I really enjoy Thai Cuisine restaurant for a few reasons: The location is great, as there arent many Asian options in the area that are bigger than a walk in closet. The restaurant is super clean, and the service is fast and friendly. The free egg rolls arent gourmet, but they come out fast and fresh. It is a huge bonus in my eyes. The food is fairly basic, consistent, and has never disappointed. Mom got the combo fried rice which was good, and I got the beef and broccoli, which isnt something I normally get, but Mom isnt a huge Asian food lover, and I thought this would be mild. The spice was non existent, which was good for her, but I used quite a bit of the chili oil that was fantastic. The broccoli was Chinese broccoli, not the style Americans are used to. I ordered a pick up meal, I got pad Thai and mango sticky rice. The pad Thai was good but not anything that necessarily blew my mind. The mango sticky rice however had mango that was obviously on its last leg. I unfortunately got mango that was not good and tasted very sour. I had to throw it out. We have been coming here off and on for many years. We do have our favorites of which one we always get, the glass noodles. One of the big problems here, one time u can ask for spice 7 level and it will have no spice at all next time just perfect. We also had the shrimp which were not fried thru and we're batter on the inside. The seafood hot pot was missing the seafood and looked nothing like the picture featured. I went here earlier today and they didn't even take our order until like 10-15 mins later. Servers didn't even bother looking around and overall their awareness wasn't the best. The prices here blow my mind considering how many other places have up-charged everything on their menus. So I've been putting off going to this place for years and years, even though I drive by on the way to and from work everyday. I have other good Thai restaurants I like. 3 days ago I was driving home from work and forgot to order my pickup food so I decided today's the day I try Thai Cuisine after decades of driving by this place. I ordered my food (Thai Beef Salad#6 and chicken Pad Thai#6). When I arrived the waiters or the workers were absolutely delightful and super friendly. They offered me free tea and beer or whatever I wanted to drink. They explained the delivery options and pickup window, awesome. When I got home my salad was a #11 on 1-10 heat scale and the pad Thai was a zero. The Thai Beef Salad was not good, the beef was over cooked and super dry like jerky. The Pad Thai was ok but not great a little short on flavor. I ate the food and decided I wouldn't fault them too much because it was late and they were closing when I picked the food up. Today I decided to give them another chance because if the food is good, this place is really convenient for me. I ordered 1 Thai beef salad #4, 1 Crispy Duck, 1 mixed vegetable combination and 1 mango sticky rice. I am very disappointed with my food. The duck was over cooked and super dry, the meat on the Beef Salad was again dry and jerky-ish, the Mango sticky rice which was for my wife was excellent. She absolutely loved it. The last dish was the mixed vegetable combination wasn't touch because we didn't like the way it looked or maybe it was we were just not hungry anymore. I think I'm in love with this place. I honestly did not have a high expectation of this restaurant before stopping by, but wow, their foods are amazing. I came in on a Monday night and came back again the next day, they were busy for both nights and I can see why. So far, I've tried their pad see ew, crab fried rice, shrimps rolls, fresh rolls with shrimps and their ice cream and they also give you free egg rolls just for coming in. Starting with their complimentary egg rolls, it's so crunchy just how I like it. Their shrimp fresh rolls are probably one of the best in town and they make their own peanut sauce, I've never had any peanut sauce that tastes like theirs in town and as you can see in the picture, they don't go cheap on their ingredients, large shrimps wrapped in the rolls. Their pad see ew is also the best I've had in town in my opinion. You can taste the aroma from the wok and I love that they put a good portion of eggs in it, and of course they aren't cheap with their meats neither. I ended my meal with their ice cream Monday night. They put real nuts in their ice cream so it has a crunchy texture and not overly sweet. I tried their crab fried rice today, the portion is huge I think I can split it into 3 meals and the shocking thing is how cheap they are charging for their foods! Big portion of crab fried rice only cost $15, I don't think you can beat that price anywhere in Vegas with this quality and portion. Their service is good as well, they did mess up my orders both days but I didn't really care since their foods taste so good, and they were also very apologetic so it didn't really bother me much. The whole restaurant has a unique but cozy vibe, it almost looks like an old fashion pub but still has some authentic Thai decorations to it. Came for dinner before a show, and this is a nice cozy, family style establishment. We ordered the Glass Noodles and Crispy Duck Special. But like I said, I love spice , so I was very happy. After our delicious entrees, we had to try their desserts. We got banana rolls and mango sticky rice.
