I spent a solid three hours here--initially to have breakfast, and then I stuck around to get some work done and take a couple of calls. Afterwards, I spoke with both the owner and founder of the business and a partner/manager/chef at Bubble & Co and I genuinely only have great things to say about this place. They accommodated my custom order requests (I wanted a couple of things changed from the standard option on the menu) with no hesitation. The food was phenomenal--eggs are eggs, but Anthony's passion for cooking really shined through. They grow their own herbs right outside of the cafe! Bubble & Co also takes an eco-friendly approach with fully biodegradable straws (made from corn - and they don't affect the flavor of the drink). And they of course have non-dairy options: almond milk, soy milk and oat milk, and allow you to customize the sweetness level of your drinks. Their drinks were great (I got an unsweetened almond milk latte, and the other drink pictured is the salted caramel chiller - which is a blended ice drink). They offered us so many samples without even asking, because they saw me sitting there for a long while. The decor by Jenn is phenomenal, the place is gorgeous inside. The whole atmosphere makes you feel very welcomed and at home, and so does the entire staff. The woman who took my order brought out samples of my drink so I could confirm that it was just right before she made the entire thing. And the presentation was amazing, I had a dozen people ask me where it was after I shared a photo. WiFi was available and accessible for free (it's a secured network, and it was as fast as I needed it to be--I had a screen-share call without any hitches). They had a great soundtrack going and the bathrooms were very clean. Before heading out, I had a chance to speak with both Anthony (partner/manager) and Jenn (owner/founder). Wonderful people. The boba balls themselves were a size that was between regular boba and mini boba and I thought it was just perfect! The pricing is on the higher end BUT makes sense because they use REAL ingredients and take pride in that! The Taro drink was really good and great because it wasn't the artificial powder! (Notice its not the purple color that most associate when you think of Taro!) The bubble waffle was cooked to perfection and we had it topped with Strawberries and Nutella! I've had their House Bubble Milk Tea, Iced Tea, Boba Tea, Americano, Bubble Waffle with Ice cream, and a couple pastries. Everything made is super fresh, organic, and high quality ingredients. I'm typically a coffee person, but Bubble & Co has made me enjoy drinking tea. All of the ones I've tried are so flavorful and refreshing. The Bubble waffle was perfectly airy on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. The guava pastries and cookies are also delicious! You can tell they're made with healthy and organic ingredients by how fresh they are. The real standout of this place though is the owner, Jenn. She is literally the sweetest person ever. Boba Milk Tea (ordered the black velvet with boba): Drinks here are easily customizable and they will adjust the sweetness to your liking. The best part is they use real ingredients, not powders! I appreciate the quality they put into their drinks. They use whole milk and teas are loose leaf. The black velvet blend is an English breakfast base with hints of florals and aromatics, pretty good. There is only one size for milk teas but it's pretty large! Boba pearls: Perfect boba and I'm super picky about my boba! The boba is chewy in the middle and soft on the outside like is should be, not mushy or biting into a bullet! Jenn the owner explained they make it fresh every 4 hours to maintain quality. Waffle: The waffle they have is an egg puff waffle and is cooked to perfection and fresh to order, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I ordered mine topped with vanilla bean ice cream and strawberry ice cream, when it came out it had those little wafer rolls for decor to add some height. Delicious, you should probably get it. Had to stop by a new bubble tea place I heard about in the area on our way to Universals Mardi Gras. Parking is a little tough to find at times so you might have to park all the way in the back behind the buildings. When first walking in it sports a nice and cute decor. I love it. The owner Jen came by personally to let me try mine and made adjustments accordingly. She was super down to earth and explained how everything from the cups and straws were environmentally friendly. Not only the cafe decor and the presentation of drinks/foods were the extraordinarily beautiful, all the drinks were so fresh and rich in favor. My boyfriend and I ended up going to this place twice, before and after dinner, ordering five drinks and purchased two leaf tea packages. It's not that the owner pushed us hard to buy more, but we just loved our drinks and time so much there. What a good find during our short vacation in Orlando. Stopped by because I have come here before and really liked that you could get an iced latte with boba! Most shops don't have such a wide range of coffees/teas/smoothies etc. again I've ordered it before and it was really good a few months back, but it seems like they have made a few down hill turns since then. The drink was $10 which is kind of high but I don't mind paying that much for a quality and somewhat fancier drink, but after receiving the drink I took a sip to try it and realized the espresso tasted expired and the boba seemed old, so I went back to the counter to ask if I could just get something without the espresso instead since it was stale. He said that I had to pay for a remake because I had taken a sip of the drink already... but you can't know if something tasted bad unless you tried it, which I tried to explain to him. The tea I asked for instead was even cheaper than the latte I had originally wanted but he insisted that I pay again, eventually he gave me the tea which is why I still gave 3 stars but definitely will be choosing to go to other places instead of this one. I don't have words for our brunch tea (for 5) experience here!! My friend made a reservation for high tea brunch on my bachelorette weekend and we were all pretty excited about it after looking up this place. I walked in and was instantly blown away by the chic decor and our brunch tea set up with the cutest china and table decor. They even had a framed 'congratulations' sign for me. So sweet and thoughtful! The owner greeted us and walked us through the tea menu and what the food part is it would look like. We each ordered individual teas and our sandwiches, quiche, scones, and desserts were brought out. The owner was so so nice and insisted on taking our photos before we started, which is what we would've done but it was super nice of her so we were all in it and she did an awesome job too. She had also looked into our diet restrictions prior to our visit and made sure everything would work for us. The teas were fantastic! The snacks were incredible too - the smoked salmon had to be my favorite and the mini quiches were on point! We were so full at the end of it too. And then because we're all bubble tea fanatics, we still got bubble tea which was excellent. What a great experience! From the drink choices to the service, this bubble tea shop stands out from others in the Orlando area. It's a little hard to find but it's sandwiched between a Brazilian steak house and a Disney shop. They have your standard milks teas, real fruit drinks and chillers/frozen drinks. I got the cookies and cream chiller and it tasted like an Oreo slushy in all it's glory. You can customize most of the drinks, including sugar level. The most unique thing about this place is that they let you try the drink before you get your full order! Never had a bubble tea place do this.
