What a great find! We were walking around the fountain square and stopped in this brewery. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and asked if we had been before. Since we hadn't they gave us samples of what was on tap. After selecting what we wanted we sat an inside table. There we noticed the fun CDs that is their drink menu! We were just going to have a drink but after looking at the food menu we had to order something! We got the fried pickles. They were good- pickle slices and I think bread with corn meal because the breading seemed to be sweet. If you are in the area, you can also walk across the street to Hotel Tango ( another great place) and Four Fingers is just on the other corner! So if you are looking for something to do - I recommend walking around and trying these out!

Came in on a Saturday lunch and it was fairly busy, not crowded but there's plenty of patrons. There was only 1 server and he was good! The food was great, had a pork schnitzel from their Oktoberfest special with a side of cheese curd, I didn't expect the schnitzel to come in a sandwich form but it was good nonetheless. My husband got their ring of fire sandwich with potato salad. That was good too It's chill vibe I think we'd go again!

Chilly Water Brewing Company...I was not familiar with your food game. I work within walking distance and just discovered this delicious menu! Lots of original entree choices but since it was my first time I stuck with the chicken sandwich. Loved that it was a thigh and not a dried out frozen chicken breast. You can choose the glaze and based on the servers recommendation I went with the Asian option since it paired well with the slaw. So so good!!! And the fries were exactly what they needed to be...hot and crispy with a seasoning that enhanced the flavor without being overwhelming. This would be 5 stars except that as lovely as the salad looked a lot of the mixed greens were slimy. I picked through the veggies but couldn't eat most of it. I didn't event need the salad since I was full from the sandwich and fries. Looking forward to trying the Jive Turkey sandwich that my friend ordered! The interior is surprisingly spacious and I plan to keep it in mind for work lunches. I appreciate the server being so knowledgeable about the menu and let me know I was eligible for a discount through my work.

Brat was served with ice cold saurkraut. Schnitzel was very dry & tough. Brussel sprouts were very good. Over all mediocre at best. Beer is always good though. Server was very friendly and attentive . Come for the beer not the food.

Do not judge a book by its cover. Typically when it comes to breweries, the food can be pretty hit or miss as their main focus is brewing the good stuff. Well let me tell you they care about food here. Let's start with the most important thing. Their sweet chili Brussel sprouts may be the best in the state of Indiana. Now that's out of the way, the wings were extremely solid. The sweet chili ones I prefer over the buffalo wings. Cool atmosphere and a great location by everything and very walkable.

Great brewery! The whole vibe to this place is just good. The beers are on point and great! The food is tasty! The staff is friendly and knows their beers. If you're looking for an easy going place to have a conversation over good beers, food and music this is it!

We check this place out after an event in Fountain Square and really enjoyed it. They had a special Oktoberfest menu that my wife ordered from that was tasty. I got the "Ring of Fire" sandwich from the regular menu and really enjoyed it. I also really liked the potato salad and the cheese curds my wife got. The service was great. The outdoor area is on a corner and a little windy, but we enjoyed sitting outside and having a good meal. We did not try the beer, but the food was great!

Service was quick and kept checking on us. The ambiance was Corey and chill, perfect for a break after a long day. Food is good, as always! Got a beer and seltzer, some wings to split (you have to get their wings!), and we each got a sandwich. 10/10 recommend!

I got a cherry Garcia stout, a Porter, and the wings. The food here is always ok. But their Mac & Cheese is VERY GOOD. The wings were really good too. They always have a small selection of beer, but they have a good variety in that selection. They also change the beer menu up through the seasons. The staff is always friendly and they are always pretty quick unless it's SUPER busy. There's a patio and a cozy inside area. The location is great. Very close to two IndyGo redline stops and the Indianapolis cultural trail. Overall this is a great place to start off a night of for a happy hour. Good beer and good food.

The wife and I were driving down 135 on the southside and noticed there was a Chilly Waters brewing Company. We had been to the one in fountain Square and liked it so we decided to stop in and see if they were open. Ben was the bartender very pleasant guy and helped guide us through our beer selection. We had not planned on drinking a beer there, but he made the selection so interesting we had to have one. My wife likes lighter beers, and the Mexican lager fit her perfectly. She loved it. I like IPAs and the one hop wonder was delicious. The brewery was pretty small and had about five or six high top tables and a long, big bar. Ben, the bartender again went over the food menu. We weren't planning on eating, but he made everything sound so good. We split the Chicago beef sandwich. It was delicious a little too spicy for the wife though. All in all our experience here felt Homie the bartender was great, the beer and food was delicious. We will definitely bring our friends back here for more beer and food.

