Chili's has always been one of my favorite chain restaurants to go to. The food always seems pretty quick but tastes good as well. I just tried the loaded potato soup and it was some of the best I've had in the area. I also always like the endless chips and salsa, although the entree usually follows pretty soon after. Most of the time I do at least one margarita on the rocks. They always taste like a margarita should taste. My problem is I always alternate between the same 2-3 entrees. It's typically between the fajita trio(steak, chicken, and shrimp) or the half rack of ribs and sirloin combo. Either way I can't go wrong. I've had other meals there and I can say I've never really had a bad experience with the food. The wait staff training here must be pretty good as well. I have a daughter under 2 years old, and they always do a great job trying to keep her happy. This is a great place to stop anytime, but especially if you are out shopping on that end of town. It would also be great for someone traveling on Route 30. It's easy to get to and easy to get back on the road when you are done. read more

I've eaten at Chili's for many years albeit at different locations. This evening was the first time at this particular location only because of shopping nearby and it was close to dinner time. The 3 stars is for the server who was awesome while being extremely busy. She took notice of my drink being almost finished while waiting for the food and brought me another without me asking. Bonus for that. The missing stars are because of the food. My child and I both ordered well done burgers. His was more done than pink unlike mine. Because I'm eating keto, I chose to use a fork and knife to cut into the burger itself without the bun. Good thing I didn't just bite into it. The only brown on my burger was the outside that shows. The inside looked like the ground beef package from the store or beef tartar. At this time the server was busy elsewhere but when she did come around, I just wanted to pay and leave. She was pleasant and offered another burger even if it was to go but I refused. If the kitchen didn't take the time to get it right the first time before it was brought to the table, I don't want anything else that comes from there. I understand them being busy and trying to get everyone their meals but time needs to be taken to make sure well done is well done a/k/a no pink whatsoever especially if a child is eating it. I'm sure glad I didn't go with chicken or shrimp. It's unfortunate that mistakes like this can cause a big name business to lose customers. If I wanted fast food we would have went to one of those. Just be careful and cut into the middle of your meat choice and check it before it reaches your mouth. Just saying... read more

My boyfriend and I come to chilis pretty regularly. However normally we go to the west end, but today we opted for the east end. Our cheddar bites came out a little cold/undercooked but Michelle was wonderful and had them fixed immediately. Management also followed up with an apology and to see how we were doing. I have rarely been disappointed with Chili's. I actually can't think of a time that I was. We are frequent 'flyers' at Chili's in West York! The servers & other staff are very efficient & check on us frequently to see if our food is satisfactory & if we need anything! We ate there last night & if you haven't tried the fajitas, please do! They have that meal down to a science! The beef has such a wonderful flavor & beef & chicken are SO tender. We shared a dinner & chose all three meats. It was plenty for the two of us & was delicious to say the least!! Salads, burgers & fries have also been wonderful!! Called ahead and still waited almost 15 min. Service was good and friendly. Appetizer was the fried cheese, it was just luke warm when it came out so we sent it it back and it came back just a little hotter. Fried cheese should be hot and stringy!! Food was tasty and what i would expect from a chain restaurant but once again neither mine or my friends was very hot, its hard eating warm mashed potatoes. I had the buffalo chicken salad- lettuce was wilted, about 4 blue cheese crumbs, not appealing at all. Not the same salad I'm use to getting from the Chili's in Wt Marsh, Maryland. Also had the fried pickles- was hardly battered and very, very greasy. Only good thing is that the waitress was nice. Please hire better qualified cooks! Love me some chili's but this one is pretty slow today. Waitress is not that attentive. It was like pulling teeth to get service. Her excuse was a shift change... although she said in the beginning she and another waitress would work as a team, the other girl never stopped by, and when I asked if she had a team member to helper here, she said not really. Normally, this Chilis is solid. However, I recently ordered take out and the order was not prepared correctly. The burrito was dry when it should have been smothered, and we specifically ordered extra sauce. I attempted to call and let them know for the future, but to no avail; so now the Yelp world knows that they slipped on a very simple meal. Moral of the story: don't order take out here on-line and not check the boxes before you leave this one. read more

