Took Mom for a late lunch after a day of shopping. This Chili's is always busy, no matter what time of day I have dined here. There's plenty of handicap parking and easy accessibility as I need it for my elderly mother. We arrived and only had to wait maybe 45 seconds before we were greeted and seated. I appreciated the host selecting a close boost for my mother, and I noticed she even made sure she didn't walk too fast as my mom with mobility issues was following right behind her. I mentioned this because so often when we go out to eat, the hostess takes off like a shot and my mom feels as though she has to keep up. Our waitress greeted us very promptly and took our drink orders right away. We each had a skinny margarita. Mom had the big smash burger and I went with the Santa Fe salad. Service was prompt. Food came out hot and delicious. Mom said her burger was absolutely delicious. It was huge. It came with a side of fries which she said were nice and crispy. The Santa Fe csalad was really good. The grilled chicken breast tasted like chicken not fake chicken meat. Plenty of lettuce crispy tortilla strips had a Santa Fe drizzle which had a little bit of a kick. I mentioned this because I am a wimp when it comes to heat, but it was a nice little zing. A little bit of fresh guac on the top and it had a side of homemade ranch. Only complain the homemade ranch was rather thin and watery, but still had a good flavor. Compared to the meal I had the night before at a slightly more upscale restaurant the price point was significantly different. Everybody knows chilis, they have many options within many price ranges. I really felt for what we ordered, the price point was a little steep. The skinny Marg's were in a small glass and they were each 8.99 a little steep, but they were still delicious. The Santa Fe salad was 16.39. It was a lot of lettuce with a small chicken breast (not nearly as much chicken that is picture on the menu of ) . So I thought it was a little pricey. Mom's burger fries was 14.99 which was reasonable. Waitress was very attentive. She did ask us if we want any chips and salsa before we got started which we said no. We were able to pay at the table at the little portable kiosk, which I do appreciate. We were in and out in probably an hour, which was great for a quick lunch so we could continue on our day. Okay, so ... its a Chili's, right? So, when I say its a 5-star restaurant, I mean its 5 stars Excellent for a Chili's. I've been coming to this Chili's since 2018, and never had less than Excellent service, food quality and overall experience. Nothing about this establishment is done correctly and this is coming straight from an employee. Even though we're supposed to we don't wear gloves, hairnets or beard nets in the kitchen. Most employees don't wash they're hands even after the restroom. The burgers and steaks are always over cooked and the chicken is always undercooked. Most of your food gets cooked ahead of time and sits for hours until someone orders it. Next time you come in and think your lucky cause the stores empty, now you know why. read more

Have always liked Chili's their food is great. I did not like how this location felt dated inside, the chairs were very uncomfortable and there is no elbow room when you are with a party of six. I ordered a tall beer and they brought out a normal sized mug... Atmosphere was nice, I did like how things were nicely decorated, and the staff were moderately friendly. The steak tasted Ok, but was probably the worst quality steak I have ever had at a restaurant, the whole thing tasted like it was a piece of fat. I usually don't post reviews however tonight's dinner had many areas of concern. The kiosk that is sitting on the table was filthy. The runner brought soft drinks to the table and sat them in the middle not saying which were regular and which were diet. The spoons that came out with the soup were dirty and had to be sent back. I told the waitress I had a to go order to place for when we were leaving and that order was brought to our table long before our dinner was served. I'll admit that Chili's isn't my favorite national chain, but this location really took my expectations to a new low. We stopped in for some appetizers on the way to the York Fair and quickly met Dave the manager because our waitress had to verify our out of state IDs. Dave said he was skeptical of the Wisconsin drivers licenses but simply refused to accept the Minnesota license from one of the guys in our group. Had we not been in a rush, we might have escalated the issue, but we just wanted to get our food and get to the fair. Dave insisted it was his discretion and his right to serve who he wanted. We got the guacamole appetizer and it came quickly, was pretty good overall. We also got a flatbread, but it was lacking toppings and had too much garlic. I would recommend avoiding this Chili's. There's a few other chains in the adjacent shopping center and even more less than a mile down the road. Don't go here. Just don't. read more

Chili's has always been one of my favorite chain restaurants to go to. The food always seems pretty quick but tastes good as well. I just tried the loaded potato soup and it was some of the best I've had in the area. I also always like the endless chips and salsa, although the entree usually follows pretty soon after. Most of the time I do at least one margarita on the rocks. They always taste like a margarita should taste. My problem is I always alternate between the same 2-3 entrees. It's typically between the fajita trio(steak, chicken, and shrimp) or the half rack of ribs and sirloin combo. Either way I can't go wrong. I've had other meals there and I can say I've never really had a bad experience with the food. The wait staff training here must be pretty good as well. I have a daughter under 2 years old, and they always do a great job trying to keep her happy. This is a great place to stop anytime, but especially if you are out shopping on that end of town. It would also be great for someone traveling on Route 30. It's easy to get to and easy to get back on the road when you are done. read more
