I used to buy my chilli beans glasses in Santa Monica and Hollywood and I was extremely heart broken to see that the stores closed. I came across the store in Las Vegas and again was happy to find that they were still in business. I've purchased several sets of glasses and I love the fact that they are unique but needed to be able to shop more locally. I called Irvine to see if they had a certain pair and was totally captivated by Liam. She is remarkable in understanding what you're looking for, goes above and beyond to work with you to get you what you want whether it's in her store or not and she demonstrates such eloquent ease in providing exceptional customer service. She even had one of my favorite glasses repaired which was very much appreciated. These glasses are great quality but as with all fragile things, you do have to take care of them, but if you don't drop them or squish them, they'll last you a while. I look forward to engaging with Liam anytime there is a need to refresh my sunglass wear or replace a lost pair. I recently made a purchase of a Star Wars branded watch in the Las Vegas branch of Chilli Beans. They were completely awesome and very helpful. On the way home however, my watch face become defective and i contacted Liam here in Irvine. He responded very fast and requested photos of the defect. Very prompted he shipped out a new watch to my surprise. What great customer service on your part. I would have been pretty bummed if I couldn't get a replacement because I love the watch design and build quality. Would highly recommend anyone to purchase from here. She helped me with my purchase, had them shipped right to my house (I don't live in OC). She followed up with my days later to make sure everything was perfect! I needed help with the fit, so she sent me a shipping label so she could adjust them for me and sent them back! ABOVE AND BEYOND 1. The service here is better than any eye shop I've been into, for literally 80% less money! They will go above and beyond to from beginning to end. 2. The frame selection is huge! So many different styles and colors for every face shape and skin tone. What I like the most is the Representatives, they're really skilled with finding the right frames for your face (that's a serious talent... that I don't have) 3. Generally, most businesses will try to give you as little information as possible when you call in, preferring that you come straight into the store. However, Amanda made a point to thoroughly and patiently answer and describe to me about the pair of opticals I had in mind from the website. This is the kind of customer service that gets people wanting to come to your store. So, five stars for Amanda. Product-wise, there are a variety of both optical frames and sunglasses--most of which cater toward a particularly hip and colorful demographic. The frames, however, don't physically come in every color at the store as they do online, so if you're hoping to try them, I'd give them a call with the product code to see if the color is available. read more

I got the eyeglass with the magnetic sunglasses that is easily attached and removable. They have a lot of selection and cool designs. I was able to get some help from Liam. My husband bought a watch at the store in Las Vegas in April and has received many compliments on it! He is a collector of watches and has all kinds. We went to Halloween Haunt at Busch Gardens in Tampa, Florida this weekend and he was on the Falcons Fury ride, 335 feet high and drops at 60 miles an hour. Well as it was waiting to drop the jerking knocked his watch off and it fell 335 feet to the ground! He though at best it was broke and at worst it was lost... when the ride ended, he got off and there it was! The pin had fallen out but it was scratch free and still working ! Really stylish if not unique looking sunglasses. Aesthetically, I prefer them to raybans or other popular brands. I had lost a pair recently (*cough* stolen from me at a costco) and really wanted to track down the identical model. The sales rep helped me find the glasses I was looking for and even enlisted the manager's help, all over the phone. Customer service was excellent and expeditious.