Last week two friends and I ate here and couldn't have been happier with our food and service. I had the chicken tacos and I have to say they were so tasty! I couldn't stop raving about them. Our food was a little show arriving so our waitress offered us free chips and salsa to keep us happy and they were delicious. I was very pleased with my regular margarita on the rocks with salt. The food was very good at one time at this Chili's and The reward program was also good but our last visit will be our last visit. The food was substandard and the kiosk at our table did not work. This restaurant charges high prices for mediocre food. Tables were dirty, silverware was dirty, and I had to request that my table be wiped off. The food quality is jazzed up with the seasoning they promise, but presentation and quality are lacking. This restaurant is good if you want to get hammered at happy hour, then I'm sure you would care less about food quality. read more

In the past, we've had pretty decent experiences dining with Chilis (mostly with this particular location), but recent visits have been disappointing, which makes me move their rating from 4/5 stars down to 2/3 stars. Over the past several visits here, we've tried their fajitas (chicken & steak), their endless soup & salad combo, their "triple dipper", as well as other items on the menu. Generally speaking, we have been disappointed with the portion sizes & their quality. The fajitas looked like we only received a half-order instead of a full order (nothing like what we had previously received during past visits, nor anything like the picture in the menu). My wife ordered the endless soup & salad combo on a recent visit, but they were out of 2 of the 4 normal soups. How do you run out of soup? The triple dipper is a combination of 3 appetizers on a platter, but the portion sizes are very small for the $12 cost. All we got were a couple of sliders, a couple of boneless wings, and couple of southwest eggrolls. On another visit, we had the chips & salsa, but the chips were extremely oily. Not sure if they were freshly fried & needed time to dry out or what, but they were not good. We used to frequent this location more often, but because of the continued disappointments in their food portions & quality, we've been finding other Mexican alternatives around that are better than this Chilis. read more

I ordered take-out from this Chili's location today - Concord Rd., York, PA. When I walked in the door, my feet stuck to the floor the entire walk to the bar where I picked up my food. The bartender was appropriate, but not overly friendly. I got take-out because I was on my lunch hour. Went back to the office and discovered - salad dressing missing, greens marginal, no forks, no napkins. The tortilla strips on my salad were stale and there seemed like 800 of them all through the salad, which also had a ton of onions. I'm ok with both tortilla strips and onions, just not a ton and not stale. I also ordered salsa and chips. The salsa was fine, but the chips were also stale and had a funny smell. There was some kind of goop on the outside of the bag. The seeming uncleanliness of the floor made me question the overall cleanliness of other areas, like the kitchen. I would've taken the whole order back, but because I was on my lunch hour, that was impossible. Very disappointed in this location...as far as I'm concerned, it was awful and I won't return there anytime soon. read more

My family and I eat at Chili's often. We celebrate birthdays and special occasions there as well as just a Friday or Saturday night out. The food is always great..as are the Margaritas! The service is always great too! We also stop in for Chili's to go sometimes and it's just as good! We love Chili's and it's always our first choice restaurant. read more

I waiting outside for my take out but I could see through the window the waitresses were eating food while getting customers food, I even noticed a woman like her fingers then picked up a plate and took it to the customer. I didn't witness any of them wash there hands. The worst part the manger was back there allowing it to happen. I ate a salad with steak and the next morning I was having abdominal pain and diarrhea. Was at chilis last night for dinner just after a cruise to bahamas. It was delightful. The waitress was on the same cruise just a year ago and it was fun to hear her talk about the same experiences we had just had. The food was outstanding at Chili"s just as we had expected it to be. A perfect ending to a wonderful vacation. I had the Shiner Bock Burger and he had the shrimp and the delicious ending to the meal...the chocolate molten cake...No Words better to describe then YUMMY! i was staying in York for business and went to this location on a Weds. nite at 6:30pm - I was alone so I sat at the bar for quicker service. Wrong idea - I sat for almost 5 minutes with not one person acknowledging me, then a group of 5 guys came in and sat on the other side at the bar - they were waited on immediatley and I still had not been seen by the bartender.