Met friends for a beer after a long day of vendor activities on Mass Avenue. I was lucky enough to grab a spot in Virginia Avenue just a short distance away. My friends grabbed a table outside on a beautiful Saturday evening. The menu was available by scanning a QR Code...I found it a bit confusing so I asked about their wings. Our waiter, Chris, suggested blue cheese wings so I ordered a pound to share. The beer my friend, Juan was drinking looked refreshing so I ordered one as well. Pera ordered chicken nachos to share. The nachos arrived first and there was plenty to share between three people and they were delicious. The wings arrived just as we finished the nachos and they were cooked to perfection. The wings were very good, crispy and the perfect spiciness. All in all, great food, great place to people watch and great service.

Chill atmosphere, great service. We sat inside at the bar, but they have a nice patio out front. Wings were fantastic. Perfect crisp, and we split in half for sweet chili and buffalo. Both were so good. Sandwiches were also good! We only tried a few beers, though they have a ton of options. All of them were good.

Do you carry Hoagies & Hops Philly beef sandwich on a regular basis? Didn't see it on your menu.

Hoagies and hops used to be the kitchen at the Fountain square chilly water location but this changed recently. You can still get hoagies at the original Hoagies and Hops location in the Butler Tarkington neighborhood along with the chilly water tap…

The hamburger patty was thick and juicy and cooked the way I'd prepare it myself. Portions were more than ample. After finishing my "feast" it was time for dessert, a Root Beer float, served in a tall larger glass with an ample portion of ice cream. I would suggest ordering it for two...it's that big. All enjoyed their burgers and we're looking forward to returning next year. * I purposely didn't review the other meals served, as they will be doing their own Yelp reviews.

Convenient location. Zero proof drinks. There were some reviews about long wait times, non-toasted buns and the cost but the write up of the place itself gave me nostalgia vibes for a place called Cobra Burger in Richmond, VA so I had to try my luck. I really wanted to love this place, as I've not found anything like Cobra Burger here in Indy. When we arrived, around 6:45p on a Thursday, the patio had a good amount of people, but inside was pretty empty apart from the bar. We sat at a two top in the bar area. The music was at a pretty low volume, especially considering the amount of reviews that said otherwise. Our server was also bartender, so it initially took her a couple of minutes to come over, which is understandable. She took our order for drinks and then after bringing them back for the food. She was nice and provided good service although juggling tables and the bar, plus she was also pregnant. It took a very long time for us to get our food (close to an hour), despite three guys working the line in the kitchen, banging out burger after burger. The food arrived, hot and correct. Both my husband and I were disappointed that the reviews were right and the burger buns were not toasted. Non-toasted burger buns actually make the burgers harder to eat and less enjoyable. My burger was decent for a non-handmade vegan option; for the price my expectation is amor sophisticated/handmade creative one, but I am thankful that they had a vegan option at all. My husband thought his burger was just okay and that he's had better ones around Indy, so we probably won't be dining here again. For the size of the burger, they should bring you ample napkins without having to ask because it is very messy trying to eat them. For two burgers with fries, one small mac & cheese, and three beers (one regular and two nonalcoholic) before tip the bill was over $80. Now, if the food was top-tier fantastic, I would say fine but being that it was more middle of the road it's a bit pricey.

We complimented it, asked where they found it, and before we knew it, we were chatting with a wonderful couple who had traveled all the way from overseas just to watch Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever play that night. Moments like that are one of the reasons I love Indianapolis on game days. The patio was the perfect place to soak it all in. Fever fans filled the sidewalks, kids proudly carried homemade signs, and there was an excitement in the air that only comes from a city rallying behind its team. We could have people-watched for hours. Our waitress was exactly what every server should strive to be. Friendly, relaxed, and genuinely fun to talk to, she somehow mastered the art of appearing right before we found ourselves looking around for her. We never felt rushed, but we also never waited for anything. The food held up its end of the bargain too. The fried mozzarella disappeared embarrassingly fast and earned a solid 9.3 on my unofficial stretch meter. Crispy on the outside, perfectly gooey inside, with a marinara sauce that was every bit as good as the cheese itself. The chef salad was fresh, generously loaded with toppings, and easily big enough for a meal. I honestly couldn't tell you what beer I ordered... Because what I remember most is the experience.
