We celebrated my sister's birthday at this place. Oh my, were we elated with the decor and personalized service!!! Everything was cute and chic, mind you extra tasty!!!! This place was so disappointing​. I came here after dinner and saw that it had really good reviews on yelp and decided to stop in. I came in and there was a party of 5 at the register/ordering/i don't know. I'm standing behind them and wondering why the wait is taking​ forever (like 25 minutes. I look and see that it's because the cashier is constantly making "samples" of one girl's drink and giving it to her to test the "sweetness". The cashier has been doing this with everyone in the group and going back and forth re-adjusting the samples. I don't know if this is common for the shop to do but it was honestly so frustrating. When it was finally my turn to order I do so and ask if the sweetness level could be adjusted. I typically go for 25% when I order but they didn't have a scale on their menu to indicate what increments​ the shop uses. So I asked "what are the levels of sweetness the shop goes by?" and the cashier says "oh, between 0 to 100"... What does that mean? Every other boba place I've been to goes by "0, 25, 50, 75, normal" or some kind of scale. So you're telling me anyone can come in and order a drink at any percentage and it's not standardized? What's to stop someone from saying something like 17.53%? And then this cashier has to keep making these samples until it's "right"? After I ordered I stood to the side and AGAIN this cashier comes over and hands me a tiny cup with a "sample" of the sweetness. I try it and say it's fine. I appreciate the though to do that but honestly​,​ I was so mad that it took so long to even order and she's wasting more time by making these samples. From a business perspective,​ I'd think they probably get a lot of difficult customers and probably have to make these "samples" multiple times which slows the whole process. If customers didn't like what they ordered then accept it and get something different next time. Waiting that long for boba tea when the shop wasn't​ even busy is insane to me. This shop has the potential to be really great. The staff is friendly and the interior is nice. The boba tea wasn't particularly outstanding​ but it wasn't bad. But PLEASE get rid of this sample system and standardize sweetness levels so things don't​ stay this convoluted. read more

Being from San Fransisco, I have a pretty good palate for boba drinks. So, I make it a mission to try boba everywhere I go- including Orlando. This place showed up as being one of the best reviewed boba places in the area, so I decided it'd be a safe bet. I ordered the Lychee Green Tea with lychee jelly and the Mochi bubble waffle with cookies and cream. The tea wasn't too sweet (which was good) but the lychee jelly tasted much too sweet on its own. This wasn't a big issue, but I normally love lychee jelly so I was a bit disappointed. The bubble waffle was pretty decent, though we ordered mochi base and it did remotely not have the texture of a mochi. It went well with the ice cream, and overall tasted like a crisp ice cream waffle. 3.5/4 out of 5 experience; it didn't stand out as particularly great, but it wasn't bad at all. read more

I was surprised at how friendly the staffs are. They let us try the sweetness first, which is a great plus. Usually boba drinks are either too sweet or too plain when you request to adjust the sweetness. The boba are sweeter and chewy. We also order the bubble waffle with mochi base. I've been to a boba place where the owner tries every single drink to double check that it tastes right (Drive Thru Boba in the Seattle area), but this place brings a sample to you to try before pouring the rest of the drink, to make sure the sugar levels are good. This made an impression on me. Super happy that they have soy milk. I tried the house black milk tea and the strawberry milk tea, and both were pretty good: House black - Solid drink with a good amount of tea flavor that blends well with the milk. I also love how you can choose how sweet you want your drink, I got a strawberry milk tea with tapioca pearls- it was the best drink I've ever had. But there was one major thing wrong with the tea...well the tops. My lid kept on popping off and the straw cracked. And U would be fine about the lid but I couldn't get it back on. Walking in i was kindly greeted by the owner, The decoration was very nice it has a very young feel. It is definitely the place to go for instagram photos. I got the Thai tea boba 75% sweetened and that was a perfect amount, the tea was one of the best Thai teas i've had, It wasn't too sweet. To the ladies working this shift, you guys are amazing, and so sweet. Bubble and Co is super cute, with dimmed industrial copper burnished lights, and dark walls. There's so many gorgeous details everywhere, from the long table with boxes of white flowers and three giant ornate mirrors behind, to floor to ceiling windows for the side of the store, that leads to additional outdoor seating. We saw freshly baked goods, as well as the ever popular bubble waffles, but opted to get drinks. I didn't know how their grapefruit drink would be, so I asked for a sample. The girls made it from scratch so I could try. It was pretty tasty so I ordered that, and my friend had the classic. Later on, we switched our cups into plastic portable ones, and she asked for a touch more sweetener, so I asked if I could make mines more tart if it's possible, and OMG they were SOOO nice about it. So this was from around Christmas time but I forgot about it until I got some bubble tea and it popped back into my mind. We came here the day after Christmas at night and it wasn't busy. We were thinking of getting at least one Milk Tea, because that is the base drink for all bubble tea joints and if their milk tea is good, their other stuff is usually good too. The drinks were good but pricey. I tried both the passionfruit tea and grapefruit tea. I asked for them to be less sweet but they were still on the sweet side to me. I generally like my teas to be 10-30% regular sweetness (using boba shops as an average/standard). I loved that the grapefruit tea had real pieces of grapefruit in it. it looked beautiful and tasted fresh. I also tried the bubble waffle with ice cream (add on cost). Their ice cream flavors were pretty basic. I got the cookies'n'cream but they also had chocolate or vanilla. The ice cream was way too sweet. It was probably the sweetest ice cream I've ever tried. The waffle tasted great but was also too sweet for me. I think the dishes would be great for those who like desserts on the sweeter end of things. This boba shop is absolutely adorable. We loved the decor and positivity of all of the staff. We ordered a passion fruit tea with boba and a lychee tea with popping boba. Both were delicious and had a fresh flavor. Their fruit teas are definitely recommended for a hot day, it was perfect. My only complaint is the boba... I didn't receive much in my drink and it seemed undercooked. The bill was quite pricey, two drinks at $13, plus the tip. Otherwise, it was an awesome experience and we do hope to return again.
