We rented an RV from Chill RV for Burning Man 2025 and it turned out to be a really good setup for my husband and me. Pickup in Reno right by the airport was easy, and the RV made the long 8 hour wait in line to get in a lot more manageable and enjoyable. I have no idea how people wait in those lines without RVs. What I really appreciated was that we could get everything we needed in one place instead of scrambling to piece it together from multiple places. We added Starlink for internet (worked great), an extra generator, and extra water canisters (which we ended up going through), so I was glad they suggested it. The RV also came stocked with bedding and kitchen supplies, so we didn't have to worry about packing those. They even let us ship packages ahead of time so we only had to fly with our outfits, which made traveling Sooo much easier. Overall, everything was convenient and really well thought out. Next time I'd probably bring a small tent just to store our e-bikes and trash outside , but otherwise, it felt like Chill RV had thought of everything. This company came through for us last minute, because another company cancelled out on us due to a some repair issue and it still being in the shop on a 2022 model! I was pretty bummed to have to go with an older one with this company because I had my hopes set on a newer one but, I did not regret settling for the 6 year old one that she had available for us AND at last minute! We felt the price was fair and was more reasonable than other companies. It was in real good condition... We had a wonderful week in Yosemite Valley at North Pines campground with their Winnebago Navion 25D! We stopped at King River RV resort with full hook ups on the way up and down from Yosemite National Park but the rest of the week we didn't have any hookups whatsoever. We did have a nearby dump station and Chill RV provided a water tote with a pump so we could top up our fresh tank from the campsite faucet. The RV had a huge slide out and it was perfect for 2 adults and our 4 and 2 yo boys. We ran the generator during the allowed times so we could charge the batteries and run the microwave as well as the induction cooktop and toaster. We luckily had some sun through the trees as well at our campsite so we did get a good bit of solar charging in the morning. The max air fan kept us cool and we didn't need a/c at all since it was already September. I would recommend Chill RV for renting luxury RVs in the LA area! For my first time driving an RV, I had every normal fear, will I be able to drive it, what if something breaks or doesnt work, am I crazy to rent one. I rented one for my family for our annual camping trip to Eastern Sierras. We had the RV conveniently delivered with a tutorial. Watching the videos are helpful to get an introduction. During delivery, I got to do a walk thru, check the RV to make sure everything is working. There is an ipad also loaded with helpful information that stays with you the whole trip. The staff also asked where we were going and provided real world advice to have a safe drive. I got tips to avoid overheating the engine, look out for elevated driveways / ramps, safe turns, or wind dangers. The RV was clean, full tanks, ready to go. We had some questions when we first started the propane generator and was able to call the help line and was able to get my concern addressed. I can now say after our trip, it was overall a fantastic experience. This trip has made me go from RV newbie to confident for future RV trips. I never thought renting an RV could be so life changing! My partner and I (and our very spoiled rescue dog) took a 4 day trip SLO and Leo Carillo. The sites were great, but it was the RV and the team at chill RV that made the trip so special. I know nothing about RVs so I'm not sure who else you could rent an RV from, but save yourself some time and stick with Chill RV. This company is a small business, family run, with fair and affordable prices. Do you know what a relief it is to call or text and not have to wait 20 minutes to be connected to someone?! You text, they reply. IT'S AMAZING! The RV itself is fully equipped (dishes, cookware, DVDs, broom, etc) so you don't have to panic about packing your whole kitchen. There is a ton of storage space! It's really like having your own little miniature cabin on wheels. If you want to check out multiple locations in a few days, this is definitely the fastest, most fun way to do it. For any new RV folks, that was us too! Driving and maintenance (adding water, emptying pipes) was much easier than I thought it would be. There's an iPad in the RV with videos on common FAQs, and little QR codes posted on commonly used items that link straight to the how to video for those items! And the few times we were either too stupid or lazy to figure it out, I just texted Nika (sorry Nika!) and she got back to me within a minute. I tried not to bother her but whenever I did she was so polite and helpful. Now to the most important part: my dog. My dog has never been happier. We were walking distance to the beach at both sites, so she got to spend all day running in the water, hiking, meeting other dogs. The RV has a little outdoor shower option so you can hose off your dog or your feet before getting back in! She felt so safe and at home in the RV. I LOVE that this company is super dog friendly and has a very low pet cleaning fee (it was $100 and I believe you can bring multiple dogs and the fee stays the same). Lastly, having your own little bathroom... I can never go back to regular camping. It's small and tidy and clean and you don't have to share it with strangers or worry about token! First time RV renter and driver here! I would like to start off by saying thank you to Nika for letting us rent the RV and always being available to assist us during our trip. We were a group of 6 grown adults that fit perfectly well in the RV for EDC Las Vegas. Nika gave me the complete rundown on how to operate the RV as a first timer. The RV looks compact but with the slide out open and the storage spaces filled with luggages, it did its job. The RV is comfy the dinette bed and the overhead bed was bigger than I expected. Everything worked fine, the AC did take a minute to cool down everything but once it was running it did keep everything cool. The awning worked fine for about 3 hours but because it was insanely windy in Vegas this past weekend we rolled it back in shortly afterwards to minimize damage to it. The sound system is okay that is probably the only complaint I have of the RV, we used my JBL speakers anyways the entire weekend. Overall our experience was amazing and we will most likely book with them again outside of music festivals read more
