Customer service is a wreck. I ordered in advance for a beef fried rice. I got a notification that It was ready. Came to the store just to be told that they don't have an order for my name. The Asian lady was very unprofessional handling the situation. Showed her my receipt but she still saying that my order thst was just charge 20 mins prior was not on the system. How the hell did I have charge receipt on my bank on the right store address.. i paid and yet they're refusing to make my order. Talked to customer service to check and even them are saying that they should be making it already. I' lost 30 mins arguing with the food I paid for already. For the price service and options this place is great I cannot complain. You know what you're getting and it's very cheap. I come to this location quite often when I don't bring lunch to work. The staff is friendly and the food always taste good. I get a lunch special it's comes with rice and noodles or 1 of each whatever you want it's cost about 8.50$ you cannot beat that and the portion is huge. If you dine inside you can get the complimentary egg drop soup and I've grown to love it. All in all this place and this location off nellis and lake mead is great. Was craving soup and love War Won Ton soup so we ordered to go. Called in our order and was figuring that we would have to wait a long time but was told order would be ready in about 15 minutes. Location is in a larger shopping center with plenty of parking and very well lit up. Restaurant is very clean and seating inside is limited due to covid restrictions. My husband ordered orange chicken with shrimp fried rice and I had my soup. Both our meals were delicious Portion sizes are on the large size as well. The employees there were extremely nice and prices are on the average side. They do have lunch specials daily as well. I will definitely be going back for more ! read more

It's been a while since I ordered food from China A Go Go and I will NEVER order from this location again. Placed my order on line for pick up and they didn't even start my order until I arrived which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering in advance. Because my order was over $25 I was supposed to get 6 free crab rangoons...a personal favorite. Imagine my disappointment when I get home and guess what, no crab rangoons. I called the restaurant to let them know that they shouldn't offer something if they aren't going to provide it. They did acknowledge I should have received the item but I was not going to drive back to pick them up. Thought that was the end of it but a couple of hours later I went to have some Won Ton soup, another favorite that had been too hot to eat earlier, only to find that there was not one single won ton in the entire container. So I called back and spoke to the same person I spoke with earlier. They asked what I wanted them to do. How about you tell me what you're going to do? What am I supposed to suggest? Should I bring back my container of broth so you can add some won tons? I place an order in good faith and didn't get what I ordered. Honestly, I got the feeling that they didn't really care. Also, their fortune cookies were extremely stale. Now there are numerous China A Go Go locations in Vegas so my comments are specifically related to the N. Nellis location. Had this Chinese place today. The egg rolls I got (2 for $2.95) were probably the best I've ever had. Warm and fresh and the flavor was perfect, great crunch with every bite. My Chow mein was pretty basic, with little soy sauce and sriracha it was delicious. The service... I'll say they were getting many phone calls and seemed somewhat busy but do not greet you, answer phones before waiting on you and overall seem unorganized. The place is a little messy as far as boxes out everywhere, but tables seemed cleaned. Overall would order again but probably have it done through website and just pick up. read more

They make my favorite sesame beef and the chow fun is always good. They don't skimp on the portions. You are getting your moneys worth here. Been here handful of times and its been good each time. I have not had an issue with the customer service. Only once my appetizer was wrong, got pot stickers instead of paper chicken. I didn't notice til I got home and did not make a big deal out of it. They accommodated me when I wanted extra shrimp in the won ton soup, which was nice of them, for a few more $$. Also give me big sauce cup when I ask for extra s&s sauce. I usually get the orange chicken which is good each and every time. My moms fave is the sesame beef..let me tell you that is some good stuff. I'm also a big fan of the kung pao combo. Love the portions they give. Will continue being a customer. read more

He had the nerve to stand in front of my daughter and say "where's my tip"? and start giggling while my daughter was trying to go get our dog that He let out if the gate! Listen if your gonna have a business at least have one person who can speak English so that it's not a barrier when trying to talk and second don't call in your order it's best to do online or go to them cause they don't check information. I did a over the phone order for orange chicken and salt n pepper wings. I get there and my food is walking out the door with someone else that's not me. I went to China a Go Go after work. I was a long-time customer. 2 or 3 times a month. The food has always been pretty good. I went inside the restaurant to place an order. I stood there for close to 5 minutes. The very unprofessional rude woman at the counter refused to acknowledge me. I didn't get a glance in my direction or even a greeting. I was thinking it was just me. Then a Latina came into the restaurant. The woman behind the counter didn't speak to or even acknowledge her either. After 6 minutes of the silent treatment. I turned around and left. Never placing an order. I will not be returning ever. They lost a long-time consistent customer with their rude unprofessional behavior.
