mail are nice, but they kind of screwed up the new rewards program. Can't use the coupons and redeem rewards at the same time. If I've EARNED the rewards then I should be able to cash them in without limitations, right? Service is great here! My husband and I eat a this Chili's a couple of times a month. We have enjoyed our favoirte foods and the best Margarits. Our favorite waitress, Lorraine, is very pleasnt, kind, knows about the menu and keeps a smile on her face and in her voice as she continually checks on her patrons. Our favorite dessert is the Paradise Pie with vanilla ice cream. This Chili's has a great crowd and atmosphere. One of the manager's, Linda, is always checking to make sure you have everything and checking to see if our meal is okay. This Chili's is a 5 star resturant and bar. read more

The service was good, but the food was horrible. I ordered Chicken fajitas. The onions were horribly overcooked, and the peppers were hardly cooked at all. The pan was warm, but not hot and sizzling like fajitas are normally served on. The chicken was room temperature and it had no flavor. I also ordered the rice and black beans. Bland. The food and our service was great, we came in 30 minutes before close. However, the staff and kitchen we're making snarky remarks on how we got there 30 minutes before close. We are both servers and made it a point to tip well and be out of there before closing time. We walked in and the hostess said they recently had a power outage and were trying to reboot their computers, and would be unable to seat anyone for 15-20 min. The power was on, they were serving food, and using terminals to print receipts. How can you not wear anyone in a clean, empty seat? They can cook. I have cash. Horrible service. Went there before a local church service. This review sounds like Ryan's below. After a half hour- three people came by and said, "Oh we thought you were already done." My son then thought he saw one of the waiters put our order in. Then 2o minutes later the food arrived finally- cold with wilted lettuce, and soggy cold fries. My wife and I have been going to this Chilis for the past 2 years. However we only go to this one when we don't want to travel to Kennesaw since we live in Canton. That is because the service is so incredibly bad! The employees are rude and the managers are even ruder. However the food is typical Chili's food, awesome bar food! Our last visit was exactly that the last visit to this location. My wife and I showed up at 5:54pm (Yes it is strange to know the exact time. I check my clock every time I roll into a Chilis) While we waited for the waiter/waitress to greet us 3 waitresses walked by, 2 waiters and the manager on duty Michael Prior. When 6:25 rolled around (I set my alarm clock on my phone) and no one had greeted us or taken a drink order or even acknowledged we were sitting there we figured it was time to leave. On the way out we noticed 2 groups that came in after us eating apitizers. So my wife asked for the manager on duty Michael Prior. When she told him our experience and that this was not the first bad experience at his restaurant all he said is "All I can say is it is just messed up!" All I could do is laugh and walk out. I informed Chilis HDQ about my bad experience and they did what they most preach they ignore my frustrations with them. So as long as they keep serving good food that is all they will have going for them. They stop that and they are screwed. read more

I was at chilli the other night in Woodstock I over heard people yelling in the bad and using foul language then I over heard they have BUGS in there food that they have been serving to the customers such as maggots and other crap! I'm not happy with this at all I'm pregnant and could have gotten very sick we never be going to this chilli if any chill is again! The Woodstock Chili's is by far our favorite restaurant. My 5 year old loves it. The food is always great, the staff is always nice and helpful, and it brings me back to how Chili's was when I was a chili-head in the 80s in Dallas Tx. We ate at Chili's on 3/13/17. My husband ordered a burger. The pictures on the menu showed a large juicy burger. When they brought his food we were amazed of how small it was. It looked like a child burger. I ordered Caribbean chicken salad there was too much dressing and no Mandarin oranges because they were out of Manderin oranges . They knew they were out of mandarin oranges at the time I ordered the salad because my granddaughter had ordered them as a side item. The waitress came out and told my granddaughter they didn't have Manderin oranges but didn't offer me another option. I didn't even notice until I receive my salad and it was not edible. They still charge just for the Mandren oranges even though they were never brought to the table. My granddaughter had ordered a corndog and decided she really wanted A grilled cheese. My daughter asked the waitress if it was too late to change her mind. The waitress said she was going to check with the manager. The manager said it would be fine however we were still charged for two kids meals. When the grilled cheese came out it was so disgusting I would not have fed it to my dog. Service was terrible the food was even worse. Very sad excuse for a corporate restaurant or a restaurant period. We wanted to complain on everything however our waitress never came by to ask us how everything was. Never even brought us a check or cleared the table of our place. We sat there for over 15 minutes waiting on a check or someone to clean our table or anything when my daughter realized that we were supposed to pay at the table with the kiosk. What makes this even worse they were not even busy. It was a Thursday evening. I hardly leave negative reviews because I understand the impact that it can make on the restaurant. We use to own restaurants ourselves. I even waited over a week to write the review but I feel like other people should know before they make the mistake of dining at this restaurant. read more

I arrived at Chilis around 10 pm tonight. I was greeted at the door by a man who sat me at a table for one. He told me Victoria would be my server. She greeted me in a timely manner. I told her I'd have a water to start & then I'd look at the menu. She brought me my water and I was still looking at the menu deciding what to eat. From my table, I could see the digital clock in the back kitchen. TEN MINUTES had passed before she came back & apologized with the reason of, "I thought you were waiting for someone." Hon'.... there was only one silverware roll on the table. The entire time I watched her take another table's order and hang out at the register & back kitchen for the period of time. She took my order. She then returned to tell me that my meal would be taken care of. I stated that it wasn't necessary. She stated from the look on my face, she knew I was't pleased. While waiting for my food, I decided to type this review. I received my meal, ate it entirely, and never once did she return to make sure I was enjoying the meal or needed anything. She came by to take my plate away. I asked for the bill. She stated there isn't one. I still left money on the table. The restaurant shouldn't have to pay for her mistake but maybe retrain it's servers better after reading the other reviews for this restaurant. I sure hope the General Manager, Shannon Whitfield is reading these reviews and takes action quick. read more
