    Old soy sauce

Ok, this is such a gross place I have been. I will not eat here again. My food was cold. It was terrible. The soy sauce was also old it's been there since 2021. Never eating here again.

This wasn't my first choice, but with limited time, figured "express" was the way to go. The only thing that was "fresh" were the made to order ragoons. The General and chicken for the sweet and sour pork were cold. When told management about it, he just shrugged his shoulders and didn't care. I recommend it someone does decide on this place, I'd say get something they have to make and not off the food bar on the express line. Definitely won't go here again.

Don't let the surrounding fool you. China Express is near a motel, 99 cent Store, KFC and on a busy street. The place is surprisingly nice with a lots of variety. Since "express" is in their name, I didn't expect this place to have the best quality food. It's greasy but better than Panda Express. They also load you up.

    Spicy beef soup

Honestly, the food wasn't the best. I ordered the Beef Pho soup. I am a big fan of soup so I was very exited to try this out since I have heard such great reviews about Pho soup. The soup was spicy, which I like, but the flavor was off. After a few spoon of soup, I felt like I wanted to throw-up. The soup was disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this soup from China Express but the other food options they have are okay. They have several options such as spring rolls, orange chicken, bourbon chicken, wontons, etc. If you decide to visit this restaurant I would recommend staying away from the Pho soup and trying out the other options available.

I was pleasantly surprised with China Express. They have lots of options. The service was great. The food was good. And, the portions were huge. Great value.

Ordered the Vietnamese spicy beef soup and spring rolls and was not disappointed. It was made to order and absolutely delicious. I love spicy and this soup hit the spot. The beef was tender like it was slow cooked all day. Spring rolls were fresh and light.

    Yup. Gone!

Like everyone I am leery of strip mall Asian food places. This place is the EXCEPTION! 1) It's CLEAN. 2) The a la carte food is awesome and worth waiting for. 3) The hot and sour soup is made WHEN YOU ORDER IT! I LOVE IT

Food was tasty and hot. Portions are very generous. We had take-out, but others were in the dining area. Thank you for a quick dinner.

We got the Teriyaki Chicken, BBQ Pork, the last dish was chicken with veggies - there are a few flavor options for this, such as Bourbon Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Mushroom Chicken, etc. I got the Kung Pao. The food was pretty good. However, the chicken in the Kung Pao was kinda gross. It looked like it had been chewed and put back in there. Taste was "off". The Kung Pao is supposed to have some "heat" (flavor) to it, though it wasn't hot at all. Which was fine. We chose to get the meal without any added sauces. And everything was really good without sauce! The reason we do this is 1) Keto diet (sugar) and 2) (possibility of) MSG. Although, I don't think, from what we had, which was grilled with sauce, that there is MSG in their sauces. If so, very little. I can taste MSG, and I didn't taste it. The meats (except the Kung Pao) had a nice grill char to them which enhanced their flavor. We chose this place for lunch knowing that it was cafeteria style (dished/served by the employees) particularly, because one has only so much time for lunch when they are working. So it worked out very well. Very fast, with hardly any wait at all. I saw that one person who reviewed was upset with the cafeteria style service... I'm not sure what his qualm was. It isn't like random people are breathing on the food. It is the same people that cook it, so what is the problem.. And yes, food is served in styrofoam containers with plasticware. It IS a "fast food" Chinese restaurant afterall. Is it my favorite Chinese place in town. No. At least not at this time. Would we go back? Absolutely!

They've already "decked the halls" and there was Spanish music playing. All in all, just an interesting experience. Anyway, for food I got the Big Mama Special ($7.99), which includes a bit of everything: 1 Egg Roll: Average 1 Tempura: I could see this being a favorite for people-it was kinda like bettered & fried lo mein, but not super greasy. It was good 2 Cream Cheese Wontons: I appreciate they didn't throw fake crab in it and call it crab Rangoons. It's straight up a wonton with cream cheese in it. Broccoli: very good! 2 wings: good-they were boneless and probably the sesame flavor, looking at the wing flavor list. A little chewy, but not bad. Again, average Chinese chicken. Sweet & Sour Chicken: very different from other Sweet & Sour Chicken. It was battered, but definitely not greasy at all, which is great, and the meat seemed to be of good quality inside. Rice: I subbed the rice for lo mein for $1. I really liked it! Great flavor, thin and flat noodles Overall, I thought it was the least greasy Chinese restaurant I've ever been to. It's good for an area that doesn't have many restaurants. I got my food fast, and for the price, it was great! I couldn't finish it all.
