Honestly I'm not even the type to do this or take the time but these ladies have pushed my buttons! I'm a frequent buyer and actually don't mind the food too much best chow mein around for me but the ladies ruin the whole experience. They have no respect, they speak perfect English but when you complain about something minor they act like they've never heard English in there life! They don't give you hot sauce and when you ask for it they mad dog you.. they do something new everytime I go and today I finally got annoyed when they made me wait for chow mein and still left me till last when I was first in line! Then when I say something they give me attitude and start talking in Chinese. On top of that my order was wrong. They gave me the wrong chicken and made it half rice half chow mein when I asked for only chow mein. First time here, always go to Mr. You on day creek and highland. I live 5 minutes from here and so thought we will give a chance to a new Chinese place ... Mr. you is a little bit of a drive from our home. I haven't even eaten the food yet, but I will never come back to this place because of the customer service. Nobody said hello nobody smiled nobody greeted, their food quantity was half of what Mr you serves double the price of what I usually pay and when I asked for some extra hot sauce and soy sauce I had to beg for two extra sauce packets even though I ordered three combos. Been coming here for many, many years and love it. Great orange chicken, kung pao chicken, sesame chicken, egg rolls, wanton, fresh veggies with shrimp. . . never had an entree that wasn't good. Staff friendly and always smiling, willing to help or suggest options. Large portions. . . a combo B (two entrees with rice or chow mein or both) is good for two meals. Our daughter loves their shrimp in lobster sauce which is a special order. They have many special order items available - best to call ahead for special orders. Most of their business is take out, but they do have tables so you can eat there. They take credit cards as well and are open for lunch and dinner. This is a good little fast food place. I am on a low carb diet and they have great tasting vegetables. The food tastes great, its inexpensive, and is good low carb option too, oh it's also close to my work. I always order the 2 item combo with the grilled chicken and Kung Pao chicken, they let me get vegetables in place of rice and noodles. Their Kung Pao chicken is one of my favorites because they put fresh peanuts on it as you order. This does two things, allows people with peanut allergies to eat the Kung Pao, and keeps the peanuts from getting soggy, this tastes great! read more

The service and food is great. Where I ran into a problem was using my debit card. $10.00 minimum cost before you can use it. So I had to purchase a drink. I've been coming here over 20 yrs now. If you like the OG white container Chinese fast food. This is the place. They pile it up inside and can barely close the container. I like chicken so I get the orange, sesame, and BBQ (teriyaki) chicken. Their sesame chicken is a lil spicy. I like the egg rolls too. My kids like the sweet and sour pork. I think that's against LAW. $1.50 added on top of your bill and the bank also charges you $2.00 cause they make it like an ATM machine like 7-11 store. If your bill come out to less then $10, they will charge atleast $10 or more. Then they will change the different to you like you pay $10 even tho your bill is only $6. WTF.. I usually review what I think is really good or really bad. The food quality here is not great, average at best. Although. They have a decent selection, but the unpOpular items are dried out. I asked them to make fresh Sesame Chicken and they had an attitude. The only Asian place O know that charge you for extra Sesame or Hot sauce! It's your typical fast food Chinese joint. Some of the items are pretty good some of them are so-so. I would take Mr. You over this place but it's not disgusting. I think they need to invest in updating their menu and decor, and keeping the place in little bit nicer. If you want quick Chinese food at a decent price, this place is okay. This is my first time coming to eat Chinese food here, and I can't say that it was all that pleasant. I got chow mein, BBQ chicken (with sauce), and brocoli and beef. While the chicken had a nice char and good flavor, the brocoli and beef is far in inferior to the ave. chinese joint.The beef has a stew flavor, and the chow mein is a little bit on the plain side. The staff was not welcoming either. I didn't know that they didn't accept credit cards, so when I was opening my purse to grab my credit card, the cashier gave me some attitude, as if I was waiting her time.
